I am a Stockton University student who visited the Spring Home several times to volunteer for a class. The place is very welcoming and friendly. The staff are helpful and considerate. It was very easy to communicate with Tiffany who helped us organize a few activities for the residents. Overall I had a great time at the Spring Home and enjoyed getting to know the residents a little bit better.

First thing I noticed at Spring Home at Galloway was how clean it was walking in the front door. I was greeted by Cherelle at the front desk, who always greets guest and residents with a smile. The Director, Jennifer offered a tour and I was very impressed with everything that was shown and explained to me. My father has been there for a month and the facility is always being cleaned and the staff is always checking in on him to make sure he has everything he needs. Nurse Kim checks on him because of his medical needs and calls me if there are any concerns. I think it was an excellent decision that I found Spring Home from my father.

Our family's experience with SpringHome has been stellar. Our first meeting with Jennifer ( Director of Communications ) was absolutely a window into the consummate care and compassion my father would receive from all the staff and the management. It was a transition for my father to go into an Assisted Living Home and the transition was handled so well; he is now in a safe and very caring environment . I highly recommend Spring Home .

Our family has had a wonderful experience with this facility. One of the first things you notice is how immaculately clean the entire building is”it is clear the housekeeping staff works incredibly hard to maintain a fresh, home-like environment. The heart of the community is definitely the staff. They are not only professional but also deeply caring and attentive to the residents' needs. We’ve been especially impressed with the variety of engagement opportunities available. "Mindy’s Mixers on Tuesdays" is a major highlight that the residents always look forward to. In addition to the indoor activities, we love that there is a well-maintained walking path with benches surrounding the buildings, allowing residents to safely enjoy the fresh air. The community also does a great job of keeping everyone active with scheduled shopping and lunch trips. If you are looking for a vibrant, clean, and compassionate environment for a loved one, I highly recommend Spring Home at Galloway.

Rooms are beautiful, dining rooms are spread out on first floor, everyone from the Executive Director, the Director of Community Relations, the Resident Care Director, the Manager, the Charge Nurse, the Facilities Director, the Dining Service Director and every other employee in the Facility are Courteous, Professional and Friendly. Moving to Spring Home was the best decision for my mother. She was still very active and independent but I recognized signs that she could benefit from a community with resources. Spring Home is a vibrant, very active community. Mom is always busy. The staff are phenomenal. They are kind, compassionate and care for the residents as family. Jennifer the marketing director at this assisted living facility made an incredible impression. She is warm, knowledgeable and compassionate. It was immediately clear that she genuinely cares, not just about the residents, but also about the families who are navigating what can be an emotional and overwhelming process. We were so nervous about handing over care to any facility but she took the time to listen, answer every question thoroughly, and explain options without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Her professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. Every other facility lacked the comfort and patience we needed to feel in order to move forward with this process. Jennifer balanced everything with expertise and kindness, which makes all the difference in a setting like this. Thanks to her guidance and support, we felt confident, informed, and welcomed every step of the way. She is a true asset to this community and a major reason this facility stood out for us. As a physical therapist who had been to many senior living / long term care communities, I would say that Spring home is one of the better ones. They both have assisted living and memory care buildings, in which the latter is newly renovated. I like it that they keep all areas clean, so no typical nursing home smell when you enter. Thanks to the housecleaning staff who you see working all the time. They offer daily activities to residents the whole day and have out of the community shopping and lunch trips. They also have a walking path that goes around each building with benches along the way for residents to sit on either to rest or just enjoy the weather.

The people here are great. All of the staff and residents are very nice and social. There are also games and other recreational activities going on every time I come here. All of the residents i've talked to have a positive outlook as well. They say the food is good and talk about their friends they have here. Overall, I really recommend this place.

My mother lived at Spring Home for over 3 years. When she first moved there, it seemed ok but in the time she lived there, all of her money, jewelry and valuables were stolen, no one checked on her on a daily basis and the food was just okay. They raised the rates by $300 in January. I am including a photo of what her room looked like when I removed her belongings. Now I know why she was always coughing and had a runny nose all the time.

Xio, Jennifer and the rest of the staff at Spring Home are truly a dream team of Assisted Living professionals. The residents are well groomed and genuinely happy. The food is restaurant quality, which is usually huge concern when searching for Assisted Living. The care is exceptional. Front line staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their patients!

We had our dalmatian Bowie with us to visit Bonnie P. She enjoyed him, the residents enjoyed him, and the staff as well. I saw so many smiles from everyone there. Bowie could hardly contain himself. My mother moved into Assisted living at Springhome At Galloway a couple of months ago. While the transition has been challenging for a variety of reasons, the executive Director and her entire team have been nothing short of amazing to do everything possible to offer support and guidance. They are very communicative, responsible, and caring. We know we have made the right decision and that my mother is receiving the best possible care.

Everyone is extremely down to earth, caring and loves what they do. My father was there for only a few months, but during his time there everyone went above and beyond for his needs. They helped him to get the proper care that he needed. I am so thankful for the nurses and workers there. They deserve the best. Thank you guys for everything

Details to follow So far not happy with new owners. >2 years here and the nursing staff are great advocates for residents. I’m not sure they have a lot of flexibility from management. The staff are spread very thin! It’s very hard to keep the quality high for the residents with so many restraints from management. Doesn’t look like they are spending anything on maintenance. Probably one guy trying to keep up with an aging building that needs many updates. Internet just went from 20 a month to 50 and is still very poor. I understand they are working on it but has been poor and remains poor for now. Updates to follow. Thanks very much for the care takers for there hard work with so little support!

Our mom was at this facility for over three years prior to her recent passing. She made the transition to hospice care seamlessly due to Spring Home's in-house relationship with Grace Hospice. Our mother received care from wonderful staff members from both Spring Home and Grace, and we were grateful for the rapid response from administration whenever we did have an issue. The staff tries hard to make living there a positive experience for all the residents, even through COVID. Of course I miss visiting my mom there, but I also miss interacting with the staff and other residents. <3

I see the negative thoughts and I have to say I find it wrong. My dad went there for the final hospice stay and passed there very peacefully. I found the inhouse hospice service adequate. Considering you are paying assisted living prices for full time nursing care I found the facility a bargain. But more importantly about 3 days before he died dad said "well if I have to die somewhere this isn't a bad deal at all". They ensured that I was there even in covid to hold my dads hands until the very end. I will be forever grateful.
