The Reserve is such a wonderful place. You get a great feeling walking in and then to meet Alex and he tells you how they a different from other assisted livings in the area, but he is also able to show you them. If you are looking for senior living call and ask for Alex.

Had a tour and the facility was very clean the staff was very attentive to the residents. The activity shared the many upcoming activities they had planned and invited me to come back and visit. Alex was so great he is definitely the perfect person for that position

We contacted The Reserve in Peachtree City an spoke with Alex on more than one occasion and was so impressed. I could feel a real concern for the people who lived there. Alex pointed out some of the differences between the Reserve and some of the other facilities in the area. I could tell Alex was certainly an asset to The Reserve and Alex pointed out that it was everyone who worked there that made it a wonderful place because it was a team effort.

This is a very caring, well run facility to have a loved one. It's home in every sense of the word to the residents-from the way the staff treat each resident like their own family to the the meals and activities. I really appreciate their commitment to caring for seniors.

I'm a student from Golden Age Healthcare Training doing my clinicals at The Reserve at peachtree city. This facility is very clean and well run. The employees care a lot about their residents and it shows. My experience here has been very educational and i've been able to learn a lot from just being here for a few days.

We love having my Mom at The Reserve! The staff is fantastic! The level of care and attention to her health and nutritional needs, relational interaction and quality of life is exceptional. At 93 she needs a competent and committed community of care more than ever before and she has it all at The Reserve in Peachtree City. I visited the facility last week with my son and I was very impressed with the building, staff, services and location. The front desk staff was friendly and they have a thorough check-in process. The residents were in the common area doing an activity and they all seemed very engaged. The building is well kept and they are following all Covid-19 protocols.

This is one of my absolute favorite facilities to visit due to the cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff. We (Gentiva Hospice) have partnered to build a great relationship w/ the staff and care for many of the residents at The Reserve at Peachtree City. The decision to seek help for your loved one is daunting. How do we do this? What do we need? Can an assisted living/memory care facility take care of our family member? Will his needs be recognized and supported? From my first conversation with the staff at Ashely Glen I knew we had found an “extended family” to assist us. Questions and services I didn’t know to ask about were answered. The decision to choose Ashley Glen was easy and brought peace. The staff accommodated the transition in a sensitive manner as they welcomed him and us. The day-to-day routines, the living arrangement, the kind staff, and the amenities have made a difference in our loved one’s needs and ours. They call us by name, ask about our well-being and tend to us also. My husband has resumed walking with his walker, found his sense of humor and enjoys his friends. Ashley Glen has been THE answer to our family’s efforts to achieve a safer and caring environment for our loved one’s needs.

The facility is nice and clean and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The residents are active via the the Activities Department. Residents are out of their rooms and participating with their onsite Therapy services.

Ashley Glen is the second place my mom has lived once she needed care. The first place was big so she was lost in the crowd. My mother in law lived here before she moved to another city to be close to family. Since we had such a good experience with her, we moved my mom in. People who came to visit her said she was like a new person. I attribute this to the care she receives at Ashley Glen. They love on her and pay attention to her. This really picked her up. I like that Ashley Glen is a small, intimate facility. They have low staff turnover. Everyone knows everyone. Its like living with your family. They also do their best to keep residents in the common area instead of cooped up in their rooms watching TV. There are lots of activities suited to the residents. They can participate or just watch. I highly recommend Ashley Glen.

This is an answer to my prayers. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a cheerful smile. I was so nervous. I was getting information to move my Mom in. Jodi very quickly picked up on my stress, and made me feel comfortable. I could instantly tell that she genuinely cared not just for my Mom but me as well. She showed me around and answered all of my questions. Other staff members stopped to say hello and introduced themselves. Everyone looked so happy. It really gave me a sense of peace about the decision I was facing. Everyone that I have met along the way as been so encouraging, and loving. I feel like this is one big family. Now I dont dread the move nearly as much.

Our mother lived at Ashley Glenn 2015-2016 before moving back to Missouri to be with another sister. From top to bottom she was well taken care of at Ashley Glenn. Shes a loner but they were able to coax her into participating in games, entertainment events, exercises, etc. She always ended up smiling. Soon after she moved north my sisters mother-in-law moved from Arbor Terrace to Ashley Glenn and ended up living in my moms old room. She has been much happier in the quieter, smaller environment. Shes been there a few years now and going strong. Ashley Glenn not only cares for those who live there but also the resident families. A very close knit place.

My mother is in the memory care unit there and receives excellent care. I live in Virginia but I do not want to move my mom here because of the care and love she receives from the staff. They also took care of my dad before her died and their caring for him as well as me was wonderful.

When faced with the difficult decision of having to place my step-Dad into assisted living, my Mom and I visited several facilities in our area. After much consideration, we chose Ashley Glen. Looking back on that time and I remember the mental and emotional anguish we felt knowing we could no longer care for my step-Dad at home. However, after moving Tom (my step-Dad) into Ashley Glen, we felt as if the weight of the world had been removed from our shoulders. We immediately saw an improvement in Tom's attitude. He was genuinely happy and engaged in the many activities Ashley Glen provides its residents every day. The social interaction with other residents and the staff was exactly what Tom needed to improve his mental health. Ashley Glen felt like a second home and each time we visited it felt as though we were visiting with our extended family. We owe a huge amount of gratitude to the staff members of Ashley Glen for the care, support and love they gave to Tom, my mother and the rest of our family. Ashley Glen is and will always hold a very special place in my heart. I love these guys!

Ashley Glen is a wonderful place. They are very caring to their residents. I had a grandfather with Alzheimer's, and their program is like no other. They really are great at caring for seniors.
