Compassion and dignity. That is what I saw and experienced. Alicia the sales manager worked as an advocate for me getting my dad out of rehab. Michelle the director answered all my questions after managing the return of residents after a hurricane evacuation. I am so happy with the intimate setting and the facilities. One of the things about Brookdale is that they cap their add on fees. So as more care is needed, you know it won't ever cost more than X. I feel confident I have left my dad in good hands.

If you find yourself in a place of needing a home for a loved one, do yourself a favor and make an appointment to see Brookdale Rotonda. The building is not new or sparkly or special but a building does not make a home, only people can do that. The staff is amazing. I think Michelle has hand picked each one to be sure the level of care is top notch. It is working! The entire staff pitches in wherever needed to be sure the residence have just what they need when they need it. In the time my Mom was there, keeping the kitchen staffed was a struggle (as it is everywhere right now). The residence still needed their meals and Michelle stepped right in to prepare them! It is quite evident that the people who work there are not looking at their position as "just a job". They treat all who come through as a friend to the point of feeling like you just stepped into a huge family home. I was very new to the assisted living process for my Mom, I had so many questions and concerns on a daily basis. I always felt welcomed into the office to talk to the staff, whether it was the director, sales manager or nurse, I was given ample time and respect from each and every one of them. We have moved on from there for now and I still hear from the staff members who just check in on my Mom from time to time. Now that is special! Heather, the Sales Manager was a great help to us going through the overwhelming process of helping us get my mom moved into Brookdale. She was patient with all of our questions and always available. Michelle the Director and Susie the Health/Wellness Director have been great to work with also. Brookdale is a beautiful and clean home for your loved ones to live, be taken care of, and still be able to be independent.

This facility is exceptional. My Mom has been living here for the past 5 years, and she frequently comments how lucky we were to have found this place. It is small enough to have a real homey feel -- nothing institutional about it. The management and staff have worked tirelessly to keep the facility Covid-free during the pandemic, and have gone above and beyond to keep the residents spirits up in the absence of face-to-face visiting. Mom is treated like family and the staff works with us to make sure she is safe, healthy and comfortable. She loves it here.

This is an exceptional care facility. The staff here is like family and have looked after my Mom wiith care and concern for over 3 years. Her quality of life is amazing there at 94 years old. We are grateful to have found this gem in Englewood.

Brookdale Rotonda is a warm and caring senior living community. It's large enough to meet the needs of it's residents, but small enough to feel homey. The staff think of their residents and treat them like family. I highly recommend Brookdale Rotonda if you are looking for a senior living community.
