This is the only facility within 100 miles you should want your loved ones in. It is privately owned and managed, meaning no corporate overlords are trying to squeeze every ounce of profit out of it. The staff cared for my dad better than I could have done so myself. They communicate clearly and often. If my dad had started out in this facility, I think he would have enjoyed several more years. Unfortunately, we got him there only afte discovering a competitor was charging for medication management and meal delivery and not really doing either. If and when I need assisted living, I hope there are still places that care as much as this one.

Mom loved visiting with the residents & meeting new the residents. Playing bingo & sitting outside in afternoons. She enjoyed her time at The Homestead everyone was always so loving & caring!

My father is so happy he moved to the Homestead. The staff are loving and compassionate to my dad and to me. Dad wishes he had moved years earlier. He is safe and has as much independence as he needs but also the security of knowing someone is there if he needs help.
