Was a patient.for more than two months with skilled nursing. My experience was above excellent!! Physical occupational therapy absolutely restored a much improved.ability to function. The staff was caring, encouraging but strict forcing sticking to the program (I was not a good girl). They are a remarkable staff NURSING outstanding!. Nurse April and Nursing Jackie encouraged my self reliance to regain a more normal quality of life. Nursing assistance from Claudia and Albert were especially helpful when much assistance was needed with hygiene their efforts are much appreciated kitchen staff tried to make meal time enjoyable! There were so many professional and support staff going out of their way to make the stay successful The room with the patio and visitor seating makes it more hotel than hospital.

The staff is very caring and compassionate to our whole family. All of our questions were answered thoroughly and everything was approached with a sensitivity and attitude of a loving family. This is the best place in El Paso Tx. My mom was recently there and she got the best care. We previously been to different nursing homes in the area and we had bad experiences so was skeptical initially. New administrator is very engaging. Facility is very clean. Will recommend this place.

I want to thank every member of the staff for your patience with my auntie and while dealing with me. I had a lot of questions during a very confusing time and you all came through with informative, yet comforting answers-solutions. Everyone from Miriam Diane, Admitting; Rocio, Social Worker, Michael Jennifer, Nurses; Xochil, Activities Director; support staff; and Marisela from their in-house hospice. Marisela was especially helpful during her visit by providing grieving counseling. Thank you all again.

My father in law has been a resident here for 3 years. Any issues we have ever had , have been addressed and taken care of. The staff is caring and have always answered any questions or concerns we have had. A nursing home was not our 1st choice but we are extremely grateful for the care my father in law has received.

We have our maternal grandmother and we are very pleased with their services. They have been very open to discuss any concerns that come up. The transition of having our grandmother placed in a nursing home was very tough. However, we are grateful that the Good Samaritan personnel have always helped us and my grandmother with the transition. During these difficult COVID times we have not missed a meeting with our grandmother.

As a family, we decided White Acres was the best place for my Mother, she is 90 years old and her dementia is progressing quickly. My father also spent almost two years at White Acres, before he passed away in September 2011, he received wonderful care! I am very pleased with the care and attention that my Mother is receiving from the staff. I appreciate the necessary precautions with COVID-19 to keep residents and staff safe.

My parents are very happy at White Acres, El Paso. The staff and care is first rate. I cant believe the improvement in only a couple of weeks. Everyone has bent over backwards to make my parents happy.

I took supplies to my friend on Monday, July 6. She never received several of the items I purchased for her to include: toilet paper, hand sanitizer, toothpaste. Since I cannot enter the facility, I dropped them off at the door. The hand sanitizer and toothpaste were in a bag with tootsie rolls and gum. They took the tootsie rolls and gum out of the bag, in which was the receipt, and gave those to her. I am very upset that the staff would steal these things.

My Mother (97) has been there 6 yrs with much improved clean updated facility and care since new director Debra came aboard last year easy to reach. They go the extra mile I feel I know shes safe.

Please dont take your loved one here. They do not have the capability or enough professional staff to provide the care needed. It is a joke. The facility is not equipped to be a rehab facility. If your hospital says they will facilitate the transfer please go there first!

My aunt from Arizona is looking to move to El Paso and we toured the facility. She was very happy with the staff as they were very well informed and very courteous. The facility itself was very clean and decorated beautifully for the holidays. She was most impressed that it smelled so clean. If she does decide to move, she said this would be the place she would want to live in.
