This facilities’ staff are nothing less than amazing. When we were seriously concerned about our mom following a stroke, we were met by staff with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. They worked very hard to get all of the necessary paperwork in place, so she could enter care as soon as possible. The communication and the ability to step us through the process was unbelievable. We look forward to our mom meeting new friends and feeling at home in this beautiful new home.

When I take my mom with me to tour a memory care facility, its easy to be intimated by tour guides attitude. It was refreshing to be greeted by their Community Resource Director: Alberto Maldonado, who immediately made my mom feel special and any apprehensions we might have had melted away. Alberto was friendly, never condisending, loves talking with people, believes in his Faye Wrights Senior community and the staff that is attentive to their needs, he was curious about what my mom thought about their Memory Care Facility...My mom is now living at Faye Wright's Senior Living in Memory Care Home which she agreed was the place for her. And a big part of why she chose here was because of Alberto Maldonado first impression was his genuine heartfelt belief that my mom would be welcomed with love and open arms. It is a special place with caring staff, nice residents, field trips weekly, huge ittinerary of classes, entertainment and activities to chose from 7 days a week, family members welcome anytime, oh-good food menu too. My thanks to Alberto.

My father moved to Faye Wright 2 months ago after a horrible experience at another facility. I am thrilled with the leadership and staff at Faye Wright and am so much more at peace with my father's care than I have been in the last few years leading up to moving him to a memory care facility. I live out of state and I am able to log on to their Lifeloop system and see pictures of him and see what activities he has participated in. Thank you to the Faye Wright team for what you do each day.

I am overwhelmingly happy with the care the staff at Faye Wright Senior Living gives to both my Dad and my Mom. Both have moved from assisted living where they were quite independent to memory care. The staff care in each section is very appropriate. In assisted living the had fun outings and enjoyed craft projects, musical entertainers and weekly church services. In memory care, the staff makes me feel comfortable and I don’t feel the need to hover. Clearly, the staff loves Dad and Mom and they feel the love, too. My folks are very happy with the caregivers. Anytime the staff needs, they call me or my sister sometimes to de-escalate my mom in the evenings or to help clear up confusion for my dad. It is extremely obvious they care about my folks from the maintenance staff, caregivers, med techs, nurses, activities coordinators, even the receptionist, outside care coordinator and the executive director they know Dad and Mom by sight and name. They all know me by sight, name and to whom I belong, too! Anytime there have been problems, the staff fixes it! I don’t believe they could receive better care anywhere else.

Big shout out to the staff at Faye Wright Senior Living. You are truly appreciated! Our mother Barbara has been at Faye Wright for over a year now. She has such a great time with everyone. They keep her busy with different activities, outings and exercise. She loves the staff and thinks of them as her family. They treat her with love and respect. Beyond frustrated with the new Faye Wright. All they seem to care about is money. Still waiting almost a year now for Heinze the ED to call me. My mom had a very bad fall recently.

Mom has been a resident for a few weeks and her quality of life has improved 100%. The change has been remarkable for how engaged she now is. Staff is excellent and caring.

My Grandmother Grace Lubbess was a resident here in building 910. She recently passed away there.. the staff did an amazing job keeping her comfortable, and loved! I can't say enough great things about the staff here! They are so loving and caring plus so professional!! For the bottom of my heart and from the entire Lubbess Family we want to say thank you so much!! You made it special for all of us!!

Farmington took such good care of my mom. She died last April and was in memory care for two years. Jessica is a great administrator and the office people very helpful. The memory care director Mark was always available to answer any questions. Food good, clean place and most importantly they really care about your loved one. It is difficult to find good memory care and they are an excellent choice.

I really love Farmington Square Salem and Radiant Senior Living. I have been here for a couple of months and everyone is welcoming and warm. I recently had to make the tough decision to put my father in a memory care facility. After making the decision, my family battled with covid and my father was even tested positive for it as well. The staff at Farmington helped my family and even advised us how to get help during the quarantine period. We had not even committed to moving there officially at the time. The staff at Farmington Square has made one of the most difficult time in my life as easy as possible and I am comforted by the fact that my father. Is receiving the best care possible. From the bottom of my heart, I thank everyone there for caring for not just my father, but my entire family.

The love of my life, my husband, is in Bldg 950, a memory unit, where he receives excellent care. The caregivers appear to meet all his needs. His disease requires more care than I am able to administer. I wanted to place him in a safe environment where I wouldn’t have to worry about skin, nutrition or mobility issues. I picked the best place.

I had the pleasure of working with Monica last month. We worked together to help a gentleman transfer from out of state to Farmington Square. I was extremely impressed with her kind and gentle spirit. I knew he was going to be well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Farmington Square.

My mother passed on in march but i wanted to make sure and thank the staff primarily Misty for helping us through this difficult time. They took my mother in when no one else would and treated us with the utmost fairness. My mother was in late stage liver cancer and they made her passing as comfortable as possible.
