We love the staff at The Village at Bellevue! A friend recommended this facility and we have thanked them repeatedly for the referral. The administration and staff members are caring, patient, gentle and attentive. They listened to our needs and have worked closely with us during different stages of care. Activities and caregiving are suited to the needs of the patient. Our relative first lived in assisted living and, due to advancing needs, is now in memory care. We would recommend The Village at Bellevue to anyone searching for a caring, personalized environment for their loved one.

The Village at Bellevue stands as a hidden gem a little off Sawyer Brown Rd. Management changed hands on January 1, and although we liked it before, now we love it. A cozy atmosphere, warm and welcoming, my relative feels well cared for. It's home to her now! We think the staff is exceptional. I could go on and on but if you're looking for assisted living or memory care, check it out. It's worth your time. FYI, previously she was at another facility. The Village atmosphere just feels so much better.

No Stars! I went to see about a place for my mom. MC was very nice and provided information and we were set to go tour the available apartments. Then the “Administrator” pulled me into his office and told me he could not let me go to an empty apartment with a girl. I was aghast at the insinuation he was making. This guy in no way should be administering any facility! This place should be avoided at all cost!

This place is wonderful. My name is Linda and my Mom is here. They are absolutely wonderful helping her and being compassionate toward her need to be helped. She had a problem with feet and legs nobody seemed to help until the nurse and others got involved and sent her to the hospital . She had fluid to build up like fifteen pounds worth and by the caring people at The Village they got that all taken care of and Mom is back today and feeling great. We have so many to thank for taking the time to care for their patients and their well- being . Thank you everybody …

The Village at Bellevue is great. It was very clean. The staff and patients were friendly and helpful. Casey was extremely helpful in explaining the process of getting a family member into the facility. She took her time to explain what goes on and what the family needs to know. She was extremely knowledgable of the facility and the patients knew her and she knew them. The tour was very nice.

During these difficult times, we received routine communication about my mothers status and the steps taken to prevent the spread of the corona virus. The environment is clean and pleasing to be in. The splendid nursing staff at The Village not only took excellent care of Dad, but they were kind and affectionate toward him, which was exemplary considering that he could be cantankerous at times. My Mom moved into Brookdale Bellevue about 18 months ago and my entire family is very pleased with Brookdale and all of its staff. The location is convenient to access, the staff not only shows their care and concern, but they go beyond caring to showing love to not only my Mom but other residents. They are always kind, attentive and show great respect to the residents, always being available for help, encouragement, and love. There are many activities and good communication with both the residents and all family members. We could not be happier with Brookdale Bellevue. It has been a wonderful experience for my Mom and a blessing to our entire family.

I am a current resident at Brookdale Bellevue. It's a great place. Here is what I wrote in my Christmas letter this year: I am enjoying my new home. There are many nice residents and caregivers, who manage to keep us well fed and safe, with day and night nurses, lots of activities such as a recent day trip to the new museum downtown and The Opryland Hotel, with its vast area of plants and tropical trees making me feel that I am back in Costa Rica where I lived for a few years. The food is very good and management is excellent. I feel very much at home here.

It would be hard to find a better place anywhere. The management is extremely professional, but also very down to earth and caring. My mother is very happy with the staff, the food, and the environment in general. They offer lots of activities and treat people with a lot of respect. This is a first class place and not nearly as expensive as many others we visited.

I recently placed my mom at the Assisted Living at Brookdale Bellevue and feel this is the best place for my mom who is 89 years old. The entire staff of administrators, nursing, housekeeping and dinning are so friendly and really care about the elderly. I feel confident she is safe, well taken care of and most of all she is happy there too. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs a warm, friendly, safe and well cared for place for their loved ones.

This community was very nice to tour. The staff was very friendly and helpful on the tour. The community was very nicely decorated and the landscaping was very nice. There is a fenced in backyard with a walking path.

I had chosen this community for my brother because it was the best place for him that could medically meet his needs. The staff are very attentive to his needs and make sure that he is comfortable in his new living environment. He has had no complaints about the meals and has been enjoying some of the activities as well as the social environment with the other residents. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone.
