I had a very good experience considering we entered with the covid pandemic and were on lockdown for well over a year, they kindly served us our meals in our rooms. The food was great and very nutritious. Then we all had to get social again and learn to participate in activities. Lots of fun, nail painting weekly and lots of jugsaw puzzles and visits, movies, games and plenty to read. My mom was on hospice in 2022 and passed. Lost my husband in 2023, very lonely for awhile, i still miss them. I miss all of you. Thank you all for the pleasantness and kindness and friendship in a frightening pandemic.

Ashlee the sales director gets a 5 start review from me as she was incredibly helpful and kind showing me options, working with me on payment, moving my Dad from ALF to memory care, and then helped with getting a refund over a 2 month period where I was dealing with Frontier Management leaders who were not responding to me despite frequent contact. She helped me get this refund so I didn't have to get my lawyers involved which was super great. I am giving 4 stars as an average because Ashlee is a 5/5, Frontier Management a 3/5. Difficult to get ahold of, the executive director at the time was unprofessional. I have heard they are under new management that has a much better reputation and are local, so I would say go for it as the grounds and staff are really great. Hope this helps!

We moved my mom to Escalante covering tree from another assisted living a few months ago. She has so greatly improved since the move! She had been under a lot of stress and unpleasant treatment at Cottonwood Creek. Once we moved her, everything began to improve. The staff at Coventry is kind, attentive, and very helpful. Notable great staff members are Ashlee and Suzanne. They are kind, they care, they are responsive and helpful. Food is very good to excellent. They care about individual diets, and are flexible with their meals. Most importantly, my Mom feels safe again. None of the shenanigans she was going through before she has to deal with now. She has been welcomed by the staff. She feels comfortable and at ease now. Her needs are all being simply and comfortably met. Her health has improved tremendously! I highly recommend Coventry for your loved ones. A++

A friend of mine was struggling and the director went above and beyond to help her and helped represent her. He arranged for her to receive a new room and hospice care. Staff under his direction are awesome. He was always available to answer questions and help. Including having the junk in her room get removed and hauled off because she couldn't. Kind of like she was hoarding. Allowed us to go through and see if there was anything we thought she would want.

My father has residence here at Coventry. I believe it is a home for him where they are not only available and attentive; but the staff seems to care for all the residents and that means a lot. Thanks! The food is prepared well and tastes good. Where my wife was (for a while) some of the staff didn't seem to care, and it was very frustrating for her... this place is totally opposite! It has taken me a few days to write this review because it’s so important to me to do it justice. Even now, I’m not sure I can find the right words to express what the team at Coventry has done for our family”more specifically, for my 80-year-old dad, whom we love and adore more than anything. This will be a bit long, so please bear with me, as so many people have been involved and incredibly supportive. I want to recognize as many efforts as I can. My dad had been staying at a rehab facility in Sandy for some medical conditions (Parkinson’s and an amputation). He was making great progress, and we knew it was time for him to graduate to assisted living. We toured many places, but the moment we walked into Coventry, we just knew he would be happy there. My dad had about three weeks left before he could be medically released from the rehab facility. We signed the papers with Coventry, wrote the check, and began counting down the days to moving day. Unfortunately, we ran into an unexpected situation. The rehab facility where he had been staying became neglectful in his care, which led to an ER visit. I’ll spare the details, but the first thing that came to my mind was to call Ashlee at Coventry and see if they could let him move in sooner. I can’t fully express how helpful EVERYONE at Coventry was in coming to our aid. Ashlee helped accommodate our request and ensured the apartment was ready sooner than planned. Jenna, their wonderful in-house nurse, immediately reached out to discuss medications, prep work, and details about his primary care physician. She covered everything we needed to make the transition smooth. Mickey, the Executive Director, not only chatted with us during our initial tour but went above and beyond when I was moving my dad’s belongings in. He saw me carrying a box and insisted on helping, walking it up to the room himself. Angela, another incredible team member, offered to help carry items as well, and in between her rounds, she expressed her willingness to support us in any way possible. Keith greeted me with keys and a warm smile, walked me through the apartment, and even provided a welcome basket. He assured me that if we needed anything, he was there to help. Their concierge team at the front desk is always kind, welcoming, and smiling. We had lunch with my dad, and the food was fabulous. The activities are abundant, and the residents we met were so genuine and kind. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, but what truly makes Coventry stand out is the INCREDIBLE staff. Every call, text, or email to their team has been answered promptly and thoughtfully. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be well cared for, enjoy their surroundings, and be supported by compassionate people, Coventry is the place. Thank you, Escalante at Coventry. You’ve given our family such peace of mind, and we are beyond grateful.

