We were skeptical from previous reviews. This place had a bad reputation! We expected the worse but had few options. Surprisingly we were very pleased! The care was AMAZING! My son is a paraplegic and needed total care. The nursing staff and therapy staff were Awesome! My is son is very particular and often times difficult with his care. The staff was A1!! They made sure he was well taken care of. They were so friendly to him they made his stay very easy and tolerable. Even the administrative staff made sure they kept me abreast of his care and appointments. They were friendly and were on point! Please don't be discouraged from the previous ownership, things have changed and they really are doing a much better job with care!

After my mom had a stroke, I admitted her to Zionsville Meadows. Their therapy dept was the greatest. They had her home within 30 days. I would recommend their Rehab department 100%. Their staff is friendly and helped. Was there a few problems yes there was but they were quick to fix it and made mom feel like she made friends with them.

I wish I had not placed my mom there. Terrible situation. I moved her thankfully. Terrible care, every time I was there something was wrong with her care. Most of the staff, not all, but most, clearly don't care, check, or assist the individual. My mom had bruises all the time from handling her. No one cared. Personal items "went missing " never to be found or replaced. Communication is non existent. If you need someone after 4:00 forget it. Email, you won't get a response. Food was terrible and always cold, often with less items than were expected. Due to all these things I was always worried and stressed. After I moved her it was a blessing.

After a hospitalization stay for my 94 year old mother she needed to go to a rehabilitation facility. I chose 3 places and Zionsville Meadows responded to my request immediately. After a brief tour of the facility by Angie I decided this was the perfect place for my mother to go for rehab. The staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled in what they do. She needed physical therapy to get her strength back so she could go back home.I was very impressed by the PT team and my mom made great progress. During the whole process I had the most contact with Jon who is their social worker. He helped me navigate many things while my mom was there and helped with getting her transferred to home when she was released. If you are in need of a place for a loved one I would highly recommend Zionsville Meadows.

When we were looking for a home for my mother we were so happy when we found Meadows of Zionsville. The staff keeps the facility clean & comfortable. They decorate for the holidays and seasons creating a home in place of home for the residents. The activities & everyday interaction by the staff will help to make the very tough & yet, necessary decision to move mom or dad from their home an easier transition for all involved. Seeing my mom interact with others and laughing gives me peace of mind that she is safe & sound once again. If you are thinking of the Meadows talk with Angie or Jonathon. Their aspirations for the Meadows of Zionsville is infectious.

I was sent to zionsville meadows by st.vincent hospital and the nurse and staff there were awesome. I was there doing rehab for surgery on my hip femur and knee the theraphy staff was totally awesome and the directors were awesome as well. I can't say enough about how caring and wonderful this place was to me. Thank u again zionsville meadows all my love Toby all.

Zionsville therapy program got my mother back on her feet again after she suffered a stroke in 2020. Do not listen to the negative comments! The staff in this building has been nothing but wonderful to my family and my mom made some new friends and can live at home again.

The elderly couple I care for moved into Assisted Living at Zionsville Meadows 2 months ago. It was a hard move for them after living independently for so long. The staff at Zionsville Meadows went out of their way to make them feel welcome. The nursing staff is so kind and attentive. It really puts our minds at ease to know they are cared for 24-7. The rooms and common areas have been updated and look great. They also work hard to provide activities for the residents. Definitely 5 stars!

My husband was on the rehab unit for the last 2 months of his life when he wasn't in the hospital. Most staff were responsive to his requests and he had his favorites. He was appropriately treated by the staff in the facility at all times, even if not always with a smile. He was sent out to the hospital a week before he passed because his blood pressure was unstable, staff recognized his situation and sent him out. They were concerned about him and checked with me daily as well as visits by some of the staff. I want to thank all the staff at Zionsville Meadows for their care and friendships during that time. I do work at Zionsville Meadows and trust me, I held the staff to a high standard and they achieved that standard and passed it.
