She patiently and quickly answered our many questions, and made sure that our parents felt safe and welcomed. She also made us as a family fee secure in our choice. Since moving our parents in, we have seen how friendly and helpful the rest of the staff is and we know they are in good hands. It was a difficult decision to move our parents out of the house they lived in for so long, but the entire process with Katie and Story Point went much more smoothly than expected and we are so grateful for their new home.

This is a 3-3.5 star review based on administration. But had to go to 4 because of the nursing and caregiving aspect. And how could I give 5 stars as nothing could really live up to that...but know our family is HAPPY with our choice. Our family moved our matriarch into StoryPoint Naperville in November 2025. Since I'm not reviewing a mere inanimate object purchased, but a home for my elderly mother in law, I'm gonna be a little tougher in my assessment. Overall....this is a community of many lovely individuals, both employees and residents. They were very accommodating with our move in schedule, they were very accommodating with our learning curves of their system. BUT, there were TOO many learning curves. I saw another review that mentioned this....and it is abundantly correct. I highly recommend that they institute a new resident program for family members and the resident combined. Working with the administration quickly reminded us that this is a business first and foremost. This comment applies to the director tbh. Front desk is wonderful. Admin, maintenance, housekeeping, nursing, sales, life enrichment...all great. As we have adjusted after five months...we are learning the ropes. My family member is in Assisted Living. She has nurses and caregivers at her disposal. The staff nurses are truly wonderful. I personally feel welcomed and heard when I speak with the nursing staff, and they are very familiar with their residents. There are three deserving special mention: Christy, Danielle and Solena. The director of nursing is wonderful, has an open door policy and is available when needed. The food is honestly quite good....but EVERYONE there complains about it. So take that with a grain of salt (it is a low sodium diet, lol). The life enrichment team is deluxe, warm, friendly and fun. The place is CLEAN. If you are there later in evening....everyone is hunkered down in their apartments and the rugs are getting cleaned and things wiped down. Financially it is comparable to surrounding facilities. Because of the proximity to our family it was an easy decision. Additionally many people from our neighborhood had family living there through the years so we had a bit of 'insider' knowledge and felt good about our choice.

My parents have been in independent living for 8 months. We have been really happy with the services provided. The facility is clean and well maintained and the staff members seem to have a genuine concern for the residents. The food is tasty plentiful. The Veteran’s Room is a nice touch. There are plenty of activities to keep the residents active and during the warmer months the outdoor porch is a beautiful area for socializing and relaxing.

StoryPoint is a wonderful facility where the staff and agencies on site really work together for the good of the residents!!! My sister has been living there for several months now, and they seem to do all they can to accommodate her needs. Special shout outs go to Katie who toured and assisted us in the beginning, Sandy who helped us with all our therapy needs, Novella & Jessie at CorsoCare for the home help provided, and Clover at the front desk!!!! This is a beautiful facility and the least senior citizen-ish place I've ever been to. Immediately upon walking in, there is a sense of community there, from staff to residents, everyone tries to make you feel welcome. My father and mother became residents in the memory care unit at StoryPoint Naperville in November 2024 and it's more than just an assisted living and memory care facility for seniors. It's a community of compassion. The entire memory care staff and team especially the caregivers and the floor nurses on all three shifts plus the physical therapists and hospice nurses who are not StoryPoint employees are AMAZING! We are so grateful for their kindness, compassion, friendliness and help to my parents and all of the residents in the memory care unit. It's obvious when you walk through the memory care unit doors. They are ANGELS ON EARTH! The memory care staff and team took the time to get to know my mother and father, understand their needs and are patient with them. Of course, there are always ups and downs in memory care situations and my father passed away in May 2025. The staff provided personalized care and attention for my father that gave us peace of mind. We are so grateful for their dedication and compassion during his final days and, in the end, my father was surrounded by family, love and support. My parents have a one bedroom apartment in the memory care unit at StoryPoint. The facility and apartments are modern, updated, comfortable, impeccably clean and well-maintained. It's a welcoming environment for both residents and visitors. One of the really nice features of StoryPoint is the activities available for residents. Although my dad didn’t participate as much as we hoped, the staff made a concerted effort to keep him engaged and stimulated. And, mom, who is social, really enjoys the vitality and attention. Compared to other facilities we visited and researched, StoryPoint's value, quality and price point is as good as and better than most. But, do your due diligence to understand and clarify what's included and different in the cost of rent versus the cost of the level of care. In the throes of memory loss diagnoses plus needing to find assisted living quickly and prioritizing my mother's and father's care, a sales pitch should be handled with sensitivity, clarity and professionalism. That said, I'd recommend talking directly to the executive director and the nursing director, who are both responsive and available to answer your questions. I recommend StoryPoint when you're seeking an assisted living and memory care facility that prioritizes care, community and affordability. Thank you, The Dave Family