I give them 0 stars as they put my mom and our family through hell for the 5 weeks that she was a resident at their memory care facility. From the executive director to the staff, the communication is nonexistent and they are not interested in providing safe care to their residents as they allowed my mom to be injured by recommended outside caregivers and their own staff. When confronted with those injuries they will circle the wagons and say they did nothing wrong. I wouldn't trust them to care for a stuffed animal.

I just want say that Escalante at Coventry is a great place with wonderful people. My sister was in the Memory care. She could be a handful yet the staff always treated her calmly and with dignity. They had her doing activities, painting, projects interacting with her. I feel that this gave her a sense of living not just existing. The staff are Very Special. I know how hard it could be at times but they never let it interfere with caring for my sister. They always kept updated and answered my questions. In her last days they were so good to her and me. Assisting my parents move from out of state to independent living here in Utah has been challenging to say the least, but the team at Coventry has made the process as comfortable as possible. Management, the Care Team, dining and cleaning staff have all been wonderful and genuinely friendly and accommodating. All commitments have been kept and they continue to be a solid resource for us. From Brad Skinner (Executive Director), Ashlee (intake), Michelle (head nurse), Melanie (CNA), to so many med techs and other CNAs, we had a wonderful experience for my father. Even the maintenance crews were friendly. My dad was in the memory care unit with dementia. In the first couple of weeks, we had an issue, but I contacted them and it was corrected immediately and never happened again. The rooms were clean, there was an outdoor area that memory care residents could go out to at anytime (super important for my dad), and they were great about helping us with our ridiculous insurance company. I would highly recommend the memory care unit there.

We arranged for my mother to stay at Escalante at Coventry after being diagnosed with advanced cancer and enrolling her in hospice care. From Ashlee in Marketing through to the nurses, aides, food service staff, maintenance and activities coordinators, this facility was outstanding throughout our 3-week stay. The staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating and the facility was very clean, organized and pleasant. Escalante helped make the last few weeks with our mother a positive experience for all of us and I would highly recommend it to others.

The assisted living facility at Coventry (Escalante) was the best solution for our mother who was 97 when we moved her there over three years ago. Every amenity listed on our contract was provided. For the last two years, conditions have declined at Escalante at Coventry Assisted Living on Whitmore Way. In the year since Escalante took over, it has declined even further. The most urgent issue is the lack of professional meal planning, supervision, food preparation, and servers. My family will meet with the Director to voice concerns and assist with solutions that will improve the quality and continuity of food served to our seniors. Caregiving is excellent and so is activities. The place is sunny and positive. It's clean and pleasant. The recent transition from Wentworth was awful. Leadership took forever (over a year) to complete and got mad when they could couldn't assist with accounts. Residents were behind due to leadership's bad planning. We'll see how they do in the future. They have raised prices.

Wow there’s no words for the amazing care my father received at the Coventry Assisted Living. We were only there for a few months. But the care and love he got there was priceless. In the short time we had to make the decision to put him there. The process was so easy. He loved it there. The food was yummy he’d always say. He met many friends there also and the activities were so great! He loved the bowling and bingo. Their Covid protocol was so impressive. I felt so safe for him to be there. My gratitude is to all of the staff who shed tears when he passed. So much compassion. But I wouldn’t have been able to get through this rough time without Michelle the centers nurse. Between her and Utah Home Health and Hospice that made his last days so comfortable and full of complete love. It was a hard but beautiful last moments of his life. I’m eternally grateful to everyone.

