Capital Ridge assisted living is pretty Pricey, however, worth every Penny when it comes to my family members, I have a Cousin there whom I love dearly. This has been her new address since July 2025. We went over to Visit Capitol Ridge The staff took us on a tour of the place. We both was very excited to learn just how the residents were living. They were not only kind. They were very down to earth and you could tell that they were not just there for the paycheck. They enjoyed what they did for a living is looking after the people my cousin and I couldn’t have chose a better place this is it! 5 Stars every step of the way

My sister is Capital Ridge Providence and just loves it. We have recommended Capitol Ridge and have had success with the with a short term stay and recommended a 2nd.The staff if very attentive and the chef is wonderful. You get so much more for your money. Definitely a great place.

The team at Capital Ridge have been an incredible partner and friend to my aunt there and our family. Tristi, Joanne, Tracey, Linda, and Jessenia are always quick to answer our calls, requests for help, and proactively reach out when needed. They go above and beyond to help and to ensure the highest level of care and compassion for our loved one.

Capital Ridge Providence is such a beautiful, clean community. The Executive Director, Tristi, is truly wonderful and genuinely cares about both the residents and the employees. Their activity department is fantastic, and Vanessa does an amazing job keeping everyone engaged. The CNAs and nurses in the memory care unit are exceptional as well. Overall, just a wonderful place.

I visit Capital Ridge monthly and instruct the residents in craft projects and paint parties. The facility is always a pleasure to visit. The residents are always happy to join my craft classes. That tells me they are living their best life because they are eager to try new things without any hesitation.They all get along and support each other , it’s a wonderful community!

Capitol Ridge was not the place for me. It is very expensive with independent and assisted living residents mixed which is fine except for the hospital-like feel and loud walkie-talkies in halls for people who need assistance. Med carts in halls and frequent ambulances did not help the atmosphere. Housekeeping and nursing staff entered my room w a master key and needed instructions and signs to not disturb. I was not in need of assistance with trash or checking on where my meds were kept. Maintenance was slow to say the least. The food was very good but the dining room sounded like a TB ward with constant coughing. When I gave my notice, managers and staff no longer talked to me except the receptionist, a hard-working activities director, and the chef. I felt that several independent residents should have been in memory care. Relationships were difficult. Facilities are quite elegant but perhaps unnecessary and over the top, especially when taken over for big givers only. Activities were well attended as were happy hours right before a very early dinner time. I paid for a fair amount of wine I did not consume. I went there too early for my age. I was too independent. My time there was stressful and I have not recovered from the expenses. I expected a bit of a different population. Not for me.

Capital Ridge is a wonderful facility with a great team of individuals taking care of the residents. I am so impressed with the care, compassion and dedication of their employees. I couldn't recommend this facility more to anyone needing an assistive living facility in the state.

Having worked in healthcare for over a decade, I have visited this community many times over the years. I have had the unique opportunity to observe the staff interact with the residents during every visit and I am consistently impressed by the warmth, kindness and professionalism they extend to each and every person living here. Jessica, at the front desk greets everyone with the most sincere smile and is always available to guide you in the right direction. Dave, who manages Dining has worked here for almost 20 years and I have been fortunate enough to sample his extraordinary cuisine! Michelle Conti, RN is always so kind and patient with the residents and the entire staff treats everyone like family. I highly recommend Cap Ridge and once you visit, you'll see for yourself what a wonderful, happy and flawlessly run community it is!

First, I want to say thank you to Ron, as he is one of the most caring, knowledgable staff members at the site. The facility is extremely clean, knows everyone by name and just all around great! When I walked in I knew this was the place for my mother! This is by far the best! Not only was the primary staff amazing, everyone down to the chef and the maintenance providers were extremely friendly and helpful. This facility made my assisted living search OHHHHHH SOOOOO SEAMLESS! I by far recommend this facility!

