My parents could not be happier than they are living at Pinnacle Assisted Living. The accommodations are perfect, and the entire staff is fantastic! Dad and Mum love the opportunity to meet new folks and swap stories and lifelong memories. At 97 years old and married almost 79 years, they relish in the joy they share with other residents at Pinnacle. As one of their 10 children, I feel very confident having them reside in such a wonderful place!

We are very pleased with the care our mother has received at Pinnacle assisted living. Since moving in, she has adjusted very well and appears happier, healthier, and more comfortable in her daily routine. She is now eating three meals a day consistently and taking her medications regularly, which has made a significant positive difference in her overall well being. The staff has been very caring, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They take the time to get to know the residents personally and treat them with kindness and respect. It feels family-oriented, which has given our family peace of mind knowing she is in a safe and caring environment. We are grateful for the compassion and dedication shown by the staff and would highly recommend Pinnacle to other families looking for quality care for their loved ones.

I want to thank all the staff at Pinnacle for the loving care they have given to my Dad for the past 5 years. I would come fir a week to 10 days abd visit about 10 times a year and Dad was happy, they took care of him as his needs increased and were willing to give him special attention to fill his day with love. I liked that this facility is not so large that everyone gets the help they need and it is like a big family. The staff get to know there residents and Dad was able to visit with some in French and German and have some fun together. I liked that it is tucked away a little so that Dad could go outside and watch the wild life and get some sunshine. Very clean and helpful staff. Thank you .

The staff at Pinnacle are truly wonderful caregivers for my dad and are like a second family to him”and to us. Over the past 4+ years, the staff has been consistently warm, loving, and attentive and always treat him with the dignity and respect. It gives us a great comfort to know he is in a place where compassion and genuine kindness are evident every day. Friendly, professional, competent staff, clean and well laid out. I trust these people to do what's best for my mom, and in almost three years there, both her and I have no doubt that we picked the best Assisted Living residency in Knoxville.

Update: now its over 5 years later and I still give The Pinnacle 5 stars! The staff, amenities, activities, caregiving, and HEART of this community cannot be beat! Beautiful, clean, well maintained facility, excellent, caring staff, delicious food, conscientious about the health and well-being of residents. Conveniently located off Pellissippi Parkway in a lovely quiet, wooded area in west Knoxville. Highly recommend!

You know, the decision to make this transition with our parents was so, so difficult. They had lived with one of us kids for over the course of 15 years and because of Mom losing most of her eyesight, we had to make the move as Dad would not be able to care for her. After visiting several local facilities, 3 of us kids were doing this together for the other 7, we knew when we entered Pinnacle this was the place. It has now been 2 years and I can honestly say that I never worry one minute about their care here. They are always kind, considerate, and responsive. Our parents have told us that this move was the best thing we ever have done for them. To hear those words from them is like a breath of fresh air. They live in a clean environment, kind and loving assistance and the privacy they wanted back in their lives. Dad said it was good to be among their peers once again. They are not big fans of the food all the time but my experience is that it's hard to appease our elderly taste buds sometimes so we help supplement with meals they enjoy and bring them in. Other than that, there isn't a peep from them even a little bit unhappy. We are so grateful for the folks at Pinnacle. If you want good care and a healthy environment - this is your next place to be!

This place is a complete Godsend!! My mom has been there for 2 years. She loves it and we are very pleased. The staff is wonderful and so caring! They truly care about the residents! It’s like a big family there. Even the chefs and maintenance people are helpful and friendly. I have called numerous times to check on my mom for various things and I always get a quick response and solution. There seems to be very little staff turnover which tells me how good the work environment is there. The food is great and activities are fun and exciting. Lots of special outings as well. I highly recommend this facility!!! We are so grateful to have my mom there!

My mother has lived at Pinnacle for 3 years. I could not be happier with the care and my mother, who was very reluctant to go to an assisted living, always tells me how happy she is there, how much she loves living there, and how nice everyone is who works there. Whenever I visit, which is usually once a week, the facility is super clean and the staff are always so kind and helpful. There is plenty of staff and they are always accessible. Anytime I have called or emailed with questions I have gotten prompt replies and have always gotten the help requested. Pinnacle is a fantastic home for my mother and definitely recommend them.

Sadly during a visit at Christmas time last year my father caught covid. After an extended time in the hospital and Patricia Neal it was obvious I had to find an assisted living facility. Someone suggested Pinnacle and after my visit I knew it was the place for my 89 year old father. He has always taken care of himself so it was a huge change for him but the staff could not be more attentive of his needs. His room is a nice size while the facility is very clean and attractive. The people who work at the facility are very caring and patient. I am very happy and thank God each day that he led me to find this final home for my father.

Clean building but the staff were unprofessional. My visit for a tour was last year and I saw what appeared to be a grown man and a staff worker in grey scrubs in a compromising position in a small dining area. Would rather the staff focus on caring for their residents over eachothers body's.

This place is excellent! The staff is so friendly and supportive and truly go out of their way to help. The building and rooms are clean, bright, cheerful, and well-decorated. They also have a great list of activities for the residents including art classes, Bible studies, movie nights, walking classes, etc. I highly recommend this place for your loved ones!

I can tell you that I have researched many many assisted living communities in Knoxville and I am truly blessed to have found Pinnacle. Not only is their nursing and entire staff awesome but the community is extremely clean and nice. Dana, Deana, Tracey, Beth have been an invaluable asset to me in my journey to move my 90 yr old mother from florida to Tennessee in the middle of covid.. I can not thank you all enough or write a better review. the spaces are clean, modern and spacious, the staff is great and I know my mother is in a safe and clean environment.. Oh and your food is fantastic... kudos to the cooking staff.

We could not be more grateful! In the words of my aunt, "Oh, these girls take such good care of me!" (and the gentlemen are fabulous, too) For almost 10 months now, we've consistently been blessed over and over again by the dedication of caregivers at Pinnacle. I'd have to list every single name to thank each one for the patient, kind and engaging ways they love and serve at Pinnacle. I've frequently overheard staff mentioning how much they enjoy their job- it's evident every day! Beth Watts is an excellent administrator who listens well, responds and leads with wisdom and continually strives to improve communication. She has built and maintains an effective, caring team at Pinnacle. We have found her to be attentive, conscientious, and ever-ready to assist in any role as needed. The food is SO delicious, SO consistently that our family decided to enjoy my aunt's birthday lunch at Pinnacle. When it came time to plan Thanksgiving and Christmas meals, it was an easy choice- we let Chef Michael Clark and his awesome team delight us with those as well! AMAZING! ...when we visited, the first bite of tender and perfectly seasoned chicken was all it took - she leaned back in her chair and said, "I've gone to heaven- I'm moving here!"

My parents moved in to Pinnacle Assisted Living 3 weeks ago. I can't say enough good about the place! It's a new facility, and that's certainly nice, but it's the people (both staff and residents) that are the absolute BEST! I felt it as soon as I walked in. But enough about what I think! My parents love it!! My mom, who was not at all excited to move, has not stopped talking about how nice everyone is and how perfect the place is for them. Dad loves the food... like cleans his plate 3 meals a day! Mom loves the food too and had told me several times that the portion sizes are just what she needs. I've noticed a definite change in her strength over the past 3 weeks, too. It's amazing how much better she's walking!!! They were just not taking good care of themselves before moving to Pinnacle. Now we know they are as well - cared for as we can make them, and the peace of mind and satisfaction that I get from that knowledge is truly priceless! I am so grateful we found Pinnacle Assisted Living!!
