These 5 stars go out to the young, kind employee named Thomas! Thomas goes out of his way to care for my grandfather. He has nothing but respect, thoughtfulness, and thoroughness while caring for him. Thomas's attentiveness towards all patients is absolutely amazing. I wish all the employees had his kind heart. I really liked this place better before it went corporate. My mother lives here, after they sold I considered moving here but then thought the change would be to much. They really lack on communication. Or shall I say there is none. As POA you would think I would be advised of issues, I was before they Legends purchased them. Also they seem to always be short on staff, and per my mom, food quality has gone downhill. They are clean and friendly, my complaint is not against the staff but the 'new' corporate policies. Edit: A representative from Legend called, asked how they could do things better. I told them communication! I was told they had a weekly email that was sent out, that for some reason I wasn't receiving, my email was verified, and I was told I would be getting updates soon. 3 weeks later nothing. No communication! Smh.

My dad lives there and it's a very nice place. It's always clean, staff is great, and food is good. Staff has give me tips to how to help him make is his life little easier at his age. He really enjoys playing bingo, dominos, and listening to the live music they have also, the field trips they take on the bus. He has a special bond with Shawna she is so sweet to him. It makes his day when he sees her. But all the staff is great too friendly and helpful. Thanks for all you all do to help my dad.

We moved our 94 year old aunt from a facility in Texas to Arbor House last December. The staff has been AWESOME and the care she has received is great! Lynne, the DON, and Cristy, the Administrator, go above and beyond to ensure the residents are cared for with loving staff. They are prompt to address any type of issue from assisting with moving in, special requests, etc. Maintenance is exceptional from changing a light bulb to assembling furniture to any request - at lightening speed! Communication between families and facility is also great!!

Let’s talk about Arbor House Assisted Living! I have lived here for 3 years and 3 months. I must say, I am living in my country club; and I truly believe this is the place I was meant to be. Among the amenities that I have cited: Housekeeping; Laundry services, a beautician, and my meals placed for me along with snacks and wonderful parties. We also have lots of great activities; church services, Bingo entertainment, Popcorn parties, ice cream Socials, Happy hour; lots of enjoyable fellowship. I am very blessed to be here and have these wonderful friends and nurses.

If you have to make like every difficult decision to leave your home of 6o years, Arbor House has a lot of good things to consider. The Director’s doors are always open to voice your concerns and express your desires. My room is cleaned to perfection every week and in between if I have a mishap. We have a maintenance man that comes in every morning with a million dollar smile that would cheer anyone up and can fill any problems you have and is always willing to do in record time. Our activity director is 110% all the time choosing things to keep our minds active and our bodies busy and then serves us hot baked cookies and drinks of choice. He is a very compassionate person and spreads joy, laughter, and hugs freely. He recently took a LOA and some of the ladies didn’t understand why he was gone. sat around with sad faces and when he returned the smiles and joy returned to Arbor house. We have a beautiful courtyard with lots of sidewalks and well groomed lawn and comfortable furniture where we sat and enjoyed a little birdhouse with a family feeding their babies this spring. Mustang Master Gardeners planted flowers in front that we enjoyed all summer donated by a local business. They also planted a Butterfly garden in the courtyard. We are always decorated for the holidays. Some local churches provide optional bible studies. We also have entertainment from pianist, a harpist and singing groups. So you see Arbor House of Mustang is a good choice if you are no longer able to live alone and need an all rounded place to live.

Seeing from the beginning of my very first step into the entryway of Arbor House was a delightful group of people having a fun time together and being inviting. I was highly impressed. I received a first class tour with the Administrator from Arbor House.. I felt compassion and the grace of God. This was the place I wanted to live. Within a few days I had visitors giving me a private interview. They told me how to get my belongings and myself to Arbor House. Living at Arbor House compared to any and all other facilities of like kind, has been rewarding quality and beyond the expected into superiority of a room that has more space, features and assistance. I have reached entoptic living at Arbor House having assistance from the best staff and management ever. So I do live, and I live happily ever after at Arbor House.

I’ve not been without constant care, without complaint. I praise that part above others because it is essential. I’d like to praise the kitchen help and waitresses. They try hard to fix food. I can eat because of my difficulties swallowing. I will praise the Handy man he is highly skilled and always willing to fix any problem I might have. My son said this was the cleanest place around, and then there is Doug. The do it all man, who often takes us shopping, but he also supplies us entertainment, he himself spends countless hours entertaining Games, Reading, Trivia. He is a natural to supply any kind of kindness or affection to the resident and to the help. He’s a spirit fully devoted to other.

This is the second time I have had a family member living at Arbor House in Mustang. Many years ago, my mother lived there until her failing health required more care. Because of her experience, I had no problem deciding the best place for my husband when I could no longer properly take care of him. The whole staff is very caring, friendly and ready to assist when needed. His room and laundry are cleaned on a regular schedule. We look forward to all the much and the many activities they offer. His physical needs are met 24 hours a day. If you have a loved one that needs assistance with daily living. This is the place to be.

My mom spent the last few months of her life in the memory care unit of this awesome facility. The staff was wonderful all the time, even when our Mom’s care was challenging. They speak with kindness and respect to all the residents, and they were quick to inform my sister (who lives locally) whenever there were concerns. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Arbor House. They accommodated our every need and were caring and trustworthy, and graciously performed all the tasks we were unable to do for our mom. A Godsend, a life preserver, and a blessing!

If you have a problem you can call them and they’ll take care of it. It’s very clean, pretty, very nice, and there's a beautiful courtyard. Most importantly they love the residents.

One of the best assisted living places I've seen. I'm a pastor and visit several. This place always has staff available who is super involved and very friendly. It is evident they care about residents. I took my youth group to sing carols during their Christmas party and the staff had went all out for the festivities, from costumes to decorations to food to family! Great day. Super place.
