My mom has been a resident at Bickford now for 2+ months. It is a blessing to have been able to find a facility / staff that cares. Yes, reminders are needed every once in a while, but smiles are always available on each and every employee.

I had the opportunity to take a tour of Bickford of Saginaw today. I have to say that this is the cleanest, most home like assisted living facility I have ever been in, The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. My tour guide Mellisa explained all of Bickford of Saginaw's features, and I was even introduced to some lovely Bickford residents. Thank you Bickford for your outstanding care you provide every single day.

Were told mom would not have to move they would work with us to step down the pricing. Did not follow through we had to move her again. Her room and bathroom was filthy.

My father in law has been at Bickford for nearly 2 months, and we have been extremely impressed with the facility-services provided. From our initial communication with Mark, to move in day, to now, all of it has been well handled! The Bickford of Saginaw has plenty of friendly faces and everything is handled professionally. My father in law has been at 3 different facilities prior to Bickford, however, Bickford has by far been the best! Thank you Bickford of Saginaw for all that you do!
