I am so grateful for this wonderful facility that my mom spent the last 2 years of her life at. It was clean, and the food was great - I know this because I had eaten with my mom several times. There were plenty of activities, and the staff was always there to answer any questions I or my siblings had. They were so accommodating, very caring, and will go above and beyond, even after mom passed this past May. What really helped was that Mt Evans Hospice was able to provide their services when it was time for mom to go, so we didn't have to move my mom to another facility. Highly recommend Elk Run!

Elk Run is a gem. This is a smaller more personalized living setting for your loved one. The food here is fresh and so good! All of the nursing staff truly love and care for residents as if they are their own family. 100/10!

The dancers of the Evergreen School of Ballet regularly perform for the residents and we love it! The residents are warm and friendly and the staff is awesome!

Our experience with Elk Run was amazing. Our father was only there a couple of months. We all became good friends with the Elk Run staff and the other residents. I would recommend visiting them if you are considering residency there. The experienced caregiving was done in such a respectful way. The onboarding process was simple. Let Elk Run care for yourself or a loved one and spend your time visiting and loving on your special person. We learned that taking care of someone affects so many others lives. The move for our dad to Elk Run benefitted all of us.

My decision to move to Elk Run has been great. It's a place that I am welcomed by all the staff. The caregivers are professional and kind and everyone that works here is eager to help and with a smile on their face. The food is good and there are a variety of fun activities to choose from.

A hotel it looks like. However, a respite place it is. Instead of maids and serving employees you have a team of caring, loving and helpful people that you can put your trust in. Miguel, the executive director is so much fun and knows this business very well. The nurses, very professional but will stop and play at the drop of your hat. My name is Bettie Lynn and I have been here almost 4 years. Come visit us and Berre will give you a first class tour and show you our apartments. We have a lot of fun here while staff See's to your needs. Come on down for a visit and we will leave the lights on for you.

We place Debs Dad at Elk Run in January 2023. The staff are so very kind and helpful and keep a caring eye on his well being. He calls Elk Run his house and home and is always anxious to return home from his appointments and outings. There are always social activities and outings for the residents. We feel so lucky to have him close by and under the watchful and caring eyes of the staff at elk run . Rich & Deb Davis

My mother came here right before Christmas in 2019. The staff were so incredibly helpful and caring with her taking the time she needed to help her with a lot of her self care tasks. They made sure that she got the foods that she liked without giving her the foods that upset her stomach because of her health issues. The nursing staff was great about guiding me with her medical issues as well. I dont think I could have picked a better place for her to reside during her last months. Thank you for all you have done.

Our experience with the staff and facilities of Elk Run Assisted Living has overall been very positive. Our loved one moved into her apartment at Elk Run in late December 2017 and we were supported through the entire process by considerate and caring members of the staff. Transitioning from independent to assisted living is very difficult for most people, and we could see in the way the care team interacted with their new resident that they were empathetic to her fears and needs.The living environment is very pleasant and clean, and the meals are appealing and appropriate to the needs of the residents. From personal observation, it seems that the majority of residents are content within the community, and feel free to use the common areas for visiting with their neighbors. There are daily activities to engage the mind and body for optimal health and well-being.Of course, the mountain setting for this community really sets it apart and provides a beautiful backdrop for the residents, many of whom had previously lived in the area.We can recommend Elk Run Assisted Living to anyone considering options for a new home for themselves or for their loved ones.MT

I have been employed here for a couple months. The staff here is SO VERY caring and really love the residents. There are so many smiles on the faces of residents and the staff. The company has a great mission and you can see that everyday in the care that is provided here. It is located in the most beautiful part of the state, and is very easy to get to!
