One of the best family set up assisted living facilities in Tempe. The owner is a very knowledgeable and honest person. The care that they offer is exceptional! Highly recommend!

Living in one of K and Rs Assisted Living places is a joy especially if you have a good attitude. The house is a home where you can feel free to do as you would in your own home. With only 5 residents the caretaker is close by to assist in anything that you need or want. The owner does everything in her power to make her residents comfortable even to buying you a new blouse or shirt or new shoes when she finds something that might brighten your day. The meals are full of fresh vegetables and fruit. Seldom are canned food included in the menu. If you have diet restrictions they are modified to your needs. Once a week live music is brought in for entertainment. There is a house doctor if the need comes up. And of course if you need to go to an outside doctor appointment an arrangement is made to take you and bring you back. I have been a resident for 2 1/2 years and it has been basically a happy time for me.

Krystyna takes such good care of her residents, that people come here with cancer having a year to live while they make it another 7 years! She makes home made juice for them, make sure theyre well taken care off, often goes out of her way to accommodate, and treats everyone as if they were her own family. I highly recommend this assisted living!
