Great community with a great team. Life Enrichment Programs are exceptional. The environment is warm and friendly. The food prepared by their culinary team is excellent. Everyone is one big family there and most importantly, the Residents seem happy and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Welcoming to all. We recently moved my mother into the Manor Point Senior Apartments. Everyone has been so welcoming, from the Sales/Marketing Department, to the office folks, to the night maintenance staff. It has been just a few short days, but A+++ so far. The community of residents has been very helpful and welcoming to activities like morning breakfast/coffee, bingo, and cards. 100% recommend you give this community a look, if you are in the need.

This place is an excellent facility. They have taken care of my in-laws very well. Some caregivers of note are Jenny, Curtis, and Stephanie. They are just a small taste of all the wonderful and helpful people that work here. It almost feels like a hotel. The hallways are kept clean. From what I am told, the food has improved recently.

We found Meadowmere and are so grateful! You have to see this place to believe it. It is the most positive, happy environment you can imagine. It is clean and well managed! The employees are friendly and sincerely care about every single resident. Everyone is treated like family with dignity and respect. The food is awesome. There are social activities all the time and everyone there is smiling. I can't say enough about Sarah Bouton, Executive Director and the entire staff! I would move there in a second. When loved ones are recuperating or just aging, it is so important for them to be in a positive environment. I promise, you will not find a more positive, caring place for yourself or a loved one.

I moved my mom into this assisted living facility about 4 years ago. One of the reasons I choose Meadowmere was because there was also a memory care facility available and I knew that would probably be in my mom's future. My mom has enjoyed living in her apartment at Meadowmere where she was well cared for, but the time has come for my mom to move to the memory care unit. The staff at Meadowmere/Mitchell Manor made this move incredibly easy. They moved my mom for me (I live in another state and couldn't get there right away). I was able to get to Wisconsin two days after her move and I was very pleased to see my mom comfortably moved into her new room. I feel she is well looked after and cared for and safe. The Meadowmere staff even helped me with the cleaning up my mom's previous apartment so she would no longer need to pay rent on it. I have nothing to say, but good things about our experience with Meadowmere and now Mitchell Manor. Living so far away from my mom I feel a great comfort that my mom is well cared for. I am grateful for Meadowmere /Mitchell Manor Oak Creek.

The Facility is ok. The executive director should dress more appropriately for her job shows off way to much. Always bending over so u can see her breast and ass low cut shirt and tight pants yes family and residents can see your thong. I can understand trying to get resident in but hun it’s not a strip club. (Just missing the hooker boots ) Marketing does a great job. Activities could use some work change up the schedule different activities and do not be line Ann.(rude and loud yells a lot ) the other activity people are much nicer. The Maintenance crew is good once the other guy left and the new guy came on bored. But the RA said one is leaving so the other guy we see very little already will most likely suck like the original guy. RA are over worked seam to be pushing 12 plus hours. Nursing director and her assistant are another issue they rude loud could use more training and less cigarette break( yes you smell like an ash try )We can see where u go between the building and smoke when we leave. Reception is Monica, is great. Kitchen food sucked at one time but seam to be getting better. The plating of the meal. Needs improvement not 5start yet like the names 3.5 . The business manager just need to leave people alone. For the year 2022

Meadowmere is the best! We anxiously moved our brother to Assisted Living last fall and couldn't be happier with this decision. The staff at Meadowmere, from Monica the receptionist, to Heather his nurse and her aides, to housekeeprs, to cooking staff, to activity directors, to Sam who went out of his way to make him feel comfortable, and Sarah, the director, a big thank you for relieving our concerns! They are all so compassionate and kind, and helpful with everything we ask.

My grandpa loves it! We moved him here from Florida. Sam and the admission staff made the move seamless. The staff is friendly and helpful. The activities are the best. Best thing though, is how it feels like a small intimate family in a big atmosphere!

My dad recently became a resident at Meadowmere, Oak Creek. We have been totally impressed with the staff and how incredibly welcoming they’ve been to my dad. He is very happy so far and feels so good about his decision to come there. I’m amazed at how virtually every staff member calls him by name after such a short time. He loves the food and the staff. A few people, in particular, have been so gracious, kind and helpful to him. Sam Williams, from the day we first met has been awesome in explaining everything and making Pete feel welcome. On move in day, my dad is nearly blind, Sam actually came to his room to welcome him and helped synch his phone up with Alexa, so he can make calls without using the small numbers on his phone. Ann Salerno has also been incredible in helping him get connected to people with similar interests. She even helped him get a poker group set up, his passion. He’s loving it. She also went out of her way to bring another resident up to see my dad. It was a gentleman who’d worked with my dad at Bucyrus Erie for many years. My dad was so excited to see him again and reminisce. Finally, front desk Monica. I cannot imagine a better person to have working the front desk. She is so kind and compassionate. As a Physical Therapist myself, I have worked in many facilities such as yours. Truly you have a special group and should be extremely proud of those I mentioned as well as the others.