My Dad lived at Capital Ridge for about 8 years before passing away recently at 93. When he moved in he was driving, walking unassisted and it pretty good health. In the past couple of years his health gradually declined. We were always able to get just the right amount of care at Capitol Ridge for my Dad at all the different stages and as a family felt comfortable knowing he was happy and loved living there. My Dad loved everyone there from management, nursing staff, care givers, activity directors, the head chef, and maintenance staff. He made many friends enjoyed participating in all the great activities with them! I loved walking in the door to visit my Dad on a regular basis and the management team would know me by name and be able to tell me how my Dad was doing and recent activities he enjoyed. Capital Ridge is the perfect size assisted living community with lots of heart! My family and I really appreciate all they did for my Dad.

The staff at Capital Ridge & the memory care unit changed our mother’s life and our whole family. I can’t recommend this facility enough . Everyone there works to protect and enrich the lives of all the residents. We are thankful everyday for all their amazing work.

Capital Ridge's staff is just fabulous, management is professional and caring, and units are lovely. It is such a friendly environment. My aunt was there for just over a year and sadly, I had to move her to a nursing home where she has been for several months. We will miss Capital Ridge and all it has to offer! I recommend highly.

With great reluctance, and only out of medical necessity, my mother recently moved from Capitol Ridge. She loved being a resident, and I loved having her there. Every day she had activities to go to, from crafts to music programs, social gatherings with new friends, and her favorite, a daily exercise program. She had assistance from a devoted staff, which always was attentive, helpful, friendly and cheerful. Needless to say, having lived alone for many years, she found great happiness being at Capitol Ridge. And that exceeded my expectations. The administration took every extra effort to make that happen, and made me confident that a difficult decision was the right one. I still feel that I haven’t done enough to convey my gratitude for everyone at CR for being there to help my mom and her family.

To Whom It May Concern: On behalf of the family, we would like to share our heartfelt gratitude for all the assistance and support our Mother/Grandmother received over the past three years as a resident in the following senior living community: Capitol Ridge at Providence. Our Mother transitioned from her own apartment, to a rehabilitation center to Capitol Ridge in the midst of the Covid pandemic... Although it was a most challenging and unpredictable time, the administrative staff, along with many employees from other departments worked collaboratively to secure a smooth changeover. Longer than three years have passed and our Mother is healthier, happier, and truly feels like she is part of a community! The staff from all departments are warm, friendly and most professional! Aesthetically, the grounds and interior are quite pleasing! To build, the foyer, dining room, library, activity areas and beyond are welcoming and elegant. Most importantly, the private room in which our Mother resides is spacious, well appointed and cozy. we can elaborate... In addition, we would like to draw attention to the services that stretch beyond basic amenities: the cuisine is wonderful (savory and beautifully presented-all 3 meals...), activities (creative and engaging), entertainment (could not be more impressive...). We could go on... Furthermore, we would like to draw specific attention to two employees who have recently been especially supportive and instrumental in helping our Mother transition to a new suite in the building for geographical and economic reasons. Since the change, our Mother is even more content (second floor and closer to the dining room among other advantages...). The Employees: Jesenia Arenas, Director of Business Administration Tristi DelaRoca, Executive Director Together, the above mentioned have been generous with their time. Ms. Arenas and Ms. DelaRoca have extended themselves, with warm-heartedness and professionalism, they have been such a magnificent support to our Mother and family at large. words can not adequately describe how grateful we are for all the assistance and guidance our family has receive! Memory Care staff is compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable. Care staff goes above and beyond. I’ve had the opportunity to see this first hand, the entire staff is incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. Residents are busy doing various programs with staff and both are enjoying each others company. Aida, Ashley Victoria, Jackie, Arianna the entire team-are definitely the best! After months of touring facilities, we chose Capitol Ridge as my grandmothers new home. While moving her to assisted living was a very difficult decision, we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The compassion from every staff member we have encountered has been immeasurable and this has provided our family with the peace of mind we needed. The place is beautiful (inside and out) and my grandmother loves the trips and activities. The staff treats her like their own grandmother, and that was exactly what we were looking for.
