My loved one has been at Pecan Park now Pegasus Landing since last November. The quality of care is remarkable. I do not worry about her. It took a few weeks for her to feel at home but now she is attending activities and when I come to visit she sends me home because she has so many things to do. The administration team keeps me up to date with her progress. Cynthia the administrator is an angel and does a great job keeping it all together during the transition period from Pecan to Pegasus. Karina the sales representative has been very supportive and continues to oversee her welfare long after the initial move in. She helped my loved one to see that she could fit in and be happy. Overall, the quality of care from the front desk, caregivers, and administration is top notch. I highly recommend this facility as an option for your loved one's assisted living needs.

I can not rave enough about Karina, Crystal and the rest of the staff here as they have all been amazing. I recently put my dad in memory care here after not working out at another facility and I am very impressed and how well they all worked together and made things happen that were probably not normal. Professional yet friendly and they definitely put the residents first. Thank yall for everything you have done so far as I know my father is in the right place.

For the last 14 months, I have been visiting a 94-year-old friend who resides at Brookdale Pecan Park most Wednesday afternoons. I come on Wednesdays because there is a Bible study led by a visiting chaplain and all are welcome. The staff at Brookdale are amazing in caring for the residents and planning activities and even field trips. Residents are involved in a personal, exercise program. For participating in activities, residents receive "Brookdale Bucks" that can be used to buy external items they want at the highly anticipated monthly "store." Recently, one of the residents celebrated her hundredth birday and all celebrated it in a party. When a resident passes away, Brookdale provides transportation for residents to attend the memorial service. Brookdale Pecan Park is doing a great job!

My grandmother has been here for almost a year. We looked at many facilities before choosing this one. They offer excellent and personalized care, even for those whose memories are failing. They remember her even when she can’t remember them. The price is a little high, but it’s a price we’re willing to pay to know she’s safe and is being properly cared for by people who genuinely care for her well being. The establishment itself is really nice. We couldn’t have asked for a better set up with her apartment. We’ve furnished it well and it’s like an adorable little studio apt. And she got to bring her cat with her, which in itself has been sooo good for her. All the staff and residents know Batman and they ask about him! We are so pleased with this facility and how good it’s been.

We searched, inspected and reviewed many care facilities then we picked the wrong one. After that we searched twice as many more and chose Brookdale based on the serenity of the location, the appearance of the exterior and interior of the facility, the apparent comfort of the existing tenants, the cleanliness of the facility, the number of the staff, the professionalism of the staff, the knowledge, kindness and enthusiasm of the staff. There really was nothing like it and the cost was right in line with all the others. This is the best place in the DFW area.

You know I haven't been at Brookdale for almost 4 years now but I can tell y'all this. it will always have a special place in my heart. this place still has older employees there that truly care and put there heart into this place and love the residents dearly. This use to be my home away from home. I loved everyone of the residents there like they were my own grandparents. I cried with them. made them feel beautiful we laughed togther we had fun together. It's a beautiful place

Ok so far but there are some problems. Several activities so far have been canceled or nobody shows up to run them. Very slow response to a call from the room. Several times she has peed the bed because they took an hour to come to the room. Ok situation but could be a lot better. My review is going down because we are seeing some serious problems with employees attitudes towards residents. I am NOT happy with this place so far !!!!!!!!!!!

This is an excellent facility and has really been a blessing for our family. My mom has been here for over a year now and they have taken really good care of her. She requires medication every 3 hours (promptly) for Parkinson's and they make sure she receives it. The activities they do help her to stay structured, active, and social while still feeling like "home". The staff is wonderful and even my kids enjoy visiting their grandma and have fun at all the events they put so much time and effort into. I can't express how much gratitude I have for this facility.

Brookdale Pecan Park has been amazing for us. Mom moved into assisted living in January, and is comfortable and feels loved at BPP. The nursing is excellent, and Stephanie is always present and involved in the residents’ well being.

This place is the best We moved our sister out here from San Diego it has been a challenge for her, but is the best place for her the staff are tremendous Stephanie Angel and Deborah are my angles They look after her they take care of her. They do a great job I know that’s it’s gonna take some time for her to get used to, but I trust this place. It’s nice it’s clean and also diverse which is very important I just want to give a big shout out to all the staff. They do a great job and I’m so glad that my sister is in a safe environment. Thank you.