I love this community! Meadowmere's workers have become an extended family to us. There is always activities going on, not just for the residents, but for their families as well. When my mom was dying, they were all there for her. She was surrounded by love! Recently, my dad had to transition to a different room, but the Director, listened to our concerns and acted to make sure my dad was happy.

I would definitely recommend Meadowmere in Oak Creek. The nursing staff and caregivers are outstanding. The care they provide is phenomenal. They work as a team. And I learned there is NO I in the word TEAM. This front office staff is as professional, passionate and caring as any I have experienced or worked with. The care and compassion taking care of the residents and the family members cannot be taught it is within those individuals that work in that facility . I will continue to recommend Meadowmere to anyone who needs loved ones taken care of.

My mother lived at Meadowmere for 10 years and then moved to Mitchell Manor for 5 years. This was home for her. There isn't enough good that can be said for the love, attention, and care my mother received from the staff. They went out of their way on numerous occasions. Not to say that there weren't some rough days - I don't believe that there is any senior facility that doesn't have a staff member or an off day that something may be said or happen that a family member wouldn't like. But in the big picture I am grateful that I found Meadowmere 15 years ago for my mother. She passed away peacefully in her room at Mitchell Manor with the staff continuously at her side with me.

Whoever runs their activities department is amazing. The residents here are so lively and always engaged. There are a tons of huge events at least every month and happy hour every Friday! The food is soooo tasty—so many choices. I recently visited their classic car show (which is held annually) and I highly recommend this community for anyone looking for the most ideal home for their loved one. 5 stars.

Meadowmere is an excellent facility for those considering a change in residency. The staff is friendly and professional. The building is well - kept and has a very comfortable atmosphere. Meals are well prepared and served timely. Meadowmere also offers many in - house activities as well as field trips for its residents. I have performed there on several occasions and always found our audience to be engaging and of fabulous humor. Thumbs up, for sure.

Assisted living done right. My Dad lives at Meadowmere and he really likes it. Each resident or married couple has their own apartment. Each apartment contains one bedroom, a large living room as well as a kitchen and separate bathroom. Meals are provided in the main dinning room on the first floor. Each resident receives a level of care that is tailored to their needs. Those needing additional care like assistance with bathing and dressing, do need to pay more for those services. Overall, this is a very nice comfortable and clean facility with lots of amenities. my father is happy and well cared for. The staff is courteous and helpful and they treat the residents with kindness and respect.

As the sales counselor for Meadowmere Oak Creek Senior Living Community, and the son of a parent who lives here, I can comment from two perspectives. First, moving my mom in nearly a year ago went smoothly, and she is doing very well in her bright and spacious apartment. She just commented, again, about how much she enjoys her place and care-free lifestyle here. Second, I am thankful every day for the opportunity to work closely with families as they deal with the process of transitioning a parent, or parents, into our community. I am also fortunate to be able to work with professional, caring team members who all share the vision of providing an environment where our residents can enjoy safe, dignified and meaningful lives. I visisted this facility and immediately when I was in the main door I was greeted with a warm welcome. I was met by the executive director. Then introduced to the sales manager, the chef and a couple other employees and all were so very polite and friendly. It was a very homelike environment. I was able to sit in on a game of Word Explosion which was being ran by the Executive Director of the facility. The residents playing just loved it! And to see the Exec Director leading this game was a very nice touch. You can tell ahe is involved with the residents and know them all by name. Other staff stopped by to cheer the residents on. It was like one big happy family. Sounds like the food served by the Chef is something the residents enjoy and do not cringe at. Very nice place.

We needed a place for my grandma about 10 years ago, and we didnt know where to place her after her rehab stay in South Milwaukee. We knew Meadowmere Oak Creeks construction project had just been completed not too long ago and heard wonderful things about it. We thought we would give it a try, and we have been in love since day one! My grandma couldnt have been happier about her apartment with her cute little balcony for her bird feeders! She loves being able to watch the birds, enjoys all the fabulous dining served anytime with their anytime dining program, and our family loves the fact that we can come and eat with her almost anytime we want! We also love the fact that she lives 2 minutes from my parents house and we know she is safe and well looked after! Thank you for all youve done over the years Meadowmere Oak Creek team!
