My mom was at the Waterford in West Bend for a couple of years starting out in assisted living and then moving on to memory care. I can’t thank the girls enough for the love and care my mom received. I am forever grateful and they will always hold a special place in my heart.

My mom enjoys the variety of all three meals. Her laundry and housekeeping tasks are done to her liking. Today there was a St Nick stocking for each of the residents and a Scavenger Hunt to get them moving. There are lots of special holiday activities and the staff is like family.

I am shocked by the 1 star reviews that I'm reading. We have had completely the opposite sentiments and observations of Waterford's Administration and employees. Amber has far exceeded our expectations in the customer service department! She and Alyssa have worked really hard at making sure that our mom's transition has gone smoothly!! All the nurses and CNAs that we and Mom have encountered have been sincerely caring and super supportive. I haven't learned all of their names yet, but Debbie and Brianna come to mind. Pam, the Activity Director, is always on the scene doing fun activities and mingling with the residents. Our mom recently moved in. Needless to say, after 56 years in her former home, she's not been especially happy with having to move. Pam has been working her magic to bring Mom out of her sadness and participate in "life" again!!! So important for someone with dementia. Even Todd the Maintenance Man has always been available if we needed help with anything including the cable tv, phone, bed etc. I can't say enough about all the wonderful, compassionate people who work as a TEAM at the Waterford! And all of the residents that I've met and encountered seem to be happy and content there too. I truly believe that this is the best community that we could've moved Mom to!!! And believe me, we've looked at a lot of places in the last year to find a great place for her. Thank you to everyone for all of your hard work and dedication! It can be a very difficult and challenging job to take care of elderly folks with dementia or any type of infirmity, but they make it look easy. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I highly recommend the Waterford at West Bend to those looking for assisted living or memory care options. Caring staff “ The staff were willing to help in whatever way that they could. Mom referred to them as her angels. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the cheerful decorations made for a pleasant environment. Good support system “ Amber, the director, is extremely knowledgeable. I sought her advice so many times since I had never dealt with assisted living situations before. I learned much from Amber. Her common sense approach to issues we faced brought peace of mind for our family. She always found time for us and was very caring. Fun group- Mom celebrated her 98th birthday during COVID. The staff wheeled her outside, along with many of her Waterford friends, to enjoy our drive through birthday parade. I also have fond memories of the Thanksgiving dinners and Hawaiian luaus they put on for all the residents and their families to enjoy. We made good friends from these gatherings. The staff and administration work hard to make you feel like part of their family.

This is an amazing and caring place, hands down. We’ve had 4 family and extended family members over the last 15 years stay here. It is always so difficult to face the reality that a loved one has reached their last phase of life and this facility & the staff are wonderful. Recently my Grandma (there from 2016-2020) raved about the food (especially bacon) and would fold laundry with the team. My aunt was there (2021- 2022) and received compassion and respect. I would play their piano over the holidays and the staff and residents would come out and sing. Really great memories. Highly recommended.

Waterford’s Magnolia Trails Memory Care Facility has been a wonderful place for mom. The kind, compassionate staff cares for her and loves her as we do. They’ve been a blessing to us and we can rest assured Mom is in good hands day and night. Thank you, Waterford!

There is a reason why we decided to have both my grandmas and my mom live here...it is because of the caring and empathetic staff and administrators. One of the most difficult decisions is to have to decide where your 68 year old mother needs to be placed because of dementia. The staff at Waterford made us feel like family and we knew our mom was well taken care of. My dad was there almost every day visiting and always shared with us how incredible the staff was. They loved my mom and we will forever be grateful to them. When one of my coworkers had a question about care for her mom, I reached out to Amber who called me and talked me through her questions even though this person was not looking at Waterford. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place for their loved one to feel safe, loved and cared for every single day.

The best place around for assisted livings! My grandmother, Isabella, was there in 2005, my other grandma, Lucy, from 2016-2020, and my mother was in memory care last year. The Waterford has always treated my family with the utmost respect and care. Anything we ever needed they were there. I would highly recommend The Waterford to anyone!

After having both my mother-in-law and sister-in-law be residents of The Waterford at West Bend, I have to praise them for the wonderful job that they do there. Our family was so pleased to see our loved ones be so well taken care of with kindness and dignity. There is such a warm welcoming atmosphere there and it made our family feel like we were part of their family, too. It is never an easy decision to know that your loved one needs more care than you are able to give, but Amber and the whole staff at The Waterford made the transition to their facility much easier.

I recently moved my 95 year old Dad from a Jackson memory care unit to The Waterford in West Bend. The communication at The Waterford has been excellent. The staff very welcoming and food is great. I have nothing but good things to say about the Waterford Assisted Living Facility. My mom Lucy, was a resident at this facility for slightly more than six years. This was her home and she loved the staff / management. Her response whenever we asked how things were going was"Oh everyone is sooo good to me." I think I can speak for my entire family when I say we are greatful that my mom was able to spend her final years at the Waterford.

My grandma has been living here over 1 year now and I very grateful for all this place has to offer. She is comfortable, well fed, and the staff is always there to help when needed!
