I love The Residence of Chardon! The care my Mom received was the best she'd ever had. ALL the staff (nurses, aides, admin, cooks, etc.) are so caring, compassionate and competent. The food is so tasty and nutritional. I hope they are around when I need to be cared for!!

Since my mother moved in to the Residences about a year ago, she has been transformed for the better. She now has everyday social interactions, good food, exercise, medical care, and people to help her when she needs it. The staff has been supportive, communicative, and helpful in every way with me as a family member, and I've heard far more positive comments than criticisms from my mother about how they treat her. The Residences feels more like a community than a hospital, and I would recommend it.

The entire staff at the ROC is amazing. Their attention to detail, patience, & how they work everyday to not only make sure everybody is safe, cared for,, but also happy and engaged in activities is second-to-none. The overall environment & 'vibe' here is very very positive!

IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A GOOD PLACE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE IT IS NOT HERE. IT ISN'T WHAT YOU SEE ITS WHAT YOU DON'T SEE. THE MAJORITY OF THE STAFF IS NON-CARING, ARGUMENTATIVE AND MOST OF THE TIME NON- RESPONSIVE. IF A RESIDENT HAS AN ACCIDENT THEY DO NOT ASSIST NOR DO THEY LAUNDER THE CLOTHS UNLESS IT YOUR REGULAR DATE THE ACTIVITY PERSON IS SUPPOSED TO BE THERE FIVE DAYS BUT NOT REGULARLY. HARDLY NO ACTIVITIES. ENOUGH INFORMATION TO ALERT A PERSION.
