Been living here 1.5 years and while there has been a reduction in resources to be available to the residents....even worse is the lack of repair and replacement of the washer /dryers in facility. All the machines on both 2nd and 3rd floor need replacement. How do they expect residents to get their laundry done. This is a "feature" of the apartment living. Frustrated and waiting for maintenance!!

My mother in law has lived at the independent living facility for several years. It is clean and well maintained, and all of the staff are caring and considerate. The dining room serves 3 good meals daily. It's a great place for her to live.

The facility is very nice. We were impressed with the cleanliness and no smell often associated with such places. The staff is outstanding. My father-in-law made the decision to move in and they got him an apartment and moved in within a week. Such a quick reply transition for all of us. The nurses were just as wonderful with their check ins on him. Our minds were at ease with him there. We always were able to talk in the phone with the staff and they called us with updates almost daily due to his frail health. We highly recommend Valley View for loved ones.

I've had my ups & downs with Valley View but, the staff listens to my concerns & immediately takes care of things. My mom is very content & happy here. The staff is excellent with her. I love the way they make her feel special & loved. It took my mom a little while to get used to her new home but, we (me & my siblings) know we made the right decision for my mom's care! Thank you staff & caregivers for being so attentive to my mom's needs.

Took my kids to the back to school event they had & my kids had so much fun, my son danced with some of the residents there & enjoyed spending time with them, everyone was so friendly & the environment is homey, will be back for other public events

Moving in was a good experience! Helpful staff to assist. Transition from home living was gradual but accepted by parents. Mother continues to receive excellent care in skilled nursing memory care unit. Great and friendly staff well mannered and kind to Mother and myself. Patients become a priority for sure.
