Atria at Marina Place is wonderful! My Mother thought she was in a Hotel when we first arrived. The staff is so friendly and helpful! The food is amazing! There is always an activity /activities in the afternoon. Residents can choose what they want to participate in . Mom’s room is fantastic. We were surprised at how nice the rooms are. I don’t have to worry about Mom! She’s safe there!

Denise was very helpful in moving my mother to an assisted living facility. We did a couple tours and she was always accommodating. The facility is top notch and my mother is very happy there. Highly recommend Atria Marina Bay to anyone who is looking for a assisted living facility. I toured a number of facilities and this one was by far the best.

The entire staff at Atria fortified the exact definition of the assisted living experience. For the Korchin Family. The cleanliness, caring, and overall excellence of the facility we must say thank you! Gina, Denise and the entire staff is a testament to their years of experience, which are many. A special thanks to Sophie with her professorial medical approach. She is always on top of the logistics with concern to resident comfort and dignity.

I was looking for an assisted living facility for my father when I needed to be away for more than a couple of days. We visited a few and decided on Atria Marina Place. It has the best location and most beautifully maintained grounds. Common areas and rooms are clean like a five star resort. The admission process was quick and smooth with super responsive staff. My father had a couple of respite stays since. Even though his English is limited; he said the workers and neighbors were very friendly. He tried different foods at the restaurant. He was invited to numerous activities. Now I have peace of mind when I travel. One time my father had a minor stomach issue and called me. I contacted nurse Sophie and she went to check on him right away. Sophie made sure my father did not have anything serious and advised him to change his diet. She then continued to checked on him for the next few days and gave me updates until my father was fully recovered. I cannot thank Sophie enough! If my father were at home alone; I wouldn’t be able to judge his situation remotely. I would have to ask someone to take him to the hospital and return home ASAP myself. Atria Marina Place becomes my father’s retreat - in his own words.

I suppose there’s always room for improvement anywhere but if that’s true here, I haven’t seen it. As we approach two years since my uncle moved into Atria, I can honestly say I’ve never seen him happier, more at ease, or more himself. The positive changes in his health, outlook, and overall well-being have been remarkable. He looks more vibrant today than he did the day we moved him in, and that is entirely thanks to the incredible atmosphere and care the team provides. Every visit is the same ” spotless, calm, and welcoming. The staff is warm and attentive without ever being intrusive, and there’s this underlying sense of order and compassion that’s hard to describe but easy to feel. Most importantly, I leave with complete peace of mind knowing my uncle is not only safe but truly content. That kind of trust and confidence is rare. Atria has created a community and standard of care that exceeds expectations, allowing families like mine to focus on quality time with loved ones instead of worrying about their care.

Denise made the process of moving my mother to an assisted living a breeze! She handled us with care and compassion, along with a great sense of humor. Knowing that she will be the face my mother will see day to day brings us a lot of comfort.

May 2025
Atria has been a place of comfort, strength, familiarity, support, and resource for our family. My Dad moved into Atria after my Mom passed away in 2021, originally slated as a temporary stay while we got the house and affairs in order. After two weeks, he had become accustomed to what we jokingly call King Treatment: prepared meals in a restaurant, door to door laundry service, daily housekeeping, activities, com rod erie with other residents, walking around the beautifully kept grounds, and interacting with caring and friendly staff. Going back to living alone in our family home seemed silly after two weeks and we moved him in permanently soon after. He feels independent and has a strong sense of self, now at 94 and a half, and I can’t imagine that we would be able to provide this lifestyle for him on our own. Highly recommend considering Atria for your loved ones! I’m only 41, but if I could move in, I would!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! We went through a difficult time after my father in law passed and my mother in law had a serious fall. Everyone was extremely compassionate, patient, and helpful with our situation and helping my mother in law. Gina and Kevin were especially incredible, Gina even took the time to talk to me late on a Saturday night and answered all of our questions. The place and surrounding area are beautiful, you can tell all of the residents are happy, and the food gets amazing reviews! I especially love all of the activities they have and their focus on helping people be as independent as possible which is exactly what we were looking for for my MIL. Thank you to everyone at atria Marina place, they have given us such peace of mind for my MIL.

