I've learned everything I know here. I genuinely have seen it all. The staff here is amazing we go above and beyond for our residents. Our new head staff came in and truly made a difference here. Raquel is understanding and patient and very easy to speak with. I always feel heard with my Ed and I can't respect that enough. Delouise is the little spice we need in the building she handles some of the more difficult situations with grace and it never goes unnoticed with me. Brenda is a sweetheart who have been here since I first got hired. Honestly being around Brenda she does a lot here, and I try to make sure she feels just as valued here. Ruth Ann brings in our residents, and from her tours, all the way to just speaking with her one on one, she's truly an understanding person and values honesty. I can honestly say with a head staff like ours, I appreciate them all in different ways and respect everything they do for us and our residents.

I have been here 14 months, she is my 3rd exec Director, she hit the ground running, has the right personality, l want her to be here long term. Holly Strong, new activities Director. My grandmother with dementia has been here for over 5 years. They have taken such good care of her! The entire staff is incredible and personable. The food is delicious! There are so many activities for everyone to participate in. It's like a cruise ship on land . I would live here when I'm old without hesitation!! ❤️❤️

My mother has been there for two months. Since then, most of the upper management has quit, and most of the aides say they have only been there a few weeks. I was told they would keep my mother active, but she is left in her room most of the day alone. They are friendly enough, but very disorganized.

Deciding it was time that Mom needed a higher level of care than we could give her was one of the most difficult decisions I’ve made in my 70 years. The guilt andgrievingcanbeoverwhelming. Thank goodness I found Angela and Kelly at Elmcroft CyFair. I found them to be professional and caring. They understood I was looking for a place in which to trust my precious loved one and the incredibly difficult process to commit to a particular place.We only moved Mom a couple of days ago and there will be adjustments to be made as she settles into a new lifestyle. Based on the sincere care all the staff has displayed so far I feel comfortable Mom’s future is bright and her safety secure. If that changes I’ll let you know.

My great grandfather is homed here, and it is always well kept and clean. He gets to eat meals with his friends, all employees are always polite and professional, and seemed to genuinely care for the residents. This place is 10 times better than the other home my great grandmother was in. He is happy and I am happy with the decision they made to place him here.

I love working here! Not many places that you can work at that you get along with all of your team members! I’m so proud to say that I am the support nurse here for 5 months strong now! All of our residents love us just as much as we love them! We all have so much fun and we teach each other different things everyday! I love working in such a cozy and loving environment, with onsite doctors and Nurse practitioners that really love and care for the residents just as much as we do that help me put resident & family safety, care, and concerns first! I love that I am able to not only able to care for our residents health, but emotionally, and physically as well. My Resident Assitants and Medication Technicians work hard at learning what to do to promote great quality of life and I’m always researching, learning and reteaching my staff as well. With the help of very vital team member Becky, Executive director, who see’s my vision and deep compassion that I have when it comes to my residents well being! Thank you Elmcroft team! ❤
