I know this is my second review but I just cannot say enough good things about adventure Care and all of the staff from all of the housekeepers which is Anna and and Victoria, to all the way up to the business office her name is Izzy that's her nickname but she does wonderful things for the residents here I cannot say enough good things about her, I would definitely give the entire staff of five star rating, they all do such a wonderful job.

When my father was at the skilled rehab, we were initially quite dissatisfied. However, things took a turn for the better when I met Samantha and Haily on that Monday. They were truly inspiring and demonstrated exceptional skill in their roles. Knowing that they were there made a huge difference; any issues we had were addressed promptly and effectively. Their outstanding care and professionalism made our experience much easier. Because of their remarkable support, I would definitely consider bringing my father back to Advinia."

My mother in law has been at advinicare for 8 months now. It's always a tough time finding a facility that will take great care of your loved ones. We were so happy when we toured advinicare as right when you walk in it feels so inviting. The director of nursing, Laura, is one of a kind! She has been a blessing to work with and is very responsive to texts/emails… even when it's a Sunday night! Zero regrets and glad we found a spot for my MIL to be well taken of.

Recently my brother spent time at AdviniaCare Care Naples following alcohol withdrawal and some other emotional issues. He was very well treated and his medicinal needs were met. I would like to commend Advinia for friendliness and efficiency of the staff, cleanliness of the facility and a positive experience overall. I would particularly like to commend Samantha Foy, whose friendliness and competence made this difficult situation of having my brother in crisis bearable. Thanks so much.

I am so grateful and thankful for Laura McManus and the ENTIRE team. I don't have ENOUGH good things to say about EVERYONE at AdviniaCare! Knowing your loved one is being cared for by professionals that are so compassionate and caring brings such peace! They truly go ABOVE and BEYOND!
May 2023
There were nurses and aides there that were wonderful; however, my mother’s overall experience was horrible! No one visited her room for 6 hours after she requested help. Some aides yelled at her and frightened her when her colostomy bag leaked and the social worker slammed the door in my face when I asked about getting my mother discharged. Felt like a horror movie.

Great staff, good care, and affordable.

My 90 year old dad fell at his assisted living facility, spent 9 days at a local hospital after finding out on the second day that he had no injuries from the fall - was neglected the entire stay and couldn't walk after laying in bed for the entire hospitalization. Then he was referred to AdviniaCare Naples for rehab. They worked hard for him, and that's not always easy because he tries to avoid most activity. The physical and occupational therapists pushed him, encouraged him and made him improve despite himself. I've seen lesser facilities just say, "well, he won't cooperate and we can't make him do things against his will" - which can make their job easier, but not improve the patient's function. At AdviniaCare Naples, they did their job. The administration listened to our concerns and were available most of the time. Special recognition goes to Cindy and and Lynn, his nurses - Michelle, his usual physical therapist who pushed him hard. The nursing assistants YoYo and Joanis (spelling?), who kept him clean and got him out of bed despite his grousing about it. I take off one star because the dining room is painfully slow and inefficient, even if the people are nice and try hard.

AdviniaCare Naples was the best place we could have left my dad for respite care. They were amazing accommodating his needs and very prompt to resolve any concerns we had prior to his staying. I can thank enough Spencer R. and the AdviniaCare's Director for their kind and direct approach to ensure my dad's care was pleasant and safe. Things went so well that my dad wants to come back to visit! Thanks to everyone at AdviniaCare Naples.

AdviniaCare was awesome! Our mom spent her rehab for her shoulder replacement surgery there and the staff was extremely attentive to her and the physical therapy was great.

My grandparents stay at this facility and they have had an amazing and caring, attentive experience with the staff and their accommodations since they have been there. I'm so blessed to have found a place like this for them that makes them feel in comfort.

My Mother-in-law was a Patient there on the skilled side receiving Physical Therapy and occupational therapy. We just picked her up last week. The care she received was phenomenal. From her Aides, to her SW Dee, to her Nurses Alyson and the other Nurses plus the Physical Therapy Department were just so kind and accommodating to her. Her Doctor Dr. Daniel Kaplan was hands down the best. She loved him and that made it easier on her and also on us as her family. I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones needs. P.S- She is the pickiest eater and she loved the food.

