My Dad lived at Capital Ridge for about 8 years before passing away recently at 93. When he moved in he was driving, walking unassisted and it pretty good health. In the past couple of years his health gradually declined. We were always able to get just the right amount of care at Capitol Ridge for my Dad at all the different stages and as a family felt comfortable knowing he was happy and loved living there. My Dad loved everyone there from management, nursing staff, care givers, activity directors, the head chef, and maintenance staff. He made many friends enjoyed participating in all the great activities with them! I loved walking in the door to visit my Dad on a regular basis and the management team would know me by name and be able to tell me how my Dad was doing and recent activities he enjoyed. Capital Ridge is the perfect size assisted living community with lots of heart! My family and I really appreciate all they did for my Dad.

The staff at Capital Ridge & the memory care unit changed our mother's life and our whole family. I can't recommend this facility enough . Everyone there works to protect and enrich the lives of all the residents. We are thankful everyday for all their amazing work.

Capital Ridge's staff is just fabulous, management is professional and caring, and units are lovely. It is such a friendly environment. My aunt was there for just over a year and sadly, I had to move her to a nursing home where she has been for several months. We will miss Capital Ridge and all it has to offer! I recommend highly.

With great reluctance, and only out of medical necessity, my mother recently moved from Capitol Ridge. She loved being a resident, and I loved having her there. Every day she had activities to go to, from crafts to music programs, social gatherings with new friends, and her favorite, a daily exercise program. She had assistance from a devoted staff, which always was attentive, helpful, friendly and cheerful. Needless to say, having lived alone for many years, she found great happiness being at Capitol Ridge. And that exceeded my expectations. The administration took every extra effort to make that happen, and made me confident that a difficult decision was the right one. I still feel that I haven't done enough to convey my gratitude for everyone at CR for being there to help my mom and her family.

To Whom It May Concern: On behalf of the family, we would like to share our heartfelt gratitude for all the assistance and support our Mother/Grandmother received over the past three years as a resident in the following senior living community: Capitol Ridge at Providence. Our Mother transitioned from her own apartment, to a rehabilitation center to Capitol Ridge in the midst of the Covid pandemic... Although it was a most challenging and unpredictable time, the administrative staff, along with many employees from other departments worked collaboratively to secure a smooth changeover. Longer than three years have passed and our Mother is healthier, happier, and truly feels like she is part of a community! The staff from all departments are warm, friendly and most professional! Aesthetically, the grounds and interior are quite pleasing! To build, the foyer, dining room, library, activity areas and beyond are welcoming and elegant. Most importantly, the private room in which our Mother resides is spacious, well appointed and cozy. we can elaborate... In addition, we would like to draw attention to the services that stretch beyond basic amenities: the cuisine is wonderful (savory and beautifully presented-all 3 meals...), activities (creative and engaging), entertainment (could not be more impressive...). We could go on... Furthermore, we would like to draw specific attention to two employees who have recently been especially supportive and instrumental in helping our Mother transition to a new suite in the building for geographical and economic reasons. Since the change, our Mother is even more content (second floor and closer to the dining room among other advantages...). The Employees: Jesenia Arenas, Director of Business Administration Tristi DelaRoca, Executive Director Together, the above mentioned have been generous with their time. Ms. Arenas and Ms. DelaRoca have extended themselves, with warm-heartedness and professionalism, they have been such a magnificent support to our Mother and family at large. words can not adequately describe how grateful we are for all the assistance and guidance our family has receive! Capitol Ridge is more than a senior living facility: Capitol Ridge is a Community, a Family and much of why is attributed to Ms. Arenas and Ms. DelaRoca! Memory Care staff is compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable. Care staff goes above and beyond. I’ve had the opportunity to see this first hand, the entire staff is incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. Residents are busy doing various programs with staff and both are enjoying each others company. Aida, Ashley Victoria, Jackie, Arianna the entire team-are definitely the best! Great work is done here! Great team, great leader!

