The managent here is so great to communicate with and ask questions. If you are thinking of assisted living, this facility and management is a great place to work with. I would absolutly recommend this company and the staff that works in this facility.

Oceanview is definitely a place to consider if you are wheelchair bound or need crutches to aid in walking. If you are independent and in good health, this place is not a place for you to consider since it definitely is for handicapped seniors into their 70s and 80s. It's a huge lifestyle change, especially if you have lived in your own house your entire life, and now have to downsize to a 800 sqft living space(their largest). I love the fact that it's a secure facility with nice grounds in a lovely community, and never have to worry about cooking/dining needs - all is taken care of. For me, I still want to cook, but unfortunately, units do not come with full kitchens, just a microwave and a mini refrigerator. I need room to roam about in my house, and I feel these units cannot provide that. The amount of "stuff" I would have to sell, donate, or trash is incomprehensible at this time of my life, so again, this place is not for me at this point of my life. If you are considering a place for your loved ones who are handicapped, cannot provide for themselves, and need a safe haven for them, you should make an appointment to take the wonderful tour in a beautiful town along the Oregon Coast.

We visited to check out the place for our mom. Everything looks good and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. AND THE BEST THING was that my mom's friend lives there and we were able talk in private. He said the operation is first rate. The only drawback is the price, but it is in line with other facilities that offer the same range of services.

We recently helped my mom move into Oceanview. The best decision we made. From our first meeting with Stephen & Jeanette, we knew this was the right place for her. She's made new friends already and is so impressed with everything. It makes my heart happy knowing she's doing well but also has help nearby if needed. I'd highly recommend this place!

When my Gramma was ready to move to assisted living, I was determined to make sure she would be in good hands. From the very beginning, the kind people at Oceanview put my mind at ease. Honest, caring, professional, patient, competent and compassionate... I could go on... Becky and the team are doing an amazing job for the people in their care. If you're looking for elder care assisted living, definitely do your own research, but give Oceanview a look.

I totally would recommend Oceanview Senior Living for anyone that is looking to place their loved one in an Assisted Living Facility. If you are looking for a place for yourself, I would still recommend Oceanview. The staff is amazing and kind. Great team of care givers here.

Oceanview is a wonderful place! The staff is kind, compassionate, helpful, friendly, caring, and hard working! We moved our folks in there this past June and everyone helped to make them feel very at home right away. My stepdad suffered from Alzheimer’s and was not happy about being moved from his home, but within two short weeks he was calling Oceanview home and making friends with staff and residents. Recently, my stepdad fell and needed a lot of additional care and the staff was there for all of his needs. He unfortunately took a turn and was put on hospice, and the team at Oceanview stepped up even more. At every turn, they were taking care of my stepdad and my Mom, and even us! We are so incredibly happy that we encouraged my parents to make this move because I’m not sure how we would have handled the past several weeks without them! Mom is planning to stay because she enjoys the community/family atmosphere that Oceanview provides. Mom has made many friends there and enjoys the staff tremendously. She is even on the welcome committee and the council. Mom is more active and feeling more healthy than ever before. She came to Oceanview with lots of back pain, but after getting on-site physical therapy, she is nearly pain free and thriving! I know when the time comes that my husband and I need additional care, we will not hesitate to move to Oceanview.

Our mom and step-father moved into Oceanview last June 2021 right when a Covid outbreak happened. We elected to go ahead with the move and we were SO glad that we did. The staff did their utmost to keep all residents and staff safe and make everyone comfortable. They had to pivot to serving all meals in residents rooms--imagine the extra staff and supplies needed to do this! When things were safe to open back up for meals in the dining room and other activities were able to resume (crafts, puzzles, pool shooting, games, movies, exercise classes) my mom and step-father thrived! The residents are all friends, the staff are competent, kind and caring. They really went above and beyond when my step-father injured himself in a fall. He was in serious pain and they were so gentle, caring and kind through this injury and subsequently, his death. Most important of all, my mom is not alone; she's surrounded by love and support throughout Oceanview. We're so glad we made this move!

My loved one has been living at Oceanview for 3 years and I could not be more pleased with her care. The staff is kind, compassionate, and respectful of the residents. All holidays are celebrated with decorations throughout the community in addition to a special meal. There are numerous activities to join...arts and crafts, cooking, movies, exercise, and many more. I highly recommend Oceanview for your loved ones or yourself.

I called the community relations director and every time I called she was helpful and answered all my questions. She was very prompt at getting me all the information to make the best decision for my loved one . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who asked . She did not try and sell me , but rather made sure it would be the very best placement.