I placed my aunt at Story Point in October of 2024, and she was a resident for about 6 months until she died. The staff was very patient with her. She could be cranky and hard to please, but they always took time to see she was looked after, even when she was being difficult. When she became too much to handle in assisted living, we moved her into their memory care unit. She got a lot more stimulation and one on one handling there and was doing much better with all the attention. I am grateful for everything the staff did for her, and for me because I lived so far away.

This is one of the nicest facilities that I have been to for seniors. It’s a feeling you get from the moment that you walk in the building. The staff is friendly, caring and supportive for the residents, they take the time to get to know you as a person and care about you. There is always something fun going on with activities and dining does these extra events like cooking on a hibachi grill. The executive director takes the time to get to know the residents and is warm and welcoming at all times. The location is great and the bus can take you around Naperville and to the downtown area. Highly recommend!

Story Point is a wonderful senior adult living. It is like a hotel with one room to room apartments. Rent for a one bedroom apartment is $4000 a month. On the first floor there are many activities. There is a life enrichment Director who every week changes there is a grand piano in the piano room and people come in and entertain people residence. There is a big community room where events are held. You can go to Facebook at Story Point Naperville. And you will see pictures of the residence and activities people I am the resident DJ as Story Point . I play all-time records on video and YouTube from the 1940s, 1950s and 1960s and 1970. These are the songs that offer all people know. Most people living a slave boy is over 70 years old. I am 80. We have people who are evil and they’re 90 and 100 years old. The maximum capacity is 200 people. the new theme of the week. There is a full dining room with 60 tables 4 people per table. We have a lounge, disco, bistro with free coffee, tea, cappuccino machine, the activity, Director there’s weekly birthday parties, cakes and we have in that room. I’ll pull table shuffleboard, ping-pong table. And biographies of people who have served in the military. But if you want to come to Story Point Naperville, find the phone number on Facebook. Call and ask for Stacy Stacy is the Director she will arrange for you and your father or mother to have a visit and see the facility. cookies us drink popcorn on Friday and if you want you can get a beer. We have a military room with pictures of people who have served. currently there are 65 men and the rest women who live!. Good luck. I hope you can afford it I but it is a really good place. I hope you find your finances oh $4000 a month to come and live in Story Point Story Point .

Alyson worked quickly to get Mom into a 1br soon after the chaos of her Alzheimers diagnosis. Storypoint came recommended by the psych facility that preceded mom's move. Close to home, I toured Storypoint and was sold on the modern look, the friendly staff, all the hustle and bustle, and the good cheer residents were in. They have a shuttle, numerous activities like movie nights and socials. Staff are friendly and helpful. The myriad nurses and doctors and physical and speech therapists who attend to residents may not be Storypoint employees directly but they add to the care level and efficiency. While it's been a huge adjustment for mom, she likes it a lot and knows it's a very well-oiled machine!

We have been part of the Storypoint (Spring Meadows) family since 2015. Sadly, my 96- year old friend recently passed away. While at the facility (assisted living) we had a wonderful experience. Rooms are spacious and kept clean, laundry is handled, meals are delicious and many friends can be made in the dining room, front porch, and many sitting areas. She enjoyed the numerous activities coordinated by the Activity Director, especially Bingo and Social Hour. The nursing staff and caregivers (some having been there for the entire time she was) are always caring, helpful, and available, keeping her healthy, safe and making sure her needs were met. All other staff, especially the front desk, are always most helpful and friendly. Having a beauty parlor there is just a plus. They were great during Covid keeping the facility safe. I highly recommend you give them a try.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and facilities at StoryPoint. We moved to Naperville 4 years ago and struggled to find the right fit for my grandma. As someone living with dementia and memory loss, we wanted her to feel as independent as possible, with all of the love and safety that gives my family the peace of mind to rest easy each night. This disease is horrible, but the staff is always there for every need, giving my grandma the best possible life as she ages. The building is always decorated so cheerfully for every season and the staff members always greet you with a smile. The food was tasty too, possibly the hidden gem of any senior living facility we've looked into! We would highly recommend this home for any family with a loved one needing some extra help. They have options available for any type of senior, whether you want nearly full independence, 24/7 monitoring and care, or something in-between. I have done the research for assisted living care in Naperville and I found that StoryPoint Senior Living was the very best facility. The rooms are very large and the monthly fees were affordable compared to many others that I visited. The staff is supporting and attentive and they are really engaging with their residents - Everyday is a party - they keep them active and entertained. I was especially impressed with their "happy hour". We all need more happy in our lives:-) Valerie Agosto was welcoming and attentive to my parents needs. I give them 5 stars!!

