All of our interactions since the beginning of the process of finding a place for our mom have been excellent. We felt from the first meeting that we had found the best fit for her needs. Sam was (and still is) so easy to work with and answered all our questions and checked in with us often throughout the process. I would not have any reservations referring Grace Manor Suites to other families.

My mom is there and she is very happy. They keep them busy doing a lot of activities and everything is very clean. We as a family are very happy woth her care!

Grace Manor Suites has been a blessing for my husband and I. They are beyond friendly and caring. The staff have been wonderful in our 11 months of being here. The staff have been friendly and helpful for our every need. My husband passed and this is the place I will come when my age catches up with me. Highly recommend ❤️Christine Pettit

The staff at Grace Manor Suites is incredibly warm and personable, always going above and beyond to make residents feel welcome, comfortable and cared for. i could not safe enough about this place. from the staff being so friendly and welcoming to all the residents/ families to the food being top notch and there is always something for the residents to do. my aunt is extremely happy here and so are we. definitely top notch on everything!!! keep up the great work!!

I am recent new resident at Grace Manor Suites and the staff is very attentive and building beautiful. As a new resident I have made some new friends. The Meals are good and there is always a alternative if you want something else. The management is very reachable whenever there is a question. THE STAFF REALLY TRIES TO TAKE CARE OF your needs

Our Aunt Bertha lived there from Dec.2022 until she passed away in Feb of 2023. It was the happiest she had been. She passed unexpectedly, but the staff there went above and beyond to make sure she felt welcome and comfortable with her surroundings. Unlike where we moved her from. They always kept us updated on her situation and they were extremely friendly and polite and helpful. Cause we live in another state . We would definitely recommend Grace Manor! Michael and Pam.

My mom has lived at Grace Manor Suites for just over 6 months now and our family couldn’t be happier. She has dementia and needs assistance with regular daily living tasks. The staff is attentive and provides well rounded care. They create an uplifting environment with many activities available; and they sincerely care for their residents. It’s become like an extension of family for mom. They even had a manicure day, she was so happy:)) Having her at Grace Manor has brought great peace of mind!

What we saw on the tour and what is actually provided and/or given is 2 different things. Feel like they are all about getting you in there and once your in, things they promise never happen. Running out of food ? Making my Mom do her own laundry. Having faces made at her because she asked someone to knock. Promising her her lactose free milk, which we have to purchase because they wont. I could go on and on.

Very happy with the services my parents received under the care of ED Sheryl Vitelli. Always professional and easy to communicate with at any time and answering all of my questions and concerns via phone, text or email. She and her staff are kind and show extreme care to their residents. Highly recommend GMS to anyone making the very difficult decision to get care for a loved one!

I transport the residents at Grace Manor Suites to their doctor, dental, etc. appointments and enjoy the interaction with them. I find the entire staff at Grace Manor Suites to be caring and accommodative towards the residents and would recommend the facility highly.

My father has been a resident of Grace Manor Suites for almost two years and has enjoyed Jessica and her staffs tender loving care. From Jessica to every other department management I hold their style of "Family First" in high regard. We all need love as a basic to thrive in life because it motivates, heals and drives hope and happiness. Dad feels at home and has adjusted so easily to his beautiful suite because he has his autonomy, independence, and privacy. Grace Manor is clean with a warm, but elegant atmosphere.

We toured several Lakeland assisted living facilities for my mother and from the moment we walked into Grace Manor Suites, we knew this was exactly where she needed to be. The facility is very well run. The director has an open door policy and is always willing to work with family members to give their residents the best possible experience. Grace Manor suites is extremely clean which was not the case with the other ALFs we visited. She is complimentary of the food and the dining staff and there is always an abundance of activities for the residents to keep them entertained. The staff is caring and I always feel that my mother is safe and well taken care of. I highly recommend Grace Manor Suites.

Grace manor suites go above and beyond in taking care of their residents & their needs. Whether it is in dining, one on one care or even with an activity for the day. Their staff is always polite and welcoming. Grace manor allows your loved one to continue to be independent while still getting the proper care and assistance if needed. 5 stars!!

Staff is kind and food is good, but I believe they are lacking in safety. Staff Is hardly at the front desk and my grandparents can never reach them when they press their emergency button that they wear around their neck. A lot of excuses and safety concerns with that. If they stepped up on that very big issue then it would be a higher rating from me. This issue happens A LOT.
