My grandma just moved in to the independent living and she really enjoys it. Her apartment is very nice and clean. There are a good amount of activities & the food is great. I love the safety features like morning check ins and emergency pull cords in the room. It is nice to have light housekeeping and linen changes included every 2 weeks. The only thing I did not like was one staff member calling her cute over and over again. It felt a little demeaning for a 92 year old adult. All of the staff has been very nice. Many accommodations available even on the independent living side.

My daughter mom and I went to visit our uncle. The grounds are clean, beautiful, and warm. The staff is welcoming and kind. They answered any questions and gave easy directions. They greeted our uncle in every new space we entered. And every resident and staff member was so excited to see my four year old daughter roaming the halls. We will be visiting again and we look forward to it.

I am so glad that my parents were able to be part of this wonderful community. Getting older isn't easy and is definitely not for the young. After looking at many options, we found Brookdale Creve Coeur, and enjoyed the community for many years. I wouldn't say everything was perfect -- that's not possible -- but what was amazing was the responsiveness of management and staff. If there were concerns (let's face it, it comes with the territory), they were addressed with concern and compassion. I highly recommend this incredible team.

Place looks great, clean, cordial staff, but i sensed understaffing, overwhelmed not enough staff to assist personal needs of individual residents as well as personal time w each. I am a RN, so this greatly saddens me. My Aunt is there, feeling very lonely often, asking staff to pls spend time with her. I live in FL, just passing thru. Her children are professionals, just too busy to provide that personal time. Hoping more staff or volunteers can be acquired to fill this gap. TY for taking into strong consideration my comments on this matter.

Just moved mom into Brookdale Creve Coeur. Everyone has been very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The facility itself is very nice, clean, and well-maintained. Brookdale Creve Coeur has been my Dad’s home for 4 years. He likes it there, he started in Independent Living and now is in Assisted Living. The entire staff is warm, caring, and treats my Dad like family.

I’ve only been here one night, so there’s very little I can say. My transportation getting here was problematic, so by the time I arrived I was cranky. I was greeted at the desk by a very friendly gentleman who helped me get through the registration process and into my room quickly. The room is lovely and peaceful!!

I’m very aware of the wonderful reputation that Brookdale has. My mother, my mother-in-law, and an aunt were in Avon Connecticut at Brookdale probably seven years ago. And we recently moved an aunt from Florida to Brookdale in Tiverton, Rhode Island. So I’m thrilled that one of my dearest friends is now living at Brookdale Ruthie Conway.

I moved here weeks ago. I have lived in two other independent living facilities. Brookdale Creve Coeur definitely has the very best staff.They are efficient and caring,and follow through on all details. There are so many activities to choose from. You can definitely find away to fill your day. The foodies delicious and you have so many choices that you look forward to dining. I have used the transportation and found it easy and efficient. There is maintenance available and staff 24/7. This was a great move I will not regret.

A friend recommended Brookdale Creve Coeur for my 96 year old mom who had lived in the same house for 56 years. Everyone at Brookdale worked to make mom’s transition successful. Mom passed away after living there for 5 happy months. She loved the care givers and other staff. She enjoyed spending time with the other residents. She frequently referred to Brookdale as a hotel that had great food. I highly recommend this facility. Making decisions about caring for an aging parent is difficult and it’s hard to know if you’re doing the right thing. I’m so happy that I decided on Brookdale.

I can't say anything in regards to the facility, however there was an incident of unprofessional driving on I-64 Eastbound today. Zooming up from the left only to slide in behind and tailgate someone who is driving plenty fast on an exit ramp is dangerous and irresponsible. It's unfortunate that this person represents a place that cares for people. I hope this review brings some level of change for the drivers of this organization.

I can't say enough positive things about Brookdale Creve Coeur. My father moved into Brookdale two years ago and he has been extremely happy there. The administration and staff treat my dad like family, and they have gone out of their way to help him in any way possible. The facility is beautiful and well-maintained and they have a variety of activities each day so that my dad is never bored. I do not have to worry about my father because I know that he is happy and well taken care of in Brookdale.

A year ago , my decision to move here was confirmed. I came "home" after broken hip rehab. The personal care staff have been wonderful-taking care of my needs- always pleasant. I want to also mention that there is continuity in the staffing--I know who is coming.

Our mom was recently a resident for several years, and our experience was very positive. The staff were wonderful, and the personalized living service provided her with support to maintain a comfortable lifestyle. We came to visit from out of state numerous times, and stayed at the facility in a family suite. Our overall experience was always very positive and we knew our mom was well taken care of.