My mother lived there for three months before she passed away and she loved the people in memory care who took care of her. They were so kind and gave her great care and she felt their love for her. We, as her children, fell in love with the workers there, the receptionists, and the med-techs, the CNA's and aides. Rudy, the director, was great to work with and all of the people, together with the beautiful, clean facility, made my mother's last months happy, and helped to ease the pain for us when she passed. I highly recommend Wentworth at Coventry!

We have two members of our family here, and Ashlee has gone above and beyond in answering our questions and making us feel comfortable in trusting the staff with our parent's care. Couldn't be happier by choosing this company. I was in communication with Ashlee and she made it all very easy for us. From flawless communication to moving and organizing the entire apartment I couldn't ask for a better service. Due to Covid we were unable to help my grandpa in, but Ashlee assured me that he will be taken care of. He was pleased with his move and Ashlee's dedication. Due to Covid I couldnt be the one helping with the move, but Ashlee assured me that she would help with everything. Later I confirmed that she even helped with furniture and staging the apartment. The staff at the Wentworth at the Coventry could not be more responsive or caring. Katya (Manager of Resident Care) answers her phone when she’s not even at work to address needs of the residents and any concerns of family members. She works closely with hospice providers to be certain that all of the residents’ needs are addressed. Amber and Micah are the best med techs. They work long hours with residents to be certain that the care is top notch. They always know what’s’ going on with our father and respond to his needs promptly. We made the best choose in selecting the Coventry for our Dad.

My dad moved into the Coventry this week and so far, it’s been a great experience. Ashlee has been amazing! She’s been very supportive through the process and has gone out of her way to make the transition easier. She’s been a great help to my dad and even picked up some towels and a shower curtain for him! My dad is independent but it’s nice to know that Coventry has caregivers on staff in case he ever needs the help. I’m excited about my dad’s new place at the Coventry. I only rate the community four stars because my experience so far is limited to my interaction with Ashlee. She’s offered five star service but I can’t speak for the rest of the team and services yet.

I've been so impressed with the amazing staff at The Wentworth at Coventry. They have made such an effort to get to know my Grandma, to understand what she likes and how to make her smile, and how to make her feel at home. The Wentworth at Coventry is a wonderful place. It is clean and the food is very good and prepared well. My mother has really been happy since becoming a resident there. Before the pandemic there were so many fun activities for her and she did almost all of them. I was worried about how she would do being required to stay in her room and wear a mask. The staff are very good to make sure to interact and motivate everyone to stay busy. Things are now slowly opening up and there is more fun coming. Everyone I have met at Coventry is helpful and friendly. They have done an exceptional job in a difficult time. I would like to thank them all for keeping everyone safe. Elayne

The staff at The Wentworth at Coventry are awesome. Our elderly mother wasn't happy with leaving the house she spent the last 50+ years in, yet the staff was warm and welcoming and really helped to calm and assure her. In addition, the safety precautions they have in place to insure their residents and staff are safe during this pandemic are excellent and we have no worries she will be fine. I visit this community often. I love the atmosphere and the staff here. They are always working to make it active and provide exceptional care and fun activities for our seniors. The Wentworth at Coventry is a place I would trust to care for my loved ones. I’ve been working in healthcare for many years. I’ve been in most of the assisted livings in the valley. Coventry is one of the best. It’s beautiful and the staff is top notch. When I interact with the staff I can tell they love their jobs and the people they care for. The director of nursing Michelle has a special ability to manage and care for a large population. I think she has a photographic memory. I recommend anyone looking for assisted living to go there and take a tour with Ashley. She’s warm and friendly.

We moved our Mom in four weeks ago -- we were not able to physically move her things into her apartment, nor were we able to physically be with her. We counted on the staff to fill in for us. They did an amazing job! We were able to do a Zoom meeting with her and her Care Manager to set up some of her things and we get updates from the Care Manager and the Activities Director. We have seen her outside (with masks and proper social distancing). After returning from a doctor appointment, she said "Oh look, home again." That says it all. Thanks to all the staff during this really hard time! You ROCK!