I was sent to Advinia Care-Naples from North Collier Hospital after a hip fracture. I found the staff at Advinia to be very professional and caring towards me. They attended my needs in a compassionate way. I cannot name all the great people that helped me, however there are a few that stand out, Rhonda, Natalie, and Tammy. The crew in Physical Therapy Tony, Dan, Keven and Jamie, and the crew in Occupational Therapy, Dan, Greg and Kim were phenomenal! I still have more rehab ahead of me, but I will get there.I highly recommend this place! JJ

The young activities girl with long brown hair is amazing she was above and beyond
March 2022
Very under staffed and the night shift is covered by an agency. The majority of the staff tried to be helpful but difficult when working conditions are so hard. They appear not to want any visitors, I became my husbands "essential care giver" just to get in his room and still had difficulty each day. Otherwise it's window visits or outside if the patient is mobile. Phones go unanswered and patient call buttons seem to mean nothing, My husband arrived Thursday night at 7pm which was horrible. Every room I could see into had the patients bedded down for the night at 7pm. There was no one present who knew anything. On Sunday we said we were leaving and were told that Medicare wouldn't pay for any of his stay because we were leaving "the wrong way". So we waited until Monday and it was still "the wrong way". We decided the only "right way" would be when 21 days were over. The occupational therapist, Dan, who evaluated my husband was really good, but he only did the evaluation. When we left everyone avoided us, even the girl who wheeled him outside didn't wait until he was settled in the car and the door closed. The staff works too hard to keep family and friends out of the facility - why are they afraid to have you observe the level of care given?

Amazing team of nurses. Therapy is top notch. Medical Director is hands on with all patients and residents. Very proud to be a part of Harbor Chase
March 2021
I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to the staff at HarborChase of Naples. My mother, who is almost 98 y-o, had a serious stroke 4 years ago. We came to HC for rehab, but unfortunately, due to the severity of the stroke, she was left unable to walk, go to the bathroom or feed herself. I decided to look around for a more permanent home for Mom, but when I told her it was time to go...she said I like it here, it is my new home and the staff is so kind to me I can personally attest to the high quality of healthcare and attention she has received. The entire staff is attentive and dedicated to all of their residents. This dedication starts from the head of the facility, to the director of nursing, to the nurses, and rest of the staff. During the pandemic, I would receive daily telephone reports. Great attention to social distancing, sanitizing and patient care, kept everyone safe. I highly recommend HarborChase to anyone considering either a Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living facility. This facility has done such an amazing job keeping my Mom comfortable, safe and happy for the past 4 years. Thank you to everyone at HarborChase and especially to Tara, Director of Nursing, for your leadership during these extremely difficult times. Adela Bashian

Toured a few rehab centers in town prior to my knee surgery. This was my first time in a rehab facility. I appreciated the insight Matt gave me prior to my stay. He showed me around the rehab center and answered all my questions and concerns. Matt even met me at NCH and explained to me how I have an advantaged Medicare plan not regular Medicare. I came into a shared room and my roommate was very pleasant. Knee machine was in the room and PT therapist Maria and Susan got me all set up and I was off running. Food was good. Some meals were better than others. In the Assisted Living side I was able to pass time with music, bingo, and church services. I would recommend Harborchase Naples. Small only 40 patients, excellent therapy, great location for my family and friends to visit.

Very fortunate to find a rehab center for my sister. The social worker at NCH gave us the list of rehab centers to choose from for a few week stay. I called a few facilities but was unsuccessful to get through to anyone until I spoke to Matthew. He explained everything in detail from insurance coverage (using her supplement past Medicare day 21) to discharge planning. Im glad I came in for a visit. He was able to have a private room ready upon arrival. I didnt know what to expect having never gone through this with our parents. Small rehab center which is preferable for more attention from the staff. Everyday I visited housekeepers kept it clean and there was never a nursing home smell. Best of all and most importantly therapist Dan, Greg, and Susan were excellent and always available to help.

