my grandmother was at Lincoln Court about 10 years ago. S he received wonderful care for the 5 years she was a resident. fast forward to 2023 and we chose Lincoln Court for our dad who has some heart issues but also some memory concerns. We were thrilled some staff members were still working there and remembered our family. It also tells me it is a great place to work. We have been so happy to have our dad called by his name by staff members even the cooks. We have been amazed that every employee greets us warmly and eagerly tries to promptly address and help us with any request. They are always accommodating and helpful and KIND. Food is great, activities are so creative and well attended . The staff truly treats residents and family members so well, how could anyone go anywhere else!!!

My parents have been living here for the last couple months. Overall, we're pleased. The food is pretty good. The care is above average. My mom needs more care than my dad. They could use more staff during the night shift. There room is nice.

Everyone is so friendly and happy. My little dog was welcome to come with me to visit my dad and the receptionist at the front desk gave her a treat. My Dad loves the food and the atmosphere. It's a nice place overall.

Ever since my parents arrival in June 2023, they have been treated with respect and dignity. They enjoy going to the restaurant for meals and meeting new friends. The CNAs are always smiling and willing to help. I'm glad Lincoln Court was available to bring my parents in as residents. Craig and Kathy

Since moving my mom to Lincoln Court in September'23 she has a new lease on life. She immediately made friends and enjoys eating 3 meals a day with them. She loves all the activities: scenic rides, games, puzzles, parties and gatherings, and live music (which seems to happen so often I might be jealous). The staff are kind and accommodating. She has dementia but is high functioning and I am ever impressed by the respectful way they attend to her when she gets confused or forgetful. They have taken the huge weight from my shoulders and I now get to enjoy having fun with her when I visit verses just being the on call caregiver. It's been a huge benefit for our relationship and quality of life. In their great care I have been able to love her that much more because she is healthier and happier than she has been in decades. We have tried another home where I felt she was neglected and left in her room and we tried her living next door to me but this has been the best gift, a place that she is safe, happy, has endless stimulation, friends, and with people who are trained to assist her. She is always telling me "Thank you for moving me here. I love it."

My dad said no one ever came to him at breakfast and asked what he wanted to eat. So he waited awhile and then he left with no breakfast. Knowing my dad I don't know if he just waited a few mintues or if he was there for and hour. But he did say someone that was sitting with him got his food but didn't ask him what he wanted. ”

My grandpa is so happy at Lincoln Court! The staff is very attentive and caring. There are always fun activities going on - as part of his daily routine and as special events at Lincoln Court, and adventures and excursions out around town and beyond. My 93 year old mother has been a new resident at Lincoln Court now for two weeks. She has been impressed with all the tentative and caring staff members, her comfortable apartment and the kind, nursing attention that helps her feel safe. They do a great job at Lincoln Court.

The staff feel like family; they seem to care authentically about their residents. The facility is clean and well organized. They provide regular updates to families on activities and events which is nice so that we know what's going on with our loved ones. I'm adding more to my previous review because the staff just keep on delivering amazing care for our Dad. They have gotten to know him personally and they treat him like family. He knows he can count on them for anything he needs. They are responsive to any questions I've had, always calling me back promptly and checking in on him regularly. They are proactive and anticipate what he might need next. Thank you to all the staff at Lincoln Court for your care and kindness.

My mother and father moved into Lincoln Court straight from CA. They loved it!!!! My father would take the Lincoln Court bus for scenic drives all the time. My mother would visit the other ladies, play bingo, and other games. They had a large two bedroom with plenty of room. All the employees were wonderful and helpful. The building was kept clean and their room was cleaned weekly. I would recommend Lincoln Court to everyone!

Lincoln Court truly takes the phrase "Welcome to our family" to heart! They are so welcoming to everyone who enters weather its guest, resident, or workers! I had the blessed opportunity to work here for several months and I am so sad I had to leave. I miss it every day. They have wonderful support systems throughout the building and residents always know how to make you smile! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Lincoln Court is amazing! We helped move Shannon there in July and her experience has been nothing but positive, uplifting, safe, and helpful. The staff are experienced, courteous, fun, and are there to answer questions, to help provide additional support if needed as well as just being friends. I appreciate all of the activities that residents are able to participate in. Also, the weekly trips to Walmart, personal appointments, etc., have been a big help to us. I feel so at home and welcome when I visit weekly, and I appreciate in knowing that our loved one(s) are so appreciated by the staff and so well cared for. If we were looking to retire, we would choose Lincoln Court as it checks off all of the boxes for senior living.

Lincoln Court does such a wonderful job in making residents and their families feel welcome and truly at home from the very beginning. A year ago, my sister and I helped our Dad move into Lincoln Court, and we were immediately greeted with friendliness, compassion and kindness, which has continued every time we have visited. The staff at Lincoln Court treat residents like family, and they truly listen to, and care about them. The food is very good, there are plenty of activities of all kinds, and LifeLoop helps us to fee more connected despite the fact that we live several hours away. 5 Stars for sure!

My parents are so much happier here. In the last retirement community they lived in they were just there and totally ignored by the staff. Lincoln Court staff did a wonderful job with my uncle who was experiencing last stages of dementia. They were professional, knowledgeable, and skillful in handling typical behavioral issues related to the dementia. With genuine care, the administration and staff made the memory care unit feel like a home.

I am their regional nurse and I have to say Lincoln Court is one of my favorite places to visit! Not only do they do really well meeting the exhaustive state regulations but you can tell they truly love every single resident. This may not be the newest building in Idaho Falls but its absolutely the very best. If you want a place with people that care then you have found it!

Lincoln Court, I love this place!!! It's a wonderful place, we moved our folks in here in October of 2022 and the care and kindness that they have be shown is nothing short of incredible! The staff is amazing. One morning I came in at 4AM to take mom to the emergency room, as I got to her room a CNA was sitting with her, my anxiety was instantly gone, they had a wheelchair ready for her to go, then as I was walking her out, the lady at the front desk handed me her medical records. I was blown away! I couldn't ask for a more kinder and loving place for my parents! With a grateful heart! Mike Nelson!!!
