This place is awesome! The staff is amazing and very caring! Mom has been there less than a month and she has made so much improvement I honestly cannot believe it. The personal attention that she receives has been a huge help!

There are not enough words to express the kindness, thoughtful and caring staff! After Ian hit south Florida, they were with me all the way and helped with so much that was out of our hands due to the hurricane. Mom is home after 40+ years and she is in the best hands. You see the comfort from the other residents and they were soo welcoming to her. It's a new chapter in her life she never thought she would be back...but when she seen her apt and loved it I knew I got it right! I will definitely consider The Ridge if I ever have to go myself! Thank you Julie, Kim, Veronica!!!! You guys deserve that lottery this week! Dusty

Please spare your loved ones and look into other facilities. This place is an absolute joke!!!! The residents pay for Everything From the employees paychecks to the cosmetic remodeling of the building. The residents rooms on the other hand are not an issue but they sure can raise the room rates even when they tell you that you are locked in at a set price. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!!! There are a few good staff members there [ few and far between ] constantly staff coming and going! Not good for the residents at all. The new management is a joke as well as the executive director. Housekeeping is poorly kept up in the facility and the residents rooms. Very dirty throughout the entire place. If you need maintenance done in the room you are best to do it yourself. Otherwise nothing will be done. This place is under new ownership seems every year. That says something for us!!!!! So much more could be said but I will leave it where it is. Please protect your loved ones and place them in a better place where they belong and receive the appropriate care that they need......

I find the staff to be hard working, and for me a schedule that fits my lifestyle. I believe the residents receive a good quality of care. There are activities for the residents to participate in and an outdoor courtyard where the residents can be outside and still be in a safe environment.

I have visited his facility several times and have family members here and the staff is great management is awesome my family is very well taken care of and I couldn’t ask for a better place to send a loved one
