My Mom has been with Sunrise of Lafayette Hill for about 2 years and our family couldn't have found a better place to offer her personal care with love and kindness and with great dignity. Sunrise is clean, warm and comfortable and resembles a home and not a hotel or hospital. She is so happy there, always smiling and singing and interacting and engaging in all its regular and special activities, of which there are many and provided often. They care about all aspects of life, mind, body and spirit. She has wonderful friends of residents and staff. We have found the staff to be invested in her care, interested in keeping the family engaged whenever possible and even when the family can't be. They seem so happy to be there and full of fun whenever they can be. The medical staff and directors will always notify us and and treat any medical concern no matter how small. We couldn't be more at peace and without worry having her being cared for by the staff at Sunrise of Lafayette, always with her best interests in mind. We were so touched when the director want to visit my Mom in the hospital when we couldn't and the staff and the residents welcomed her home with such love and grace. Its a special place as far as I am concerned.

I am extremely comfortable with my mothers living arrangements at SR of Lafayette Hill. The kindness, compassion and helpfulness out of the staff (all departments) is hard to find. I have worked in Multiple Communities in different cities and there is hands down no comparison. I thank the staff from the bottom of my heart for treating my Momma the way that I would treat her. Communication between the staff and myself is always on point and my mom loves her cozy room. Food varieties are wonderful and the place is spotless.

My mother moved into Sunrise at Lafayette Hill a month ago today. She loves her apartment, the food, and the warmth of the staff. A special shout-out to Martina, the activities director, who tries to get everyone moving and participating.

Thanks to the helpfulness of the Director of Sales, Morgan,I was able to have my mother move in to Sumrise during this nationwide Covid pandemic. She was wonderful and I have come to learn that almost everyone I have been in contact with at Sunrise are most helpful. They are taking great care of my 94 year old mother and giving her quality of life. From the Nurses, Dawn and Debbie, to the wonderful aids they all strive to give the residents enjoyable times while they are in basic lockdown with limited visits from family members. The front desk concierge staff, Brooke,Pam,and Pat go the extra mile to insure that the residents needs are met and that the family members who come to the door are treated with courtesy and are informed of any changes that might take place. The majority of the aids who care for my mother are caring and responsive to her needs. James, goes above and beyond. He is patient, helpful and caring. And of course, Maurya, is always there to assist and show much kindness and understanding to the residents. Families can be assured that the care and cleanliness that their loved ones need are met at Sunrise. My mother tells my husband and I that the meals are delicious and they always have snacks being delivered to them. We cannot wait until this pandemic is over so we can go and enjoy a meal with her. You really feel a part of a community in meeting other residents family members, and the staff goes above and beyond to help strive for a sense of community among us. So thank you Sunrise for giving us peace of mind in knowing my mother is well cared for in your facility.

From our first visit to Sunrise last year it was very welcoming and friendly. Morgan answered all my questions and any concerns I had. The staff is very professional and always keeps me informed. My brother loves his room and also the food. I feel very confident that we made the right decision on selecting Sunrise to provide care for my brother.

Our preliminary interview with Morgan gave us a wealth of knowledge about Sunrise of Lafayette Hill, and made our decision to have our relative move into the facility an easy one. Move-in day, which required a number of communications with a local Hospital, eliminated the stress we sometimes found ourselves in. Upon arrival we were all greeted by the staff, who assured us they would take care of the physical and emotional needs of our relative. We remain extremely satisfied with this care, and the support they give our family.

The Personal Care Coordinator really cares about the care of the residents. She has 8 years experience helping the residents with care and managing a seasoned team. The activity coordinator loves her job and is always planning amazing events. Great team! Great staff!
