This place is terrible. Always running out of food. No sugar for sweet tea, no chips with hamburger, no lettuce for a salad, running out of dessert giving out alternative desert, etc. Does not follow the menu that is posted. When asked out running out was told we are not out of product will in that case someone is lying why is the director not doing anything out it. Activities are constantly being cancelled or delayed and there are not that many activities besides bingo. People spend alot of there time in their room but they are nice and friendly when out of their room. If you are looking for a place for family I would suggest you talk to a resident who does not have a cognitive disorder which there are several and ask them questions about what I have said. On top of that they just let us know we are getting an 8% raise on our rent they state it is for all the things we are not getting like good food and activities.

My visit at sodalis for the first time was very interesting as in i didn't see the place from the road. Futhermore, as I came to the place to tour or to see what it had to offer it was a sight to see. Staff seemed very friendly and residents seem happy to be there as a result of that visit i wanted to join the family.

Met Teka at a liaison luncheon, the way she talked about Sodalis I had to visit. I stopped by at the car show for Father’s Day. All I can say is everything she said was right. I was able to meet those cool residents and enjoy the car show with them. She really cares about the residents and bring them joy from the outside.

Sodalis is where the fun is. I came by during the Kentucky derby event. We had a blast. The residents all had on cute hats. They had a mock horse racing. I was so intrigued on how they treated the residents. The way the games was played, the way they served them. I thought it was an act. I decided to pop in this week unannounced. And holy cow this place is like heaven. They were having a Mother’s Day brunch for all the ladies. They gave out flowers and a nice card. The residents was dressed so nice. From the decorations to the serving, it was perfect. It really surprises me how Sodalis is different than all other senior living. Sodalis is a warm place where seniors can go and still have a life, and be taking care of. I’m just amazed.

I’ve recently been here to do a walkthrough of the facilities and its such a great place! it’s well maintained, clean and exactly where you’d want to send your loved ones when it comes time. It is a joy to enter a conducive environment for elder care. A young lady there named Quanteka Croom is one of the managers who takes pride in customer service and hospitality. I also love how clean and upkeep the building is for those in their care. When I went to drop something off, I experienced a fabulous move-in welcoming entrance. They had a blue carpet as the residents cut the ribbon before the keys to their new home were given. I highly recommend Sodalis Tallahassee Assisted Living for your loved ones to feel connected, safe, clean, and adored daily.

I walked into a warm, friendly community with active seniors having fun. It was really great to see everyone smiling, laughing, and enjoying themselves. My aunts living space was decorated just like her home would be on holidays and she was extremely happy. I am grateful for staff like Quanteka Croom for making her feel like family. We love sodalis senior living. My grandmother has been there for about 3 months now. No complaints AT ALL. Everything Teka our tour guide told us my grandmother will receive has happened. Her room is always we clean the housekeepers really do a great job. Teka told us the food was great and I seen that first hand. We came to a the valentine dance and the food was amazing. My grandmother was so pretty in her pink she had so much. I enjoyed dancing with her and the rest of the residents. The activity director put a lot of work into her activities. Seeing my grandmother smile again brings my heart joy.

We’re being proactive and getting a head start on finding a place for my mother and I was very pleased with Sodalis. Teka was our tour guide and she made us very comfortable and was so kind, you can see that the staff here really care about their residents. My first impression on this facility was how clean, vibrant, and attentive the staff members are. I received a tour from Ms. Croom, she was very informative and concerned about my fathers assisted living needs. I received a direct contact to be able to get in contact with her and care support staff whenever needed. My father has been a resident here for over 6 months and his favorite part is the food and activity center. Hats off to Ms. Croom for proving my family and I a great experience with reassurance that our dad is in a great place surrounded by caring staff. Sodalis walks the walk and talks the talk!

This was a difficult move for my mother after my dad passed on but the staff at Elmcroft was very welcoming and accomodating, trying to make her feel comfortable and at home. She likes the staff so much and we certainly appreciate all their effort and kindness. Any day that you go there you'll find the place exceptionally clean and organized.
