My mother loved living at Sage meadow the first two months she was there. Then she got sick and is now filled with anxiety and thinks nobody cares for her there, but I have seen them bend over backwards for her knowing that she was sick and her memory has gone down hill fast! The do what they are supposed to be doing, it may not be her exact timing according to her demands but it gets down. The staff is very helpful and kind and have put up with a lot from her and other people since she has been there, so bless them for still caring and taking care of my mom. The head staff is very knowledgeable and helpful when working through things.

My mother has been a resident of initially Sage Meadows assisted-living and in their memory care for the last year and 1/2. She received such loving and tender care from the caregivers. She always felt safe and well cared for. She died a very peaceful and dignified death a few weeks ago at age 99. I will forever be grateful to the exemplary end of life care provided to her by her caregivers, Especially Candy, Patricia, Derrick and the attentive night staff.

It's amazing how much better mom is doing in this loving environment!! Thank God my family moved her recently. The staff are so kind and accommodating. It feels so homey and peaceful.

I am happy to post a glowing review for Sage Meadow! My Mom has lived here for over 4 years, back when it was Artisan and the improvement with Sage Meadow and their new management is amazing. My Mom is taken care of with such kindness and attention, my family and I could not be happier. They are so responsive to her needs and our requests. I can sleep easier knowing that Mom is safe amd cares for!

I have worked at Sage Meadow for almost a year now. Since we have changed over management companies it is such a wonderful place to work. Such a great positive atmosphere and the residents are such a joy to work with. really an awesome place to work overall.

I enjoy working here at Sage Meadow Middleton. I love spending quality time with residents or just hearing some of their life stories. I've worked here for seven years and counting, and it has been a blessing to spend time with such a wonderful community of people.

This is a beautiful community with the newly renovated second floor. Vicki is a great director and very kind. I volunteer at this community as part of my service hours for school.

Artisan has been a great place for our dad. The current staff consistently treat him with dignity and respect. They have been patient and understanding with us and our father as we learn how to support him with his developing dementia. They consistently encourage him to participate in activities even when he is resistant. He feels he has friends there. He is well taken care of.

My father-in-law lived at Artisan for over five years. Having an Alzheimers diagnosis, he was still able to have the quality of life our family wanted. We enjoyed seeing him participate in the activities provided by Atrisan and the staff really cared about him. Prior to his death, they connected us with hospice services, allowing him to stay at Artisan. I would encourage anyone looking for quality memory care to take a look at Artisan.

The current staff at Artisan is excellent. Amy leads an art program where residents are encouraged to express themselves and I have seen some amazing work. Recently Karen joined the staff as an Alzheimer's specialist and she is very dedicated to enhancing the lives of the residents. Of course the CNAs provide much of the daily care and like any of these facilities there is frequent turnover but there is a core of very dedicated workers. I try to vary the times of my visits so I get a better feel for what is going on and I have been very pleased in the last couple years.

My mother was a resident here and we were very pleased with her care. Despite her anxiety coming to live in new surroundings, the staff did a great job making her transition as pleasant as we could hope for. We were so happy to learn mom made a couple of new friends in the first month. She also loved attending art classes with Amy who has worked with her during her stay. The staff was very attentive and I felt she was well liked. I would have no problem recommending Artisan to anyone.
