We have enjoyed our stay as usual. We didnt know that all rooms did not have a microwave and a couch in the rooms. Other times we stayed we had a microwave and couch. But I'm sure nextime will be better. See you in May.

My spouse, Richard, has been transferred to Atria of Great Neck, a senior living facility and long term care facility. I had toured several other facilities, but none could compare to this one. Mindy Siegel, Director of Admissions, gave me a tour of the Atrium of Great Neck. The facility has outstanding accommodations and activities for the residents. Daily activities are held for those who wish to participate. The place is spacious and spotless. The staff is extremely helpful towards the patients' needs. An aide or staff member is always willing to go the extra mile for the resident. Mindy Siegel answered all my concerns and demonstrated patience, courtesy and understanding towards my uncertainty. She assured me everything would be handled in a timely manner prior to my spouse's admission. Mindy is a woman of her word. My spouse was welcomed in a friendly manner. He felt immediately right at home. This place is better than a five star hotel.

To be honest , everything was grade A , the service , the environment and the staff , very humble and kind boss Mr Eric , he has created a great place to be , as a friend , a guest or a tenant , the Atria Park of Great Neck , stands for it's name .

It's not easy having to put a loved one into a place like the Atria. Although my mother isn't ambulatory, at 93, she's still as sharp as a tack. Along with the frustrations we have with Atria Park, there are bright spots, too. One of those bright spots is Verrome, the lovely woman who greets visitors 5 days a week. These 5 stars are for her always ready smile, assurances, efficiency and going the extra mile. Thank you, Verrome!

I love it here at atria park of great neck. Love the help that was provided for me, its with sadness I must leave the people I met those I call family. Our mother had lived at another Atria for some years and benefitted greatly. When she needed more care she came to Atria Park and we couldn’t have made a better decision. From the receptionist to the caregiving team to the housekeepers and rest of the staff - EVERYONE not only cared truly for our mother, cared about their work ” and cared for us the visitors. We can’t thank you enough for helping our mother end her days in as lovely and loving an atmosphere as one might hope to find. Special shout-out to the remarkable Mindy Siegel, who not only guided us to find the perfect apartment but was there every step of the way, going out of HER way over and over again to support our family. I visited the Atria Park of Great Neck twice with my family. David Pagan, the sales representative was gracious and understanding and patient. The facility was bright, inviting and showed a commitment to it's residents care. The memory care component engages the patients in a nurturing setting. Atria of Great Neck gives me peace of mind. My Mom is very happy and has met alot of friends. The live entertainment each week is something my Mom looks forward to and it’s very lively. The staff are communicative with me in regards to any concerns my Mom has and I feel we have a team approach. Dayna Fleisher and Eric Myers are extremely attentive and responsive and Deborah Sterling in reception is simply wonderful!

Pleasant atmosphere.immaculate. If you need assistance with anything someone is always there to assist you. The staff in this assisted living is always willing to go above and beyond. Therapists are very dedicated. The kitchen and the cafe is run nicely. The caregivers are very passionate diligent patient and kind. It’s the Whole Package !!!

In particular, Ryan is simply amazing... I recently reached out to the community and I suppose it was after hours and was thankfuly got into touch with him about moving my mother. He was able to answer every single one of my questions without hesitation. Additionally, the community is 10 out 10, very Beautiful community with many amenities that I'm sure without worry my mother will enjoy at this stage of her life. Most importantly, I will be able to keep my mom local and not move to Florida, just in her first visit she started to make friends which means the world to me.
