My grandparents have lived here for a couple of years now and they couldn’t be happier with their decision to live here. They enjoy the meals, daily activities and it’s been easy for them to make friends. Staff is very helpful and enjoyable to work with- especially Ann! As the child of a resident at The Carlisle Naples, I can genuinely say this is one of the best decisions our family has made. Handing over any part of your parent’s daily care and routine takes real trust, and The Carlisle has earned that trust over and over again. The staff are the difference. They are not just friendly in passing. They are consistent, attentive, and deeply respectful. They learn names, they notice the little things, and they treat residents with dignity. You can feel the commitment to excellence in how they communicate, how quickly they respond, and how they show up every day with the same level of care and professionalism. It does not feel like a job to them. It feels like a standard they take pride in. Dining has been another huge bright spot. The meals are genuinely good, with variety and quality that my mom actually looks forward to. It brings comfort to know they are eating well and enjoying it, not just getting by. The location is also ideal. It is in a great part of Naples, easy to get to, close to everything, and the community itself feels calm, clean, and well cared for. If you are looking for a place where your parent(s) will be safe, supported, and treated like a person, not a number, The Carlisle Naples delivers. While I ultimately chose a different place for Dad....I was very impressed with the staff- mainly Greg the sales director. They were very engaged in my dad's best interest and the facility was lovely. My dad just is more of a homebody and didn't really need all the fancy, but I was very impressed! Worth a look for sure!

I had a very pleasant visit to the Carlisle last Wednesday for a fall Happy Hour. There was a pianist and a vocalist and the music was very good. Some residents were even dancing. The food was delicious and every one seemed to enjoy themselves. I learned that these affairs are scheduled regularly to everyone’s delight, along with many other fun and interesting activities. This is a very pleasant place to visit and everyone with whom I spoke was very happy they chose to live there

My husband and I toured the Carlisle recently , including a great lunch, and we were very happy with all that was offered. Great food, great people, very nice rooms, many great amenities, beautiful landscaping, etc. After visiting other facilities this is our first choice. Be sure and schedule a visit (and lunch) and ask for Greg to give you a tour!.You won't be disappointed! Jane

After considerable due diligence several years ago, my parents and I chose the Carlisle independent living facility when they decided to move from Tampa to Naples to be closer to family. From the time they moved in it was evident that we made the right choice which would enhance their lives. The culture of the Carlisle was exceptional, from the executive suite to the sales department to the maintenance workers, servers, chefs, cleaning people, medical staff and rehab professionals. I would highly recommend the Carlisle for senior living not only for the fabulous amenities but more importantly for the personnel who all make it work so seamlessly. Donald Dacey Jr.

My husband and I were very impressed by this facility. Team members were very friendly to us an each other. The floors, woodwork was immaculate and not a scratch on the walls. The food was 5 star . From the presentation to the desert that was homemade. The white tablecloth’s made us feel like home. Melissa , Debra and the executive director Bill Diamond were extremely knowledgeable and informative . Bill Diamond is very professional. He was dressed with a shirt , tie and Jacket. He was asked some difficult questions and owning a funeral home in the north we were impressed how professional he answered. Yes, I have read some of the reviews about updating. We felt the building and the property are well maintained and very clean and landscaping was manicured . The best part (and we have seen most here in Naples) is the fact that you do not need to pay a large entrance fee. The only negative that we see is no covered parking spaces. Jenny was a great tour director! She was informative and able to answer all of our questions! We liked the feel of the facility and the amenities offered! It felt modern and comfortable. We liked the largest unit except for the so called den???? A waste of space and could be an eye sore when you enter the unit! Otherwise good space! Thank you.

A lovely, informative conversation with Deborah followed by a nice tour of the facility. Very attractive place from the dining area to the lobby. Very warm vibe! If we did not want at least two bedrooms in a unit, we would definitely consider The Carlisle.

Took a tour of Carlisle for my mom. The staff in Assisted Living is nice and friendly. Service wise they offer everything we needed, but the place is dated, AL rooms are very small and need upgrades. Decided to go with another senior facility.

Tour guides friendly and knowlegeable. They should walk with the slowest, not fastest. 1 bedroom had a couple of pint chips and the door across the hall was gouged. Someone forgot to inspect route prior. Otherewise, a few sodas would be nice. Impressive operation.A map would help sell. Food, what there was, was outstanding.Had to ask to see dining room and pool. I am writing to share a couple my husband's and my positive independent living experiences with the My Clinic at The Carlisle Senior Living campus. My husband lost his balance, falling in mid-September. The wound was examined and treated by the M-F daily nurse. A referral was immeditely made to Preferred Care Home Health Services treatment was started the following day. Our insureance allowed 6 visits. The result of experienced staff and and quality supplies, my husband was declared healed and was dismissed after 5 visits. Reports of his progress was shared and reported to the executive board. This displays concerns for the residents here at The Carlisle. My husband's blood pressure tends to run on the low side. The PA on duty one particular day reviewed his medications. The decision was made to reduce the daily intake to one tablet per day, not the additional 1/2 tablet. His cardiologist was in agreement with the PA's decision to lower the dosage. It is comforting to observe great cooperation with outside medical staff. With quality medical staff available and on board, may this type of service continue. These are some of the main reasons we chose The Carlisle Senior Living Campus.

I want to thank Hector for locating packages my Mom said she didn't receive. Well she did receive them & at 99 those things happen. Hector was so patient & pleasant. He went above & beyond& kept me informed by calling me to inform me she got the packages. I am so grateful.

This is a great place! My mother has lived here almost 20 years and has always felt well taken care of. Today, we are riding out Hurricane Ian. The staff has done everything possible to prepare for the resident’s safety and comfort. Highly recommended!

This is an upscale independent/assisted living place. It looks like a cruise ship or a nicer hotel. My Dad was there for several years and they took good care of him. Nice restaurant and bar area which he took advantage of! There are less expensive ind/ass. living places in Naples but probably none as nice as this place.