After months of touring facilities, we chose Capitol Ridge as my grandmothers new home. While moving her to assisted living was a very difficult decision, we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The compassion from every staff member we have encountered has been immeasurable and this has provided our family with the peace of mind we needed. The place is beautiful (inside and out) and my grandmother loves the trips and activities. The staff treats her like their own grandmother, and that was exactly what we were looking for.

Capitol Ridge at Providence is truly a marvelous assisted living facility. The beautiful grounds - landscape, the lobby, corridors and individual living quarters are all aesthetically pleasing and meticulously maintained. The atmosphere is warm, loving and most professional. More importantly, however, administrative staff, medical workers, and all others that hold positions at Capitol Ridge are a team that work together to secure the best care possible for all residence.Personally speaking, my Mom was having a quite a difficult time before she moved into CR ... Now she is happy, full of energy, excited about the activities, is very close to staff members (treat her with love, like family...), enjoys spending time with new friends and absolutely loves the fine cuisine prepared daily by the resident chef! Capitol Ridge is wonderful, The staff are like ANGELS. My Mom is a new woman-joyful, healthy, happy and full of life once again. A warm and sincere thank you to all those who make Capitol Ridge the great place it is! I have to tell you what an amazing experience I had starting with Dori during the sales process. She truly excels at what she does! I had to make a tough decision to transition my dad and uncle to assisted living as living on their own was no longer a safe option. She guided me through the entire process and eased any concerns and fears that I had. The moving in process proved to be a challenge due to covid-19, however, the entire team set my mind at ease and helped for a successful transition. Starting with Rosa in handling the paperwork and my questions, to Jessie in taking care of all of my needs for both dad and uncle, to Jenna who is so amazing in nursing with her TLC and patience with all of my emails and to Courtney who is a ray of sunshine in helping to keep dad and uncle active and engaged. I have to recognize Sam at the front desk as well as she handles all of my calls and inquiries with professionalism and grace. I am sorry if I missed anyone else as the ENTIRE team is spectacular. THANK YOU truly for all that you have done and continue to do for my dad and uncle. The transition process was difficult enough the capital ridge truly cares and takes care of their residents. I HIGHLY recommend and support them!!

We trust Moms care in the Memory community at CR because from the director to the nurses aides that care for her daily they have earned our trust. Moms always clean and dressed nicely, she is safe, well fed and although she would like to be back home she is happy and loved at Capitol Ridge. Communications with the staff is great. They are never defensive when you bring them a concern. For 2 years they have worked with us to keep Mom safe, comfortable, engaged and happy.

It's always difficult when a resident moves from one facility to another. When my friend arrived at Capitol Ridge there were a lot of mix feelings leaving friends and staff behind one facility and joining a new community. When he arrived there were people to welcome him. Since he's been there approximately a month he has changed so much. Instead of staying in his room 24/7 he attends dinner in the dining room, made some friends, and has no hesitation going on trips. The first week he was there he said he went to dinner and the food was so good -- so different from the facility he came from. . I laughed when he said "I had a piece of meat and it was a real piece of meat." In my opinion the important differenceis the spiritual care including weekly mass. It's difficult for a resident to attend church every week and then be limited to one service a month which most facilities have if they are lucky. The staff is approachable; the administrator has a genuine concern for all the residents. The residents are friendly and you don't have to be there long to know that it's a community.No facility is perfect and no facility can take the place of a resident's own home. I do believe, however, that Capitol Ridge is a "home away from home." My friend will always miss his home but at least now he's happy with the care and staff support and new friendships in his new "home away from home."

Exceeds our expectations!!! Bright, clean facility with attentive staff, nurses and assistants. Provides a wide variety of daily activities. Excellent dining choices with a restaurant atmosphere. Friendly residents ("memory residents" are in a separate building). My mom is treated as an individual and her needs are routinely met.
