I do a couple private cases, help out the parents.the people overall are so nice and kind, to the patients. Very helpful, and make them feel at home.

People are more likely to post a bad review, than a good review. I had to give this some serious thought, before I posted. There are so many things that are good, but the less than satisfactory ones outweigh those, when you are advocating for a friend or family member's care. First off, there were many things discussed with their "sales/marketing" person before move in. I wasn't aware that there are independent living people there, assisted living people, and some who have transitioned to hospice during their stay. An outside hospice agency comes in to supplement the Trustwell team. Maybe, team isn't the right word. In less than 6 months, the facility has lost their director, full time nurse on staff, and several of their longer term employees (longer term was still less than a year). The pretty picture that was painted, definitely has some cracks. Expectations of care have not been met. I have had a private meeting with the interim director and the full time nurse (who was splitting her time between two facilities). I'm trying to be patient, as I wait for them to address my concerns. At this point, I would like to give kudos to some of the staff. Jayla is one (if not the only) long term nursing staff still there. She is always welcoming, and offers help, even on days she's stretched to the limit. I feel comfortable, when I know she is taking care of our loved one. The second person is Trey. He works in the dining room. He's a hard working young man, who greets everyone with a smile, and often a hug. His actions reflect empathy, and he goes out of his way to make sure that mealtime is enjoyable for the residents. I hope in the near future, that I will be able to add stars to this review.

My sister has been at Trustwell Living in Raytown for a year now. We are very pleased with the help she receives. She is a brittle diabetic and has to be monitored closely. Her Med Techs are excellent, especially Kayla Crider. She is also a diabetic and knows how to reassure my sister. The food is home-made and outstanding. They invited the families to come for Thanksgiving dinner, which was excellent. This is a hidden gem and very reasonable.

Shout out to all of those at Trustwell Living at Raytown. From the first call made to tour the facility, to the prompt responses on getting us setup, to the move in and now after several months of interactions with the staff I can honestly say they have made this transition of moving our loved one in such an easy process with their caring ways, big smiles and genuine concern's for helping to make sure the move and settling in continues to be a positive step. Want to give big hugs and praise to Kayla C. for always lifting up the spirits of all those who she interacts with and being so positive and encouraging!

My Mother has been living at Trustwell since October 25, 2024. It has been quite a journey getting my Mother acclimated to her new living accommodations at Trustwell. My Mother has formed a very, very close relationship with 3 of the staff members. My first person I would like to give major kudos to is Kayla Crider. I am giving her 5 stars, she actually deserves 50 plus stars for the great care she gives my Mother. She is always on time with her medications, kind, loving, encouraging and so very supportive to not only my Mother but to me. She treats my Mother as if she were her own Grandmother. She gives her hugs and is always attentive to any need she may have. When my Mother gets new prescription orders she makes sure the rest of the staff is made aware of the changes. Kayla is an outstanding employee and works very hard to ensure every resident is treated with respect, dignity and loving kindness. Let me say this, if Kayla were to open her own assisted living facility, my Mother would be moving out of Trustwell and in to her facility. When Kayla Crider is working my Mother is always in a good mood. She lights every time she sees Kayla. I hope that Trustwell Managment realizes how valuable this beautiful and talented lady is to this place. We love Kayla and we have adopted as part of our family.

I have the privilege of having a friend at Trustwell in Raytown MO, I’m very impressed with this team of clinicians as I visit weekly. I’ve been in healthcare for 35 years I take patient care of our elderly very seriously I would like to add Kayla Crider is amazing. Her touch is what the elderly need and when the families know that Kayla’s around the family’s calm.

My brother lives here and I visit him at least once each week. I am extremely impressed with ALL the staff-they are always upbeat and seem like they enjoy their job. Special Accolades to Katrina (don’t know her last name). She must be responsible for a lot of the smooth running of Trustwell! When I see my brother, she makes time for me. I’m guessing she’s in charge of a lot of what goes on there. I hope they realize how valuable she is to the organization!!!

My mother-in-law has been living at Trustwell for 2 years and it has been a positive experience. She is taken well-care of when we are not available and the staff is always friendly. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Kayla for her amazing kindess. She always greets us with a smile, hello, and chats with is about how my MIL is doing. Darrian and her team have made this new transition for my mom so much more smoother! I literally had tears when I walked in there and felt like this was the perfect fit for my mom! My Brother has been at Trustwell over 6 months. They try very hard to be accommodating for all their clients. The food is basically homemade and their cooks try very hard. Nursing gives their meds while they’re having their meals. They have a Happy Hour during the month which is well attended. Have many in house activities to keep their days full. The Director and also Nursing Director ensure everyone is safe. Nothing is perfect but for the price I think everyone is very sincere and have the can do attitude. Very clean and my Brother seems happy being there.

When I was admitted here in January, I was really sick. I've gotten better so quickly. The ladies checked on me often. Even when I didn't ask for help, they knew exactly what I wanted. I had a good stay here and I don't want to leave but I am now strong enough to live on my own. I was a nurse 50 years so I know good nursing. If you need assisted living, I recommend this place. I miss everyone already.

Trustwell Living Raytown is a wonderful place to call home. Everyone who works there gives their all every day to deliver the best living experience anyone would want for their loved one. Their Executive Director has worked in this community 10+ years and gives her heart and soul into everything she does to help our residents thrive. Their apartments are the largest in the area and they even offer two bedroom apartments with two bathrooms for couples or family to live together if desired. They also offer shared accommodations to help those on a limited budget and Studios. It’s a must see community to explore for your loved one.

I went to visit a dear friend today for the first time Trustwell living is one of the most beautiful residential living centers right here in the heart of Raytown. The friendly staff, the beautiful well kept facility and the spacious lovely apartments are just amazing. I might add that my friend is quite comfortable and happy ! If you need a place for your precious loved one I highly recommend Trustwell.

I just looked at a few of the nice pics posted on the Bickford Senior Living of Raytown. I was REALLY happy to see that someone named Laura A. took the time to even show the trash neatly lined up in the hallway, ready to be taken out by the housekeepers. This REALLY made me feel good about Bickford, due to the fact that my Grandmother was in a senior living facility, and the trash was piled up daily, but wasn't taken out for a week at a time. So special thanks to Laura A. for posting those pics, and a special thanks to the housekeepers at Bickford Senior Living in Raytown!

My mother did not have a lot of time living at Bickford of Raytown (Raytown, MO). However, Laura, the manager and all of the staff there were very gracious and wonderful to her, and us. The facilities are well maintained and beautiful. My mother actually didn't think she deserved to stay somewhere that nice. I made comments to a few people about the impeccable way the place was managed. Events looked fun and inviting. Rest in peace Mother.

We couldn’t be happier with Bickford of Raytown. The caregivers are very compassionate and my father absolutely loves living here. The administrative and management staff is also wonderful and very attentive to our needs. Thank you for taking such great care of my father!
