I have been recently stopping in the visit a dear friend. She is a recent new client. She appears extremely happy with her new home. It is a wonderful senior living community. The staff I have encountered have been very pleasant and friendly unlike some similar places in town. Steve from Sales stopped in on one my visits to welcome my friend. He was very nice and I was informed he was the one that helped my friend decide to move now than later. Great convo with him. I have friends at three different communities and this one by far is the best. Beautiful grounds. I have not ate with my friend but I have been informed the food is top notch and better than most restaurants. This would be a good place to live, I am not ready to make the move, I would move here when ready. Housekeeper Isabel and eric from Maintenance are two special employees. They have been extremely helpful over the past couple weeks.

Moving a loved one into assisted living can feel overwhelming, but this community made the entire process so much easier. From the very beginning, the care staff were patient, compassionate, and always available to answer questions and guide us through each step. Their support helped ease so much of the stress that comes with such a big transition. She has become livelier than ever and more active as well. I visited Atria Park at Vintage Hills. It was lovely, comfortable and spacious. I was given a tour by Kellie. She and several residents greeted me and my little dog. Kellie had toys and treats for my dog and for me. We saw several apartments in independent living, and assisted living. We did not see the memory care building. The grounds were spacious and beautifully maintained. The roses were beautiful. My dog was completely relaxed and enjoyed meeting several residents. Temecula is a beautiful town in one of California’s great wine growing regions. When I decide to move, I I would definitely consider Atria Village. Kellie was great help and very kind.

After looking at several assisted living facilities in our area we chose Atria in Temecula for my mom to live. Kellie Harris and Laura Sutterman have been absolutely amazing to work with and extremely helpful with this big transition. Everyone in the facility is very friendly and we are so excited for my mom to move in at the end of this month.

We are very pleased with this facility for my mother in law...she is 87 years old and was very reluctant to go to assisted living, even though she new it was time. Kellie Harris, the sales director in the Temecula location, made her transition an absolute dream. My mother in law absolutely loves living there now. Everyone working there is amazing. Kellie frequently visits her to she how she is settling in, knowing its tough for anyone to come to an assisted living facility. Thanks to all the staff, especially Kellie Harris.

My mother is in the Memory Care facility 25-A. Today I would like to recognize Vicky (the caregiver who works night thru morning shift). I have a camera in my mom’s room and I can see her come in during the night checking on my mom and caring for her. She shows such kindness and patience every time she enters the room. My mom can be quite challenging at times and she does such a great job with her. I hope the upper management recognizes her as well. I toured Atria of Vintage Hills with Kellie Harris, Community Sales Director. I had a great tour the community is beautiful they have gorgeous grounds and a beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi, and great hair salon, three great restaurants. The staff and caregivers are amazing. The Executive Director is amazing and care staff is the best!! I visit Atria, community weekly and the residents are happy cheerful always and well groomed!! I highly recommend this beautiful community for your loved ones. You will be very impressed with Atria and everything they have to offer.

My Dad has been a resident for just a few months but there have been two outstanding employees that provided exemplary service. Luara Sutterman has been very helpful and responsive with all forms of administrative needs. Amber Ellis, a care specialist has been extremely helpful in the care and constant attention needed for my father. These two ladies are a star employees in my opinion and I am very grateful for the help they provide in this very difficult time in the life of my dad. MUCH appreciated!

When you enter, the staffs are very personable, nice and helpful. Everyone has a smiling face! Surroundings are very clean. They always have something going on. I have been very blessed to come across Atria Park of Vintage Hills. I toured with Kellie and she was so compassionate and helpful in a situation that is very difficult. She gave me a really nice tour of the whole grounds and I was very pleased with what I saw. We are very happy with the move in. Everything has been so smooth, and any time I pop in all the staff has been so very helpful. Jamie (in memory care), and Kellie have gone the extra mile to keep me up to date on the daily activities and how my loved one participates. We are Very happy.

I had an outstanding tour and experience at Atria Park in Temecula, My friend Terry and I met with Kellie Harris for a tour. She is very professional, kind, and very knowledgeable, Kellie answered all our questions. The place was absolutely beautiful!! We toured both independent living and assisted living. They had an event going on with great food and music. The place is immaculately clean!! We talked with many of the happy residents. They all said they loved it. The food is great. We arranged respite care for my 90-year-old mother at Atria Park of Vintage Hills Temecula, CA. I am so thankful for the care the entire staff provided her. Every member of the staff who interacted with her were caring and treated her as thou she was their mother. My mother truly enjoyed her stay and felt comfortable there, she really enjoyed the activities provided. The entire facility is well maintained, and cleanliness is present throughout. I have no reason to search for alternative senior living facilities nearby because Atria Park Hills in Temecula meets all our requirements for my mother’s future accommodation. My mother was in one of these places - and here I am years later - but it hasn't changed from the rich getting richer and the impoverished getting poorer; everything in the brochure is nice but not really accurate. I have not seen those lovely people who welcomed me ever again. Realizing I have been here only 2 days and have spoken to only a handful of residents I have found them to be mainly dissatisfied in not only being in their last of golden years but dissatisfied in the way they are treated! the food mainly is anything but chicken... come on guys: where's the pasta or scampi or steak or pork chops or roast beef??? Or is it too much for your budget while my family (lest many others) may not be able to afford this lavish place whilst you are sitting back and ignoring the needs and counting the money...I for one iam disgusted in the way this place is run - by low salaried individuals who are grasping for straws while you smugly could give a rats! May I just mention that these lowly paid individuals are the icing on your rotten cakes who keep the patrons happy and you could care less. Come face to face so we can match wisdoms and not otherwise...if you wish for me to remain...this is going to change and bring life back for these lovely residents!!!!! THIS IS WHY THEY ARE HERE!!!!!

I just started with Atria in October of 2013, and I love it. The residents are all darling, and the staff is amazing.

Atria has been a good location for our active 90 year old father. The transition has had its ups and downs due to staff changes and the buy-out by Atria, but he has found a community of friend there and seems settled in the independent living section. The key staff member who has been most helpful is Colleen Marino, who has provided a listening ear and a pro-active spokesperson for the concerns of the residents in that section. She is available to families and residents alike, and presents the positive image needed to make the setting home for each resident.
