Assisting my parents find a new home was overwhelming and scary. Gina was a source of knowledge, resources and encouragement whether we chose Reena or not. It ended up being a no brainer for us, the facility itself is beautiful and the staff and residents were friendly and welcoming. My parents have been there for several months and I am so relieved we found Reena. It has been a great for them. Gina is in Marketing but she still goes out of her way to know all of the residents and families, stay engaged with them and is incredibly compassionate.

Let’s face it, having your parents move from their home of around 70 years to an assisted living facility is hard on everyone; Mom and Dad, family, friends, everyone. Our family relocated my Mom to Reena and we couldn't be more pleased. The facility exudes joy and is very welcoming with residents often socializing in the lobby. My Mom remarked, " I feel like I am living at the "Taj Mahal" and is thrilled with her conveniently located first floor apartment. She pleased with the food and culinary staff who deliver meals with a smile and greeting. This is the "A" team folks! In a span of four days, I met everyone. Staff is approachable and turnover appears to be low. Jennifer, the ED introduced herself to me and helped me secure an adjustable bed. Gina expedited the process and is a joy to work with while the nursing staff is top notch. Matthew is very compassionate and clearly explained the care plan while aiming for as much independence as possible for our mother. Amy and "T" are also very helpful and efficient. Dawn, the Wellness Director has an amazing background and explained a new activities app. She is very vested in the health and happiness of the residents - both physical and mental. The activity schedule is packed with something for everyone..... even avant-garde things like aromatherapy and tai chi! Jason in maintenance is there to help. He graciously installed wheelchair brake extenders among other things. Most importantly, the healthcare aids who take care of our precious loved ones, including JJ and Austin among others, are caring and friendly. My Mom is already looking forward to the holidays! I am confident she will receive great care. Thanks Reena!!

We recently moved our mom to Reena. It had always been our top choice, after visiting and touring many Senior/Assisted Living facilities over the past year. Mom is so happy at Reena. She loves her beautiful apartment, dining with new friends and enjoying activities. She is getting her spark back! To hear her say I feel like I’m home here, is a true testament to the quality of life and care Reena provides their residents and families. This is a very well run community. The open lobby and adjacent library are very inviting, and there’s a professional at the entrance to receive visitors and residents (another layer of security). Overall decor is lovely, and seasonal decorations festive. The dining room serves chef-prepared, delicious, nutritious meals! Mom loves the food, and there’s even a small pub where residents can go for occasional happy hour. There’s also a convenient gym for PT and OT therapists to utilize. Reena’s staff is exceptional and genuinely care for and enrich the residents’ quality of life. Everyone is kind, professional, responsive, and strive to anticipate your needs (Director of Care, caregivers, management, marketing, life enrichment) We are mighty grateful to have our Mama Bird nesting at Reena!

Mom had some reservation about moving to Reena. After a month she is happy she did. With the help of the staff she was qiuckly integrated into the Reena community and has made new friends. How to even begin?!? Let me start by saying my family was vulnerable and desperate! We had witnessed the matriarch of our family crumble after the passing of my father in law in approx. 11 months. Unexpected, challenging, debilitating for myself and my children. We have insurance, she has money, we know people...nothing can prepare you for the void that loosing your person imposes on your parents. I love her for loving him endlessly. My father in law had a heart and lifestyle management that paired with them for 20+ years. A handful of months after his passing we noticed she was not eating, she worried about everything and anything. Ok, she can do this...we can do this...lets sell the house and move her closer. She worried about everything. Gas, grass, parking, car, mail, friends. birds, BBQ it became clear that she was sure everything was broken. Now we are putting our best foot forward. You must stay here, you can no longer stay so far away, Mom!! Within 6 months my husband and I are desperate for improvement. We have private paid Phycologist, Doctors, Neuroscience specialists, home health, colleagues and anyone who could possibly contribute to a plan or path to quality of life. We started vetting senior living communities. We quickly realized Reena was a cut above the rest. Everything hit our buttons! One year later we have her back, she loves her circle. She fits us in when her schedule permits. The worst thing in the world for her is if she had to schedule a fruit plate because the regular meal is too much after lunch! Security at the entrance for delivery, exit, entry and all other approaches both intended and surprise. She always signs out and in so they know where she is! Food, they are striving to produce quality and vanity fair at every delivery. Thanks to the caring family they placed my MIL with dynamic and intelligent like minded residence on the first day. Quality, unmatched...truly. We have gained a family member in Heidi, Gina, Kayla, Dawn, Georgia, Steve and Candy! Events and Lifestyle, we are enamored with the the features and events Reena curates for our Mom. Honestly, she looks forward to it, she is proud of it, we are invested and most importantly it grants purpose and privilege. If you are struggling, you are craving more for your parents. Call them, schedule a visit. They are trained, kind and ready to embrace mom and dad!!!

My mom and dad and aunt stayed there for over 4 and 1/2 years or until they passed away. The director Jen was great to deal with as was Gina, Amy, Tea and the rest of the care staff at the facility. They treated my parents and aunt very good. They always kept me informed as to what was happening and treated you like a friend. Great facility to have available when your family can no longer take care of themselves. We'll miss not seeing them now that the family members have died.

The facility is very clean, secure, and well maintained. The staff at Reena works tirelessly and their devotion to the tenants is apparent. August 30, 2023 update - Reena continues to operate their senior living facility at a five star level! My mother has been a resident there for two years. The administration, and the staff, continue to excel professionally with a very caring/compassionate approach. Their jobs are not easy. I had been looking into several other long term care options for my parents, when I presented myself as a "walk in" at Reena Senior Living. In spite of having no appointment, I was greeted with enthusiasm and invited to explore the facility with the marketing director. I was impressed with the number of staff I observed interacting with residents. We stopped and chatted with several folks who were enjoying their lunch in the spacious and lovely dining area. Plenty of light, lovely common areas, spacious apartments, recreation area, even a laundry. Going through the process of selecting a new "home" for my loved ones was overwhelming, but this Senior living complex offered us everything we could have wanted. Throughout the process of decision making, my family was treated with respect and consideration, and regular communication. I would definitely recommend checking into Reena Senior Living for those needing Assisted Living.

I moved my mom into Reena in mid February. I have had great cooperation from Allison, Amber and Jennifer. These three great people do a wonderful job of making sure the residents are cared for with great compassion. I am at the facility frequently and am always amazed by how pleasant the staff is. Not once have I ever noticed any of the staff displaying any signs of having a bad day. My mom enjoys the food, good coffee and daily activities. I couldn't have found a better place for my mom to live. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for an assisted living facility for their loved ones or themself.

Our Dad moved into Aster just over 1 month ago. The environment at Aster is excellent. The rooms and common areas are very comfortable and well designed, the food is great and the staff is very supportive and upbeat. I get the feeling that they enjoy what they do, and that is reflected in how they relate to the residents. I mentioned to Dad that I wanted to write a review, and asked him if he had any input. He said, "I can't think of anything they could do better than they already do."

My aunt and uncle moved into Aster in November after my uncle needed care but wanted to live together. We search through many places and realized that Aster would give best quality of life for my uncle. The food is of restaurant quality. The presentation and atmosphere of the eating area is best we've seen. The staff is always available and very courteous. The staff is treated very well by management and that transfers to the care they give. If your a relative and need to find a place that you are comfortable with for your loved ones you need to look at this place. I've had many dealings with health care providers and this place makes life easier for me.