I had a relative that was a patient at Harbor Chase. The director and the nurse Sandra Draper were extremely helpful. They were patient and caring. They made every accommodation in their attempts to please us. I would recommend this facility because the staff is helpful and honest and really put patients needs before their own. I regularly visited this nursing home previous to this time and felt that the patients were treated with great respect.

You could not meet a more caring, friendly, compassionate, and loving folks than those at Harbor Chase Naples. The facility was clean and surrounded by a healthy environment and I am overwhelmed with the care and compassion shown to me by the entire staff. Carlos in the dining room is a person one will not soon forget. Lily in housekeeping, to Marie the CNA, to Sonia my nurse, to Dan my OT and of course the entire PT department, including the one and only Milo. They truly have a passion for making the lives of those less fortunate happier.

Our parents recently moved into HaborChase and we couldn't be happier with their choice. The staff is always engaging, attentive and extremely helpful. Barbara is in continued contact with us as we navigate this new phase. Each time I call the front desk, I am greeted by friendly voices that always point me in the correct direction. Everyone is extending themselves to make this transition to Assisted Living a comfortable, smooth experience.
October 2018
Very happy we transferred my mother in law. The other rehab facility was dirty and the staff showed zero compassion. Matt in admissions was able to meet and answered every question in detail and most importantly cared about my loved on getting the best care possible. Nurse Sonia is always smiling and willing to go the extra distance which is greatly appreciated. Very glad everything worked out and will recommend this rehab for their loved ones.
September 2018
We choose this rehab facility based on a few reasons. Small number of rehab patients which is great. My mother in law received one on one therapy. PT Freya was excellent. Matt the admissions rep met us at the hospital and answered all of our questions. Would recommend this facility for nursing care and therapy.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that my mother Rosario Gonzalez 94 years old, is staying at this facility now for over a month. One of your staff member Carlos Angels (CNA - Skilled) is very kind, professional and patience with my mother. She always mentions on how Carlos helps her and how nice he is with her, specially at time to eat, he is always there to serve the food to her. I don't know to express my gratitude to Carlos Angels for being a wonderful person to my mother Rosario Gonzalez. Thank you again!
May 2018
We are very grateful for the care that my aunt received at Harbor Chase's skilled nursing facility. After spending a couple weeks at another facility, we were desperate to find a more caring, comfortable and competent place for my aunt to recuperate from ankle surgery. We found that with Harbor Chase. Thank you to Christie and all the nursing, PT, OT and other care staff who helped my aunt in her recovery! We are so glad that we found you!
November 2017
My mother-in-law was there over a year. The staff was fairly unresponsive when I asked for help with her orientating and more activities for her. Some of this was my MILs issue also. We waited about two weeks for the administrator to get back to us regarding a long detailed email I sent her. The place is clean and some aides were very caring. The front door access is a mystery to me as if the patient-family-friends do not know the code there is no bell or intercom to ring after hours. There are not attendants on the specific floor most of the time. In other words the aide or LPN may be on the first floor and the patient on the third floor. They do reserve their room for the duration of the rental agreement or lease. So, if your relative becomes quite ill they can keep their room. This could be good but could be bad. This leads to a problem, in my opinion, that a very ill patient is in a room with very little supervision. The staff says they check on the patient every two (?) hours but I do not believe they do. Also, this leads to a problem of a wide range of patients who are in good health to very poor health which can be depressing for those who are feeling good-fair. Morale at the place is generally poor but there were a few good aides, receptionists and LPNs. My biggest concern was lack of good activities, a good administrator and strong management. The cost is very competitive, it is clean and some of the staff tries hard. We were moving her to another new assisted living place which was impressive but she passed away just prior.
June 2016
The staff is very very loving. It's a quaint and family style atmosphere. Nothing is perfect but I feel great having dad here. Best of all is that he is happy
May 2016
HarborChase is a nice facility that provides very good care for its residents. Good value for the what is charged. The facility is geared more for assisted living than independent living.