The care my grandmother has received at Coventry can only be described as negligent and life endangering. Every time she has called for assistance whether it was to receive help with her food or help getting out of her bed she has had to wait over 30 minutes before anybody has come to assist her. We are lucky that she has not fallen yet but if she had a fall and broke something there is little reason to believe she would survive without timely help. The staff at The Wentworth at Coventry are amazing! I've never met a more devoted team to their residents and each other. The Coventry offers so many wonderful services to its residents and all of these services are lovingly provided by the dedicated staff. I feel lucky to be a part of this wonderful community.

We have 2 family members who know live here and both tell us how glad they are to live hear and how good the staff is to them. Their not perfect and things happen, but considering all the different situations each resident has, the staff does an amazing job taking good care of our family members and

My mother is in the memory care unit at the Coventry. I have been very pleased with the care that she receives. A special thanks to Nikki and Hope, Holly and Lara for all that they do for her. I really appreciate that I am called with any situation. I feel very much in the loop with what is happening with her care. Her room is without doubt the greatest memory care room in the valley. It used to be assistant living apartments, so they are large and spacious with a separate bedroom and walk in closet. It is very clean, and they decorate for every occasion. I think the food can be improved on, but I know they are working on that. Thanks for all you do for mom. I feel so secure knowing that she is being so cared for.

I am 89 years old. I have been a resident at the Coventry for over 3 years. I am so grateful for all the services and activities that are offered here. No more preparing or shopping for meals, no more cleaning, no more maintenance worries and no more being alone. I feel very blessed to have such a kind and loving staff to help me if I need it and to have so many great friends. Our activity director, Colton makes sure we have many fun activities and outings to look forward to. Our food is usually very good most of the time and the kitchen staff try very hard to make us happy. I especially love attending our Branch in the Cottonwood Heights Stake. Our meetings are held here each week, Sunday School, Sacrament Meeting and Relief Society/Priesthood. Other religions also have their meetings here. I lived alone for 5 years after my husband passed away. I decided to move back to SL from the St. George area when I turned 85. I knew I didn't want to live alone and as much as I love my 4 children I didn't want to live with any of them. I an so happy I decided to move to Senior Living at the Coventry where I can still be independent but there is always help if I need it and I have many dear friends.

In the market for my grandparents and I realize that everyone has a standard of living they'd like to maintain (or upgrade to) - but I thought that Wentworth was comparable to many other senior living places. When I took a tour of the place, our guide was professional and did a great job explaining not only pointing out amenities, but also the many different things the staff does to make it a comfortable place for residents. The tour alone was better than others I've been on at other places. Thanks guys!

If you are looking for a great community where your loved one can age in place, come and visit The Wentworth at Coventry. They have an excellent caring staff with 2 full time RN's. Stop in for a tour and you will see why this community feels like a family.

My parents are pretty old considering my young age so I didn't even know where to start when looking for a place for them to move to when they can no longer take care of themselves. I just dropped in for a tour and the staff was very welcoming. Being a drop in, I thought I would have to make an appointment or wait a long time, but they were very accommodating. The place had a very nice feel and professional presence and the rooms were a perfect size for my parents. If something were to happen, I would feel comfortable that my parents would be well taken care of at Wentworth at Coventry.

The location is fantastic, close to everything! Employees are very friendly and helpful! Walking through the doors you are taken back by the exquisite staircase and the high vaulted ceilings. They also have multiple patio seating areas for residents to enjoy the beautiful Utah outdoors! You can’t beat these mountains!

I love the staff at Wentworth. Aaron has made a great addition to the building. Kelsey and Melody in the sales office are very friendly and informative. I give this Wentworth of Coventry 5 stars for their cleanliness and amazing staff members.

Happy with the care staff. Management responds to residents' requests in a timely fashion. Newcomers quickly "feel at home!" Building has as a cozy atmosphere and is always decorated for major holidays.
