This place SUCKS, the staff bearly speaks English & lies to director forcing residents to receive 30 day notice. The food is horrible & they're always out of food. For the price they say they're over budget but nothing to show for it for resident's. The director is a very evil woman with care for the residents all she cares about is money.

The staff is wonderful, patient, and caring. They do a lot of work keeping folks safe. They certainly put up with a lot from my father! The facility is a nice environment with lovely decor. The neighborhood is also pretty nice with a pond and senior residences but also a Kwik Trip folks with some mobility can get to.

My family and I are pleased with the support and care being given to our family member. The environment is comfortable and the staff have been caring and helpful. We needed a place that understands the difficulties around advancing dementia and the staff here have worked well with our family member. We have been kept updated and are included in the care planning.

I would like to share how blessed we are to have found HeartFields Assisted Living at Bowie. Ms. Nicola Hall was so caring and instrumental with my mothers move from FL. to MD> Ready to assist how she could making this a smooth transition and it has been and continues to be. I would also like to share how caring every one of the staff members have been since we arrived. They are doing everything to make my mother feel comfortable , to feel safe. Assisting with medical needs by setting up Dr. Appointments to get the prescription-ed care she needs. Thank you to the Staff at HeartFields in Bowie, MD.
