Myself and Mr Benderson "Benny" , a therapy dog through Dog BONES of MA, visited with residents in the public community areas. I coordinated our visit through Kathleen Fusco, who accompanied us throughout our 45 minute visit, including Well Spring. As a past employee of BV, I found the newly renovated areas to be comfortable, bright and very welcoming. I think the residents enjoyed Benny's visit and we look forward to returning each month.

Our Brightview sales associate is very personable and knowledgeable. She guided us through all steps beginning with the initial tour through transition to his independent living apartment. Staff at Brightview are always very friendly and helpful, giving us peace of mind as Dad enjoys his new lifestyle. All concerns and questions from us are always responded to compassionately and quickly. When Dad required additional care, the move to assisted living was also a smooth process, with assistance from our sales associate. Additional services were provided as Dad's needs changed. Very happy that we chose Brightview for Dad!

Having worked in the healthcare industry for many years, I can say that this facility has earned every ounce of its success. Such a fine team! I feel right at home when I visit! Also, the food is delicious!

In October of 2019 my husband broke his hip. Following a successful surgery, he developed a serious infection and had to be rehospitalized. We knew that neither he nor I would be able to return home post hospitalization because he was quite weak and neither of us could manage the two flights of stairs in our house. When I searched for a suitable place for his recovery, Brightview stood out from others. We were fortunate that they had a furnished apartment available that we could rent for a few months. My initial impression proved to be spot on. The staff were welcoming, caring, and professional. The Brightview philosophy of wellness, SPICE, (Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Cultural and Emotional) is fleshed out in the environment, the nutritious and delicious food, the offerings for exercise, the speakers, the entertainers, the social activities. Although we left Brightview when we were able to return home in January 2020, I have kept in contact with friends I made there. I am so impressed to hear that Deanna and all of the staff have been so careful and conscientious in their responses to COVID 19. My very best wishes and my gratitude to all at Brightview. Friendly staff extremely supportive during a very difficult year. My family member living in the assisted living unit remains happy and satisfied with all aspects of the community. Social activities continue as appropriate with precautions sustaining quality of life for residents.

My mother and father have been residents for a couple years now. Cannot express our appreciation for all the help from so many staff members during a very difficult time. My fathers passing and the Covid crisis hitting about the same time ( he did not pass from COVID-19) The staff has been amazing with Mom and her family during a difficult time. They have been more than accommodating during my mothers hospitalization ( also not Covid) and helped us secure the care she needed to return and get back to her old self. My mom feels secure and independent at the same time during a time of extreme unrest. If I could I would give them more stars.

In particular, they have created such a loving environment for my father. Dad and mom wanted only to stay in Danvers so we were limited as to assisted living. So glad 4 years later that we chose Brightview. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Mom was there about a year and a half before moving into long term care facility. We were really worried about dad but the staff took him under their wing, especially after she passed and made sure he was well -cared for. I was always kept in the loop about changes or incidents but was able to breathe easy knowing he was well cared for. He recently passed away and the support I and the family received was overwhelming. These people have done an outstanding job during this awful pandemic, treating the residents like family and being there for them. I was so impressed with the caring and love they showed that I recently took a part-time position mainly for myself so I can keep in touch with the associates and the residents who befriended dad and made his final days comfortable and stress-free.

My parents were residents at Brightview in Danvers for 5 years starting as independent residents then moving on to assisted and finally to the Wellspring Village. The staff was respectful, friendly, compassionate and accommodated us every step of the way. Definitely recommend them!

I can't say enough about how wonderful BrightView is. The staff goes over and above, the property is beautiful, clean and welcoming, the food is tasty, and most importantly - they treat the residents with respect, warmth and dignity. They are kind, professional and warm! Staff members know each resident by name, they encourage family to visit and when a resident has a medical issue they work tirelessly to reduce pressure on the resident and their family members. Highly recommend!

My Dad has lived at Brightview Danvers for 4 years. He is happy and safe. He can be a fussy eater but loves the food provided in the dining room. Steve does the exercise groups and has inspired Dad to exercise and get out of his room every morning. As long as Dad is happy and safe, I feel good. He couldn't be in his home so Brightview is the best thing.