My Husband began to need more care than I was able to give. After investigating a number of alternatives we located Spring Meadows. My husband was settled in rooms in the Memory Care unit. I was so pleased with everything provided--medications prepared and given, housekeeping and laundry, meals which he liked. I was able to visit as I wished, and take him to my home for Sunday meals. He was happy to call Spring Meadows home for the last few years of his life. During that time there were situations when hospitalization was needed, and each time the processes were smoothly carried out. Spring Meadows met every expectation I had.

Moved here 2 months ago and felt like I was at home immediately. Everyone is friendly and so respectful. Those that are able have transportation to many activities like eating at special restaurants, going to musicals, not to mention Walmart, Walgreens, Farm and Fleet, Aldi's, and Meiers. Breakfast is great with many options. Dinners are great and if you don't wish to eat what is served their are many options available. The best thing is they strip your bed weekly and make your bed. They clean the apt every week and launder your bedding and return it the next week to make the bed again. No more shopping for food, no more cooking, no more dishes, and no more cleaning. You are free to do what you want to do and when you want If you want to go to church on Sunday the bus will take you. What more could you want.. Wish we had done it sooner.

We moved our 90 yr old parents to Spring Meadows 2-1/2 years ago. It was quite an adjustment moving from their own home in a small central Illinois town to the big city of Naperville and independent (but apartment) living. Spring Meadows did everything they could to make our parents time there happy, interesting and safe. As their needs increased, so did the services from the staff to include many assisted living services. Their administrative staff and nursing staff are very attentive. I especially want to thank the Business Manager, Jaycy, for her attention to detail and follow through in helping us recoup long term care benefits from our parents insurance company. It was quite the tedious process. It was unfortunate that as our parents aged, they required more nursing care, so we recently moved them to a skilled care facility. They were sad to go as they had made friends at Spring Meadows in both the residents and the staff. We thank SM for all they did for our parents while they were residents. I would highly recommend Spring Meadows for your elder loved ones care.

My dad was a resident at Spring Meadows/Naperville for 7 months. It was Dad's first Assisted Living experience. Even though he suffers from mild to moderate dementia, dad was not initially a happy camper. He shared his disdain freely in the beginning. To the great credit of the staff, they showed wonderful patience and gave dad the kind of love and support that normally only come from immediate family. My wife and I live out of state. Dad has few friends left and fewer immediate family members, we took our initial cue to trust my dad to Spring Meadow from a wonderful lady from a Place for Mom, (I highly recommend to anyone who needs information about the elderly to look into this site) who answered my prayer and the phone. (Prayer because I had no idea what I was doing when dad suddenly needed care and a new place to live) She gave us leads to call a few places in the same area, but she was most positive on Spring Meadows. Spring Meadow was my first call and only call. After being on the phone for about 30 minutes, i made the decision to move dad sight unseen (other than the pictures on their Website, which are authentic and accurate) to Spring Meadow. It is most difficult to have a love one living in an assisted living facility because you think that you have failed them by not having them live with you. It is even more difficult when the loved one is over a thousand miles away. I am not going to say that I was perfect or Spring Meadow was perfect, I wanted immediate communication with staff whenever i called to check on dad. I had to learn that it is a work place for staff and they had more than dad to care for. But we/i worked thru that and overall i was very impressed with the care that dad received. I just move dad to be closer to me. Not because of anything that Spring Meadow's staff did wrong. His dementia is getting a bit worse and I needed to have him closer to me and my son and my two grandchildren.
