Super nice inside. Must have all just been redone. Was surpised to see even the sidewalks have been redone that rarely happens with these places. There were even courtyards with nice seating surprising to see almost like a nice hotel

I can honestly say this is one of the best assisted living and memory care facilities I have seen in the State of Michigan, or anywhere in the Midwest for that matter. The dedication and compassion that I have witnessed here not only from the management but from all staff members has been truly inspiring! Charter Senior Living Stepping stone falls has more activities and group opportunities than anywhere I have seen. I was very impressed with the company’s mission statement. Enhance the human spirit it really says it all. What a difference Charter Senior Living has made here! Ever since the new ownership came in, I’ve noticed big changes for the better. The staff is friendlier and more attentive, the management team is hands-on and caring, and the whole environment feels fresh and inviting. The new owners Charter Senior Living care more about their elderly than any assisted living facility I have seen. They have not only gotten rid of the old employees that were causing harm and issues but they have been re doing the entire place! I am really impressed it’s one of the nicest assisted livings in our area! The old owners and old place have been shut down and I’m so glad because this new place is a place that cares and loves their people like family! Very impressed

Our Mother has now spent several months at the Landings. Our experience so far has been excellent. Having toured several assisted care facilities around the Flint area, we have not found a better facility. The activity director (Deana) who we have interacted with numerous times, has been outstanding. The varied schedule of activities keeps the residents busy and happy on a near daily basis. We have addressed small issues with the staff, and all issues were addressed. Thank you to the entire staff for their efforts in caring for the residents.

Payed 5200.00 first months rent and my mom only lived there for 4 days and she passed away we only received a check refund for 1500.00 was expecting half or maybe 2/3 back the manger there is hard to deal with Do not place your loved one here look elsewhere look up there reviews of employees and careers they get bad reviews

The Landings is a wonderful place if you are considering assisted living for your family member. The facility is beautiful and affordable. Every interaction I've had at The Landings has been positive-clean, safe environment with friendly, knowledgeable staff. I most enjoy that the staff work so hard to put on public welcome events- to keep their residents and their families tied into the Genesee County community. All around a great place that I would be happy to bring a family member or loved one to. Thank you for all you do.
