Reviews The Wellington at Conroe
October 2024
My Mom lives at the Wellington. The apartments are large and have washer and dryer in units, nice outdoor space. Crappy Internet and TV doesn't even Astro baseball, transportation is lacking, bus seems to be in the shop (AC didn't work well this summer). Food has always been lacking. No choice of food. Some of her friends have moved. I wish she would move. But she likes her washer & dryer.

Wow. The effort and care at this place is astounding especially during the tough times of Covid. They make sure everyone who lives there is set and comfortable. My great uncle has nothing but positive things to say about the staff and living establishment. I wouldnt think twice about moving another loved one here in the future if needed. A huge thanks to The Wellington.

The Wellington has been a blessing for our family, they have gone above and beyond in how they care for our mother. She is so happy there and has settled in nicely, she loves the activities (games) and the meal plans that she chooses from weekly. Plus they always keep us informed and updated on Covid 19... Big thumbs up for the staff members and everyone that works there for keeping her safe and happy.

My sister lives here and the whole staff has been amazing. Stephanie is an amazing activity director also the director Becky and the Manager Brenda are very accommodating with all our request. The head nurse Tinnette is genuinely kind, caring and knowledgeable. Also last but not least is Harley the maintenance man. Harley has been instrumental making all the accommodations just right. I cant say enough about the whole staff my sister loves them all.

I've lived in the independent facility for six months. First rate facility for the price. You may be able to get more, but you'll pay a good bit more and live in a much smaller apartment. Food is good and nutritious, and alternatives are always available. The staff is caring, courteous, and available. Outside, the building is beautifully landscaped offering nice seating, eating, and walking areas. Strongly recommended.

So Monday I toured the Wellington, first off the remodeling that the ED has done is Phenomenal. I tore this community for years ago for my mom and we were stuck her somewhere else now Im touring for my father.. So today I put down my deposit for him to live there its outstanding the activities they have for the men and women there and theyre really pumped about all their new church services that areGoing on Bible studies on Wednesday. Its so warm in walking into this building its like going home . The staff had a smile on their face and everybody was extra polite. The marketing director knew my dad had a dog and had him a doggy gift bag with dog food and treats and bowls in all kinds of sweet things for my dads dog.

Wonderful staff that strives to make the residents comfortable and happy.

My mother has lived at The Wellington for almost 6 months. She was reluctant to move at first, but has been happy there. The staff has always been extremely accommodating. Their kindness and tender treatment of Mom has surpassed our expextations. Because the facility is smaller than some of the corporate owned larger places, there is a real home feeling. It has been easy to get to know the staff. The residents know each other and enjoy the planned activities. I really am pleased with our decision to allow mom to have her own apartment, but now I don't have to worry any more about her safety. I would highly recommend The Wellington if you are looking for an assisted living facility for your loved one.
