Awful care. Residents left to their own devices. Often missed meals bc no one would wheel me to dining room. No one would help me change clothing or get out of my wheelchair and into bed

Thank you Andy for the opportunity to see all that Crestwood has to offer. Although my family decided to take my mother home instead of going the assisted living route , I would recommend Sunrise of Crestwood without hesitation!

Sunrise of Crestwood is an amazing community! They provided my Dad with a safe, caring, clean and beautiful home when he needed it the most. The staff is exceptional and go out of their way to make it feel like home not only for my Dad, but for our family and friends that visit. My mom,91, just moved here into the memory care floor. Having spent a little over two years at another facility, is receiving first class care. Every staff member is caring, expert at what they do. True caring about each resident is rare and these dedicated caregivers are top of the line in everything they do. The leadership at the top runs a finely-tuned organization and with a smile. They are here to serve the residents because they truly care about their mission to serve people in need. I can see the difference in my mother's overall demeanor. I highly recommend Sunrise to anyone who is need of first-class care.

I someone would have told me about how WONDERFUL this place is, i would not have believed them. My darling wife is here in Reminiscence. The staff takes loving care of all the residents. How do i know. I virtually live here with my wife, three-to-five hours a day. I see the love that they have, the caring, the efforts that they put it. There are a lot of people in Reminiscence, and a dedicated stuff which do a lot to help the residents. There are activities adjusted for the residents. A sense of optimism, joy, dedication, holiness pervade this wonderful place. In all, i am thrilled that my darling is here. i am sad that life turned out this way, but eternally grateful to G-d that HE guided me here, and that i made the absolutely right decision. For those of you interested, i'm always available through the organization to share my experiences.

My mom has been at Sunrise for 7 months and it was an excellent decision for her to move there. The staff is so warm and personable, she is always freshly bathed, dressed in a coordinated outfit (including jewelry), and her room is spotless. The bistro is stocked with coffee, cold drinks, and freshly baked goods, and the other residents and their relatives are a pleasure to visit. My mom enjoys the activities and trips to restaurants and the theater. The doctors, nursing staff, and care givers communicate any changes or questions. In addition, holidays like Mothers Day and Thanksgiving are always celebrated with wonderful, festive parties where they have balloons, live entertainment, and food and drinks. It has been an extremely positive experience for the whole family, and we feel extremely grateful to have found Sunrise!

This was my first tour, so I might need to adjust my star rating later. The facility was beautiful and the staff seemed very nice. They will be sending a nurse to assess my mom on Monday, which will help to answer the question of where my mom belongs - in Memory Care vs. assisted living.

I had a pretty nice tour of this community. I toured it for my love one, and his needs. Everything went well, and the staff was very nice. Unfortunately this location was too far for us to travel too, but overall I had very nice tour of this community.

The staff has been good and they are taking care of dad well. The community is kept clean and they offer a lot of activities. Dad is still transitioning, but they are doing a good job with helping out.
