I am so grateful my mom was able to spend a year at Partridge House on the memory care floor. There is access to a safe outside area for everyone to enjoy, along with shared access to dining and activities with assisted living residents. Everyone is very personable, helpful and really cares about all the residents. The atmosphere is relaxed and is more of a community, rather than a corporate feel.

We had to make the decision to place Dad in a facility. I searched for quite some time until I found Partridge House. I toured the facility and made arrangements to add Dad as a resident. He was there for just a month short of one year and during that time he received outstanding care and compassion from the entire staff. Everyone was wonderful and Dad enjoyed interacting with the staff.

My family was very happy with the care that my father received. The nursing staff was great. My father loved everyone he interacted with at Partridge House. We never had any concerns about his care and safety while he was there. We knew that they genuinely loved my father. What more could you ask for from a care facility. Greta always made us feel welcome there.

My father lived at the Partridge House for 5 years (3 years in memory care). It was the best decision we made. The nurses and all the staff were great and treated him like family. He loved living there. It was so comforting to know he was safe and well taken care of, I highly recommend the Partridge House.

We recently toured Partridge House with Greta and had a very positive experience. From the moment we walked in, the environment felt clean, calm, and welcoming. What stood out most was the staff”especially Greta, who was warm, patient, and genuinely kind. During the tour, we saw her greet residents by name, check in with them, and interact with real respect and affection. The residents appeared comfortable and happy, which gave us confidence that they are truly valued and well cared for. The community felt like a place where residents are known as individuals and treated with dignity. Based on our visit, we would absolutely recommend taking a tour if you’re considering assisted living options for a loved one.

When my sister needed assisted living there was only one place that I wanted to see her at. That is the Partridge House. The staff , Greta and Mindy. have been wonderful to my family and my sister.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting with Greta, Mindy, and Melody. From the moment we entered the building, we immediately felt the warmth, coziness, and truly homey atmosphere. All of the residents were incredibly welcoming during our tour, even offering their rooms as part of the experience. It was very clear that they are well cared for and genuinely happy in their home. From the caregivers and nurses to the directors, everyone seemed to truly enjoy what they do. It was shared that many of the staff have worked their way up from caregiving roles and continued their education to further their passion for this field. All of the ladies were extremely knowledgeable, kind, and made it very clear that they work with their hearts”from the thoughtfully planned activities to the dedicated care they provide and the many years they’ve invested in the community. It is evident that this is not just a job for them, but a second home and a true passion for caring for their residents. It was truly a pleasure to visit and meet such wonderful people. My mother was in the memory care unit at The Partridge House for almost 7 months before her passing. She was very well cared for while she was there. The staff is amazing to say the least. I am forever grateful that her last months were peaceful for her. Mindy, Krystle, Tara, Rachel and the rest of the staff are angels in my eyes. Thank you for all you did for my mother and our family.

I came in on a weekend day to inquire about a possible opportunity for my father-in-law. Greta was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire tour. She has extensive knowledge not only about the facility, but also about this aging population. As was toured, I was able to meet a few of the residents and staff, and it was abundantly clear that Greta’s warm, caring, fun, and light presence is appreciated by all.

The Management Team at the Partridge House has been a Chamber member for many years and over the past few years, their team has increased it's involvement in many ways. From their sponsorship of our Annual Senior Appreciation Day to hosting other chamber events at their facility to always willing to provide volunteers to many of our events they have become a "Wow" Chamber Member.

I will be forever grateful to the Partridge House nursing staff who cared for my Dad. They spent time listening to his stories, admiring his artwork, and paying close attention to his pain. At the point that he needed more care than they could give, they were very communicative about what he needed and how to get appropriate hospice care. The admin team is on top of it! Sarah had all the info we needed to determine what Dad could afford, and Gretawell, what does Greta not do?!? Incredibly helpful and caring - all of the staff are! Staff members are what make the difference, and this team takes the cake.

HORRIBLE admissions! The two woman I met with called the police on me when I requested information about my Aunt ( I am on her health care agent document). NOT a good way to start off . The State needs to investigate this facility. 0 stars for this place.

