Every time I walk through the doors at Barrington of West Chester, I immediately feel the positive energy. I love walking into Barrington of W.C. and being greeted by Shelby and the entire team! The culture is pretty special and they make you feel like family. Everyone is so friendly and are genuinely happy to be there. My father moved into Barrington 8 months ago. There isn’t a single day that goes by that he doesn’t thank me for choosing Barrington. He tells me how nice everyone is here. The staff is amazing and so many people have worked there 10+ years. That speaks to how they are treated by the company and the residents. The residents are happy and there are so many activities offered every day. My father has made so many great new friends and he is so happy in his new home!

TRUELY A CARING GROUP OF PEOPLE! Wonderful story- The other week I was coming to visit my mom, and I was greeted by Karen, the front desk conceige. I said, how are you? And she said I am good with a smile. I said great but you don't seem like yourself. She started to tear up and said, one of our residents passed away last night and I am sad. It was obvious she cares about the residents! My experience is that all of the Barrington team is very caring and compassionate. A kind and thoughtful staff is the best you can ask for when you have a place caring for you parent! We picked the right place. Thank you Barrington!

The people and staff are the best, super friendly and helpful. Thank you for keeping my Mom feeling safe and comfortable. The facility is very clean and the halls are brightly lit for walking, my Mom loves getting her exercise. Choosing The Barrington at West Chester was the best decision we’ve made for our mother. She was so well cared for and truly loved by all the staff. They were like family to her and it made us so happy to know how much they cared. My mom passed away yesterday surrounded by her daughters-and her adopted staff daughters at The Barrington. It was so beautiful and heartwarming to have the staff who loved and cared for her there in her final days and minutes. Many thanks and much love to all of them. And kudos to Stephanie, the Executive Director, who leads by example. Highly recommend

If you are looking for a senior living facility for yourself or a loved one to age gracefully, I highly recommend the Barrington of West Chester. My parents have lived there for 3 years. The facility is beautiful and well maintained, and the food is good. The team of people working there (management, chef and dining room staff, housekeepers, nursing staff, front desk receptionists, activities, transportation) are all very professional, kind, and caring. They really become members of your family. This is one of the few facilities in the area where couples needing different levels of care can stay in the same apartment. A lot of facilities separate couples in this situation. And there are a variety of activities every day for resident to choose from. My father passed away last week, and in addition to the hospice professionals, the folks at the Barrington took amazing care of my parents and the rest of our family during a difficult time. Make sure you visit the Barrington before you make your decision.

Ok, For starters the other review currently posted is talking about a dental facility. This is not that. There are no dentists here. There are two different unrelated businesses on Heritagespring Dr. The one on the west is Heritagespring. It is a long term care/Rehab facility and the facility to the east is Barrington of West Chester. Barrington is a assisted living/independant housing facility. For some reason the map marker that is supposed to be for barrington has been put on the Heritagespring facility. And Heritage Spring doesnt have a map marker at all. They aren't the same business and they need separate markers. I've attempted to make corrections with Google's reporting system.