Brookdale Pecan Park is a wonderful community for your loved ones who are in need of an assisted living facility. The staff is exceptional and truly care about the residents. Upon my father moving in he expressed that he would like to start playing dominoes again . He and a few other residents started a domino club . They play two days a week. It is this type of support the staff gives to the residents that maintains a genuine and caring community. Ms Mask, the Director, and her team are loving and caring professionals dedicated to the care and comfort of their residents. I would like to thank each and everyone of you for a job well done .

APPRECIATION LETTER FOR A GREAT TEAM AT BROOKDALE PECAN PARK I am a relative of a new resident at your Arlington facility, and I am sure that you know the thoughts and doubts that go through your mind, i.e., is this the right place, will she like the people, will she fit in? All these thoughts and doubts vanished the moment we arrived as the director came out to meet us, and I was a little surprised that she herself greeted us, and not someone she appointed was impressive. As I watched my sister’s first interaction there was no hesitation, it was like returning home from a long journey. We emerged from the vehicles; you could see the dedication of the director as she made us feel as if we had known her for a lifetime. This quality is unique to very few individuals and Ms. Mask possesses this quality, and it shows in her warmth and transparency. Ms. Mask proceeded to take us on a tour of the facility, introducing us to staff and residents, you could see the level of respect that was given between them, respect in the fact that they were all professionals in the jobs they perform. Each person was open, friendly, and approachable, letting me know that they were there for a reason not just for a job, each person has a high level of dedication and compassion for the residents. I know the challenges we face in developing a team that functions well together providing encouragement, support and understanding to everyone, giving them a sense of belonging. As I spoke with staff this was the collective feeling of all, they enjoy being part of this community, I know it starts from the top and flows down. Not sure how long Ms. Mask has been at this facility, but I hope she stays for a long time nurturing the staff and residents and watching this facility grow for future residents. When darkness emerges around a loved one, the family is engulfed in this darkness also, and Ms. Mask at Brookdale Pecan Park was the light in this darkness that enabled us to move forward. I just lost my mom. I also lost my other family, the wonderful, caring, empathetic staff at Brookdale Pecan Park (not really lost because I will go back and visit). They are all rock stars and I will always remember how fantastically they took care of my mother. The staff and management at Brookdale Pecan Park is the best in the world.

PECAN PARK IS--BY FAR--THE BEST! My Mom has now very happily lived in Brookdale Pecan Park for over a year! We love this place! The staff is extremely caring, compassionate...AND they always wear a SMILE! They take a personal interest in my Mom and I now consider many of them my friends. The facility is clean, the food is healthy and good and they offer a variety of activities which, oftentimes, cater to the different personalities of the residents! This was the PERFECT CHOICE for the ongoing care of my Mom!

I wanted to share the great experience I have had with Brookdale Pecan Park, this being my Mother's third anniversary as a resident. The director and staff are wonderful, pleasant and happy every time I walk through the door. The staff has created such a positive environment for my Mother and the other residentsthere is a family atmosphere where the lobby is always buzzing with social activities or used just for visiting with one another. I can’t praise the care staff enough on how extremely helpful they are in my Mother’s daily care. They are my extra eyes and ears and keep me informed of any changes they observe which allows me to make adjustments accordingly. I can’t stress enough on how happy I am that I made Brookdale Pecan Park the choice for my Mother’s care. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My parents lived at Brookdale Pecan Park until my father passed in 2011. Afte he passed, we moved her to Brookdale Cityview on Bryant Irvin in Fort Worth. She loves it. They honor the resident tenure discount.

LOVE THIS PLACE, IT'S ONE OF THE BEST!!! We were looking for a place for my mom and we met with Becky 1st then Amy. My husband & I were shown around. Everyone was so sweet & helpful. The facility was more like home, so clean, everyone was soooooo friendly and caring. I have looked at many many places but I don't believe my mom would get better care anywhere. After viewing so many other places I have developed a better understanding of what a great caring facility is suppose to be like. We could tell by talking many times with Amy & Becky that they have an understanding and deep love for the aging process. I know they will & would do anything to make everyday a wonderful day for my mom.
