Brookdale meridian AL staff is awesome, I dont think there is anything they cant handle. Really keep you informed of how your loved one is doing good or not so good. Always very nice and polite when I visit my Dad. Very accommodating top notch

The Brookdale Meridian Community environment is warm and inviting. Most of the staff have been polite and willing to accommodate my mother-in-law’s needs. Recently a new activities director was hired and she has reached out to the residents about their needs and wants. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience and I feel very blessed that my mother-in-law is part of the Brookdale family.

It was difficult making a decision to move my parents here. The staff from the moment I made the first inquiring phone call through move in day were wonderful. If I or my parents have questions the staff is always ready to listen and help if they can. While the rooms may seem small, it has provided my parents in MC an ability to focus better and live a better quality of life without worrying about taking care of so much stuff. Overall my parents have adjusted well (although it took time) and their memory is much better with all of the daily stimulation and having people around.