My mom has been at Atria Marina Place for 4 years. The staff are like family,. They look out for the residents, and when I can’t make it in I can relax because I know she’s in good hands. There are a lot of daily activities that keep her engaged and entertained. The director, Gina, is top notch and helped navigate my mom’s transition to memory care from assisted living seamlessly. Stephanie, the activities coordinator, has always went above and beyond with my mom and the community is so lucky to have her.

The time came for Dad to live at assisted living. We looked at several places from The Cape to Boston. Atria was a great location. The tour went really well and we got a good feeling from the Sales Director that this could be the place. Dad toured with us on the second time. Everyone was so friendly. Meg the nurse was so fun for him to talk with. He was not sure it was right for him, but he did make the move. This was the best place and the best thing for him. The nursing staff were always smiling with him. He enjoyed the dining room. Especially a big breakfast. He enjoyed talking with Celia every morning. The menu all day was delicious. The coffee was very good! He talked to everyone and they all talked to him. He enjoyed the daily schedule to the fullest. Exercise, walks, musical entertainment, The Globe delivered to his apt, all brought him back to the fun guy he was. He made friends very easily. We wanted to share our experience because, even though this was the last place Dad lived, he really felt like he was home. We would highly recommend this assisted living facility to any family looking for peace of mind for your family.

It's ok, very very expensive, food is ok. Staff for the most part are ok depending on the department.
March 2022
My father moved to the Atria Marina Place in December from out of state. It was a hard process, complicated by the fact he had a few dietary concerns which disqualified him from other ALFs. Beginning with our tour, the staff at the Atria took the time to learn about my dad's requirements and put us at ease that they could handle them. They were so welcoming, not just to my dad, but to our whole family. He has settled in quickly and definitely considers the Atria his home, not just a place he's living at. Everyone who works there is kind and compassionate to the residents and families. The healthcare staff is very attentive, the food is outstanding and there are plenty of amenities and activities to participate in... or not, no pressure. We feel such a sense of peace knowing that my dad is safe and being so well-cared for.
August 2020
The staff is kind, caring, and truly exceptional! And the place is beautiful inside and out. My mother has been living here for five plus years and is very happy. I highly recommend Atria Marina Place.

My mother lives a t the Atria. She's 95 and been there for 5 yrs. I can't say enough about the place. No resident has contacted covid. The staff is terrific
August 2020
My mom is 95 and has been at Atria Marina Place for over 5 years now. She loves it there. The grounds are well kept and the location with in the Marina Bay community can’t be beat. The staff is exceptional. Some have been there since it opened. They have an incredible entertainment team and are always finding ways to keep the residents engaged, even while social distancing during COVID. Management, kitchen team, maintenance team and most importantly the nurse and aids are always so willing to help in any way that they can. They have done an amazing job with COVID, to date, zero residents have tested positive. I attribute that to the management and staff working tirelessly to keep the residents safe and healthy while also entertained.

I would like to thank one employee, Awa D. who works with my mom in the Life Guidance Neighborhood. Awa treats my mom like she is her own mom. She is thoughtful, kind and goes above and beyond when caring for my mom. She is the only employee I have seen who properly cares for my mother's daily needs when using the bathroom. She spends the extra time to comb my mom's hair and she has a great sense of humor and enjoys a good laugh with my mom. She informs me when my mom is not her usual self and she offer a bit of advice. She has listened to me when I was upset about my mom as well. Awa is hard working and kind to all. I would also like to thank the nursing staff; Molly, Barbara and Linda who have been more than accommodating to meet my mom's needs and advise me when new medical issues arise. I appreciate their expertise and professionalism.
June 2012
The Atria is a wonderful place for Assisted Living. The staff is courteous and professional; the facility is clean and well maintained; the food is excellent and the events that are held for the residents are well attended and truly fun. The location is convenient to shopping and there are wonderful restaurants just down the street at Marina Bay. Anyone who says anything different has "an axe to grind" and should not be believed. My Mother (who has dementia) has been there for 3 years and loves it.
