I’ve had such a positive experience with this community. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and genuine care that the staff provides. Everyone is incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly dedicated to making residents feel comfortable and valued. The recent upgrades to the community itself are clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. There are always engaging activities and social opportunities that keep residents active and connected, which really adds to the overall quality of life here. Cedar Creek has been a fantastic place for my aging mother. She started in independent living and has progressed through the various stages of assisted living and memory care. The staff has been just terrific”warm and caring. Many of the office staff worked their way through the ranks and have been with Cedar Creek for my mother’s entire seven year residency. Recently, she was subject to phone fraud where her cell phone number (not the phone) was stolen and the thieves started adding services to her phone line and tried to invade her bank account. The staff was terrific at working with me (I live 300 miles away) and watching her phone interactions to stop any further damage. I couldn’t have handled this crisis without them. I’m so grateful that my mother has such a wonderful place to call home during her waning years.

I’m so glad I chose Cedar Creek for my mother-in-law. Crystal, the sales coordinator, made the entire process so easy for me, even though I’m in another state. We handled almost everything by phone, fax, and email, and she was incredibly patient and supportive through it all. My mom is a very feisty lady and not easy to please, but somehow Crystal won her over with her humor and helped her feel comfortable moving forward with the transition. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing she is safe, cared for, and watched over by such a wonderful team. Since moving in, my mom Esther is truly thriving”care is amazing, she’s eating well, enjoying the meals, (especially the shrimp!), and absolutely loves the bingo games. Thank you again to Cedar Creek and Crystal for making this move possible and giving us both comfort and peace of mind.

The staff is amazing!!! They are friendly and very helpful. I had a few hurdles to jump in AZ. to get my parents move to Cedar Creek (CA.) Nikki and Kristin were able to smooth out the bumps. 2 mos later; my parents love it there, they say the food is fabulous (my dad won’t miss a meal) If I need to move to Assisted Living, I will want to come here. I highly recommend Cedar Creek!

I was invited to there new beginning new year event. Excellent campus Jessica Adams welcomed me she is a great person and very professional always sending positive vibes. Jessica made sure I got a tour of the facility and was amazed at how beautiful this place is and how big of a facility it is . Jessica Adams and cedar Creek get 5 stars in my book.

We were looking for a care facility for my mother. She would be coming from a hospice facility and required special diabetic care. Gaby was very kind and helpful, taking into consideration our needs. The facility was very nice. We spoke with a few of the residents, they were cheerful.™ Due to the special needs of my mother we were not able to join the Cedar Creek family. But, for the future, I will have Cedar Creek in mind for myself.

Cedar Creek has such a great support for the senior community here in Madera! They have a wonderful support group that they offer that is free to the public. Residents and staff are so happy. It’s such a beautiful place to call home.

We recently moved our father into Cedar Creek and it has been a great experience. The facility is extremely clean and provides a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful. After a tour of the facility my wife was wanting to move in. My father's studio apartment is just the right size. It has a nice sized bathroom, a nice kitchenette and a nice sized livingroom,/bedroom area. We have had an opportunity to have lunch there twice and both times the food was excellent and with the attention we received from the dinning staff it felt more like a restaurant (In a good way). I know that for many people the thought of moving into a senior facility conjures up many bad thoughts, but this facility will dispel any negative ideas a person may have about independent living facilities.

Senior Creek is a great place for Seniors. My mom spent 5 years there and was well served during all phases of her stay from independant last bong to memory care. The staff from waitresses to nurses to management seem to really care about the residents. After my mom passed the manager and front desk greeter came to her memorial and sent a large floral arrangement. My one caveat is at times they seem short staffed. Thanks to Cedar Creek for all you do.

I attended the Luau at Cedar Creek on August 5. While there I participated in a tour of all facilities and grounds. I. Found all facilities clean, bright, and cheerful. The grounds are beautiful, with a swimming pool, and it is pet friendly! There are multiple activities throughout the day! The food is chef prepared and delicious. As someone who has placed family in care facilities, I thought the cost was reasonable. I give Cedar Creek 5

Quality of service has greatly declined in the past year. Assisted living is now very poor yet the expense goes up. It is very frustrating to see your loved one be so unhappy by being ignored and left in the dining hall for hours. The Time to respond for help is usually 20 minutes before someone will come to the room. The weekends are worse as there is no supervision for a limited untrained staff

Amazing staff and Executive Director. I have had the pleasure of having 4 high level staff members in my classes all whom have had nothing but great things to say about this Assisted Living Home. I have been in the facility many times teaching classes and have seen first hand the love and caring ways of all staff. My friends have had their lives one's live in this community and have spoken highly of the care.

This is a great senior living center in a nice and safe part of Madera. They have many options for seniors to choose from, either complete independent living, partial care, or total care in one part of the facility that is completely safe for dementia and alzheimer's patients. The seniors have three meals prepared for them daily and they can eat in their apartment or with other residents in the dining area. They have an activities coordinator that plans daily activities and fun events during the holidays and special occasions. The grounds are beautiful with a pool, plenty of walkways and a garden area to do their own gardening. Its a place that I would happily recommend to my loved ones.
