Witnessed staff failure to respond promptly to relatives call for help, staff does not show urgency when helping relative and is slow to respond even when i request their help for to move my own relative around and do stuff for her. Last visit two women came into room and were barely even able to take her vitals efficiently, one of the women mentioned relative stinking of piss as she was walking out of the room, inappropriate comment. Which also leads to my understanding staff is not helping my relative do basic hygiene who can barely move on her own- bathing, teeth brushing, hair combing- not happening. Outrageous. Witnessed as well staff not responding to other residents crys for help, relative had dangerous blood clot in legs that was only discovered by my relative and not the staff, relative most likely would of severely suffered if this blood clot was not properly diagnosed in time. Deeply disturbing work ethics going on here and all staff involved should be ashamed of themselves.

The LUXE Rehab facility was very nice. I was there on Wednesday visiting a friend of our family. The facility it nice and clean. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Luxe came highly recommended and they do not disappoint. My husband has dimensia ... and they do not have bed alarms or bar sides to the beds. However they have really worked with me and really work to keep him safe.

Hats off to Luxe Rehabilitation Center in Wellington and my skilled Physical therapists and Occupational therapists there especially to the Director of Rehab. Janice Almonor and the DON Yvonne Shakes who helped me a lot to get my PT and OT , they were of great assistance to me during my recuperation & rehabilitation there. I personally found Cynthia & Nicola the two best therapists at Luxe and also Izzy, Theresa & Ann were also good and very helpful as well were others whose names I have forgotten as well was the PA assistant Anthony, I also want to sincerely thank all of the hard working CNA's & Nurses who also assisted me. We drove 5 hours from Gainesville, FL to get my brother in law to your facility. Wonderful greetings from arrival to room and bed. The Saturday evening shift was outstanding. The Sunday morning shift was equally strong with one exception....the dispensary nurse "Brad" needs a lesson in bed side manners. That said, this rehab was worth the drive.

My experience with the Luxe rehabilitation facility was exceptional from the start to finish. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, and compassion. The rehab therapists were knowledgeable and truly dedicated to helping regain my strength and independence creating personalized care plans that made a noticeable difference. The facility itself was clean, well maintained, and provided comfortable environment for my recovery. Overall, I recommend The Luxe to anyone in need of rehab services. Again, thank you!

My mother was brought to this facility for rehab, the staff was very supportive and helpful during this process. The social worker Dora has been great with us in the transition of getting my mother long term facility. Always willing to help us with any questions that we have. The staff here at Luxe is great with my mother as well. Ben the nursing supervisor has helped us as well with questions regarding the care she has received. Always greeted with a smile when checking in at desk. Rooms are cleaned daily, nurses are available to give updates as well as the aides on the shift as well. Also the PT is very good here my mother looks forward to going everyday and always a lot of activities going on like movie, bingo and religious services as well Thanks for all your help and support.

I gave 4 stars, today was my first day I visited the center to see my nephew I was impressed by how clean it was and my nephew was happy with being there. So I don't have a complaint as long as he is content and happy with the service he said the nurses treated him nice.

My mom fell and has been in Luxe Rehabilitation Center in Wellington for 3 weeks. They have worked with her and helped her to be able to get home. Sherlinda has been AMAZING! Every question I asked, she found an answer. Every need I had, she helped with a smile and amazing encouragement. Diamond was also wonderful and helped to ensure my mom was able to get the physical and occupational therapy that she needed so that she can come home. Thank you to everyone for such great care! It is very much appreciated!

"OUTSTANDING CARE"™ Next Step!! Rehab for my Mom’. Beautiful Facility with an "Amazing caring team"™. She was welcomed by her "very sweet nurse" and a delicious lunch. Soooo Blessed that we found this great place. Our home for the next 100 days. One hour at a time™©. I will continue to update progress. Incredibly Thankful for the "Exceptional Patient Care"©. Our Journey: My Mom had a stroke on Jan 22, 2026. Hospital recommended to look for a Skilled Nursing Facility. I was very Blessed that "Luxe Rehabilitation Center of Wellington" was on a list provided by the Hospital. From the moment I walked in, I felt that it was the place for my Mom. The receptionist was very kind; I was extremely sad, upset, I could hardly speak because I was just heart broken due to my Mom's condition. She introduced me to Alexis, a very professional, knowledgeable and warm young lady. Alexis understood how I felt, immediately tried to comfort me and took the time to show me the facility; my number one was to be able to be with my Mom as much as possible and she assured me that I could be part of her recovery process. Ofelia, in Admissions, helped me so much on Saturday, Jan 31st, the day that we arrived. She took the time to ask me about my Mom, she understood how upset I was and assured me that we were in the right place. She was so right... The weekend was very calm, nurses were extremely helpful and accommodating. On Monday my Mom was evaluated and a plan was put in place which included: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech, Meal plan that Maria helped us with, medications, Wound care, very attentive Nurses and their Assistants are always available, some of the nurses that I remember by Name are Diddi, Annie, Robinson, Benny, I am missing many others. I will capture their names and as time goes by and will continue to share.... My Mom is eating very well and that is such a plus, she needs to get strong. It feels like a big family, everyone is caring, concerned, committed and willing to assist. I was incredibly scared after my Moms's episode because I did not know how I was going to handle her situation on my own. This beautiful place is helping my Mom and they have given me peace of mind which I so very much needed. They are not only helping my Mom, they are truly helping and supporting me. The therapies are wonderful,!!! Paulina, Ariel, Katelane, and many others. I love to see my Mom engage with the different Therapists. They are all very professional, full of knowledge and experienced. I will continue to share our journey here.... I believe God guided us to this facility.... My mom has been a patient here twice (2024 and 2025)and I have been a patient here twice (2024,2025)and currently a patient and from the first time I was here (about a year ago) it was horrible. What a difference from that time to being here now . I want to say kudos and shout out to Har’kecia, , Arianna©’those 2 just the sweetest, kindness, do whatever you need CNA’s. All of the day CNA’S on my floor have been amazing. They are the best prompt, their kind , they’re caring, they work hard and as a team. Love them! I can’t say enough about my weekend day nurse Reyal he was on top of everything and gone above and beyond his job with me. My PT and OT have made you want to do therapy and they have been so sweet (Christina, and Marie)thank you for working so hard to get me better and pushing me. I’m very grateful. The people on the west wing section 1109 you all been wonderful and kind , including the nurse station . I can’t forget about Agnus the front desk reception. When I was here for my mother passing by her every morning she was a ray of sunshine to see everyday and so kind and welcoming. Thank you to Kerry the Administrator for all your help. My mother had to stay there temporarily to do some rehab rehabilitation, and everything was wonderful from the appearance to the facility to the cleanliness to the staff. We absolutely enjoyed it as much as possible, and would recommend it to anybody.

When I got there I parked in a a parking spot that had no sign for reserved parking or anything like that well I recieved a text telling I was in this person's parking spot I apologized & moved my vehicle then I keep msgs from this person & they weren't very nice

It was my first time visiting a friend at your Rehab Center. I was impressed with your security check in and check out system. It was easy to negotiate. The entrance is welcoming with a staff member greeting you. The facility is spotless. The staff friendly. Most of all, my friend there is very satisfied. Hi! My mother attended for awhile and i absolutely loved it the staff from the office administration to doctors and nurses were absolutely amazing. They were very Patient. Ashley Nunez was a wonderful help we met her in the hospital and she helped us every single step of the way answered any and all questions made the. Transition from hospital to there so easy and comfortable thank you to them all for everything that they do!