This is our family's 3rd experience with Partridge house. Our Mom is 97 and has been there for a year now. I cannot say enough kind things about Mom's care. They really care. The administration works diligently with the family. Cathy greets you upon entry into the building and even remembers our names. She always greets the residents by name also. Lisa does a great job keeping Mom busy. Mom would sometimes rather sit in her recliner, but Lisa gets her moving and laughing. The nursing staff works hard to keep her motivated, clean and loved. Thank you Partridge House....I sleep well knowing Mom is so well cared for and loved.....Bless you...Judy

Absolutely beautiful community. The building is warm, clean and the staff are very friendly. I can’t say enough about their Executive Director, Sarah. She is an incredible leader - anyone who enters this community is in great hands!

The real hoot is when the Manager moved Mom to a different floor...she personally hung the two curtain panels.....different lengths!!! The remained there until I pulled mom out. Try out the amenity of the refreshing pool....cracked and inoperative for years. Ask how many movies a week...one?? Hire your own caretaker for your loved ones. Another honest review in due time. IP

Other than the first review referring to the years gone by - cracked pool, one humorous but sick experience is when I moved to the third floor and the Manager hung the panel curtains. She hung two panels, DIFFERENT lengths and they stayed that way 4-6 months until I left SEPTEMBER 2, 2022. They had Mr leaving on OCTOBER 2; therefore, trying to collect for Oct. 2022, instead of one month refund plus the Manager is holding $100 for incidentals until I pay for Oct. When I left Sept. 2. Pls, don't subject your loved ones to this - Partridge House Hampton NH. Thanks for reading. Will add many more reviews.

We recently placed my mother here and have had nothing but the BEST experience! The director, receptionists, nurses, kitchen staff, PT, OT and cleaning staff have all reached out to speak to me about my mother when I am there. They give me updates that I might never have heard about from my own mother. She is happy here, cared for and has THRIVED since her arrival. I can’t tell you how happy we are as a family that she has made friends, feels great and has a true home again!!

My mother is 88 year old and loves the staff. They are kind, attentive and work endless hours to provide comfort and care to meet her needs. Amazingly, even through this pandemic, clients and staff have been healthy and everyone's spirits are positive!!

Every time I visit my family member who resides at Partridge House, I am reminded how much I appreciate the amazing staff who devote their lives to serving my brother and all who live there. Their adherence to all of the CDC and state of NH codes during this time of Covid-19. And they have done all this in a kind and compassionate way that keeps all of our loved ones content. My highest praise and admiration for all the members of the Partridge House organization.

My Dad who is 91 with dementia came to the facility June 1st of 2019. It was way harder on me than him. I thought he would put up a fight. I was in denial of how bad it was. He isn’t sure where he is, what time of day or year it is but it is the best thing that I could have done for him. The staff, and I mean everyone down to the kitchen help is amazing. Beyond what I thought it would be. My Mother in law went there before she passed so I knew how great the place is. I see my Dad often. He is always clean, smiling and walking the halls. He is a lot of work, given the fact that he asks the same things many times. The staff has so much patience with him and with me. The place is clean, bright and has great food. I don’t know why any child would not want the parent to live in such a beautiful place. Dementia is something that I’m not skilled to handle. I’m so grateful everyday that he is safe.

In reference to the gentleman complaining about the cars coming and going on the road that is actually NOT a dead end... the legal address for Oceanside Center is 22 TUCK Rd. The legal address for Partridge is 777 LAFAYETTE Rd. The nursing home is behind the assisted living, off of Tuck Rd- hence the different LEGAL addresses. Visitors, truck deliveries- they're being brought down that road with their GPS because it is the legal address. Trucks who don't usually deliver do not know the tight squeeze at the end of the road. Employees are free to use that road, I do when I visit because I do not come down Lafayette Rd, I come off of Rte. 1 and take a shortcut down Dearborn Ave to Tuck Rd because I live here and know that that is an option to avoid traffic and lights. Should I not be using Dearborn Ave because my destination isn't on Dearborn Ave? You should not be giving 1 stars to facilities you claim are "probably great places" because you don't like or approve of their legal address. That is no reflection of the facility. It is a public road, where the public can drive. Shortcut or not.

Because of their age and and health issues my two elderly aunts moved to the Partridge House in Hampton NH. Since the move both ladies have improved dramatically in their health , attitudes and overall well being. The staff is excellant , caring and very professional. And the facility is equipped to care for the most challenging health issues if need be. We like the fact that doctors and other health care providers visit the facility and care for the residents in house. This has saved alot of time and stuggles getting our aunts to appointments . If you have a loved one that needs care in a facility you cannot go wrong with the Partridge House. Charlie G.
