I scheduled a tour of this facility last week. Such a positive experience I took my spouse back to take a look a few days ago later. Everyone we met exceeded our expectations. Straight forward information on costs of rooms and care for our Mother with Dementia. Thinking of moving her here from another facility nearby. Still considering and hoping we can make a decision soon.

If it wasn’t for Westmont of Brentwood and Emal’s continuous efforts to help I would still be lost trying to figure out how to take care of my parents while working full time and living a distance away from them. Without going into much personal details, this place is ideal for senior citizens who can’t live by themselves. It’s clean, nicely decorated, and the people who are running it are genuinely helpful and caring. It took several weeks to be able to finalize our financial issues during which there were many phone calls and texts at different times of the day. They were always received with welcoming grace. Everyone there from administration to nursing to the rest of the staff are always ready to help. The food, the care services, the staff from the front desk people all the way to the director have been extremely supportive and made the move smooth. I’m very grateful to everyone at Westmont for all they’ve done to make my life a bit easier knowing my parents are well taken care of. Thank you Mercedes, April, Jennifer, Kayla, Tina, Scott, Gary, and all front desk sweet folks. And a very special thank you to Emal for your persistence and great help!

Westmont of Brentwood is a very charming place for seniors.,from outside to inside looked neat, clean, and well-appointed. The staff is very helpful, very willing to answer questions. The wellness Director Mercedes is very knowledgeable and pay attention to all the residents care details. The dining area is bright and the outdoor patio like a little garden. The grounds were nice and walkable. It could accommodate wheelchairs, apparently, and all that. They had a lot of windows ,they did a really good job. It's certainly pleasant and it seems like it has a good amenities.

Westmont of Brentwood is truly a very welcoming and warm community. The staff is kind and caring and go the extra mile for their residents. They offer a jammed packed activity calendar with many fun opportunities to be social. The residents are happy and love chatting with visitors. It is a very special place.

My Grandmother and I toured many communities looking for a place she could call "home". Westmont was it! Quality care and a friendly staff. Such a cozy atmosphere. I loved the roses and trees outside. Grandma loved the sound of the birds and the views of Mt Diablo.

Nice large apartments with decently sized closets, the great outdoors areas, and the nice variety activities offered. Several of the friendly residents introduced themselves and were happy to share their experience living here - be sure to stay for lunch.

I recently had the opportunity visit and treat some of their residents at Westmont of Brentwood and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The staff starting with the front office, Alex, to the back office were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure the residents were well taken care of. Chef Tony goes the extra mile with his incredible culinary skills, food was amazing. Michael, the executive director is extremely friendly and always happy to see you with a big smile on his face. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm and cozy atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend Westmont of Brentwood for anyone seeking a caring and comfortable environment for their loved ones.

The apartments are homy and the staff is friendly and trained to take good care of my Mother's medication and meals. There were visits by the staff daily to looking in on my Mother. Her special needs are addressed as required. I recommend Westmont of Brentwood.

Westmont of Brentwood was the best choice I could have made for the care of my mother's needs. She has been at Westmont, in Memory Care, for almost 2 years now. The Staff is amazing, professional and caring. She is treated with dignity and respect. In the beginning of her stay it was a little rough around the edges. It was just her getting use to living somewhere else and the staff getting to know her and exactly what her needs were. Also building personal relationship. The staff keeps her room clean, does her laundry, makes sure her bed is fresh and clean. They have a schedule that all the residents are kept on. Her hygene and grooming are #1. They also have a awsome activity program. Everyday is different. Blanca, who is in charge of all activities, is amazing, caring, and treats the residents as if they were her own parents. I know my mother is in good hands. I also want to give a big shout out to the Med Techs. Again they are very professional, knowledgeable, caring and are always there to help with all your personal concerns. The caregivers I give them my utmost respect. From the time my Mother has been there I would say they are the backbone of memory Care. Most of their jobs go unseen. Its an extremely difficult job and they all do it with professionalism and a smile. I want to give Maria a special thanks. She has been there from the beginning and has always treated my mother like her own. Thank you Westmont of Brentwood. In my eyes #1

After visiting many independent/assisted living communities in Antioch and Brentwood we chose Westmont without hesitation! My family has been very pleased with the attention and care that my loved one has been receiving here for independent living. I visit multiple times throughout the week and I’m always greeted by name and with a smile. My loved one participates in multiple activities and has even tried and enjoyed ones that aren’t their usual fair. All meals are provided and are good (not bland as I was expecting). The facility is always clean and the staff is very attentive. Our only wish is that there were more people of color as residents.

Westmont of Brentwood was a Godsend for my mother! I can not recommend them enough!! In every category they are superior. The staff is not only very professional and friendly, but really do care about their residents. Put simply, they treat my Mother as if she was their own. The food is good (I've eaten their several times); they have plenty of activities and routinely bring in live entertainment; the facility is very nice, clean and well kept; the service staff is great; the rooms are excellent; and the general vibe is positive and loving. My Mom is very happy at Westmont and the facility and her care is absolutely top notch.

My Dad has been at Westmont for about 4 years. Very good service, clean, lots of activities (pre covid) and he loves the food. I was worried when we were looking for places for him. Seems they all have terrible scary reviews. But he loves it there. I visit him 2-4 times a month and it has always been clean with great friendly staff who all greet him by name and we never had a problem. Pre covid he would come to my house some times and he is supposed to sign out but he forgets. They would call me usually within a couple hours saying he was missing and I would tell them he is with me so they are on top of it and check on him all the time.

We have our mother there for almost 3 years now in assisted living. The staff has been wonderful! The difficult first few weeks the staff was patient, loving and kind to her. During this most difficult past year with the shut downs and closing the dining room & in person visits, they have shown just how wonderful they are! From the window visits, zoom call visits, the extra care to deliver meals to rooms, carts in the hall to deliver ice cream & treats, weekly zoom meeting and updates, they are GREAT! Loving and helpful staff, give hugs, and make all feel special. We are grateful to Westmonts staff!

The staff at Westmont Living have been wonderful for me and my husband. The staff are loving and helpful as/when needed. We have been very pleased with the service from everyone, from the kitchen to the housekeepers and all the aides. Husband loved the food. Help always available whenever needed anytime of day or night. Housekeepers keep apartment clean and tidy,, especially when I am unable help myself.. The residents are friendly and appear to enjoy each other and the staff. Mostly smiles on everyone, and ready to give a hug if needed. Management are ready and eager to assist in any way they can. Often helping with errands and chores outside their regular duties. Regular meetings between staff and residence for feedback is great, and they hear us. I can't say enough good things about the facility from independent living to assisted living to memory care , and we have used all three at one time or another. They care and that is worth millions! Would definitely recommend this facility to my family and anyone needing assistance and loving care.

My grandma used to love it here. Unfortunately they have recently changed management, and my grandma says they will not let her take cereal to her room anymore. So if she cant get herself up and in the dining room by 8am she cant eat. She is 92 so she just hop into the car and drive on down to the store. It's pretty heartbreaking considering the am out of money it cost to live here.

My mother in law was there and we felt she got excellent care. We were always notified the minute any changes were noted. She was very happy there. Her caretakers truly cared. We loved the family activities.
