My mom was recently discharged from the facility. The staff there is very amazing. The nurses are awesome and ensured she was well taking care of. Also, there was never any issues with getting her food orders handled thanks to Chef Dave. Highly recommend.

The genuine care my father received during his outpatient therapy was unmatched. The staff was so caring and made life easier for myself and my family, and most importantly, my father! I stayed here a couple of months ago and I loved the stay! They have wonderful people helping to make sure I had everything I needed but my favorite part was my morning coffee! And for some reason when Nanci would make it it was extraordinary. She said her secret ingredient was love and you can’t tell she ready put love in it. Thank you ignite for a wonderful stay and I am glad they recommended me to come here.

The nursing department was the best. They were incredibly kind,attentive and consistent in checking on me throughout the day. Kenneth the social worker was also amazing and he got me a wheelchair. 03/17/1026 My mom recently completed her recovery/therapy at this facility, and overall, I am pleased. While there were some concerns during her stay, I was impressed how quickly the General Manager Cory Bayless reached out to me to address my concerns. It was refreshing knowing that he genuinely cared, and immediately wanted to hear what the issues were so they could get addressed and resolved quickly. I give Cory Bayless a 'five-star' as a General Manager. I would also like to specifically recognize some others as 'five-star' individuals during my mom's stay: Neosha (RN), who was very pleasant and just an overall caring nurse; Tamara (RN), who immediately addressed a concern; Kim (RN), very nice nurse; Paul (CNA), awesome man, a go getter, great at his job; Rayquelle (CNA), responds quickly, very caring and nice lady; Kimmietta (CNA), very sweet and caring; Luigi (Receptionist), great guy all around; Dee (Receptionist), she's just awesome and great lady; Martha (Housekeeping Manager), very nice lady, addressing issues to get resolved; Keonta (Housekeeping), nice young man and hard working. I recommend don't hesitate to talk and get to know each and every person no matter what position they're in. A little communication goes a long way. Every person's voice matters no matter what rank/position, along with trust and respect. A facility that comes together where all voices are heard is way more effective and makes everyones jobs much easier. It will be nice to know that this facility will continue to succeed and progress, for all residents current and future and family members to be at ease. This can only be done if there's communication.

When I went to visit one of our Silver Saints a member of my church . My first time being there, it was a very pleasant experience and it was nice and warm . Her room smells good and she was happy to see us and I was very happy to see her. She is being taken care of and I will be going back again while she is there . To the staff there ; thank you for taking care of her. ™™

I was not impressed with the level of care my brother received in his short 5 day stay. He was admitted here for rehabilitation after a 3 week hospital stay that was pretty intense. He was left sitting in his wheelchair alone in his room for 5-6 hours at least three out of the five days , with a pressure sore already developed on his buttock. I was there with him two days in a row , both days it took more than 35 minutes to even get a nurse call answered. He never received even a bed bath.

Therapy was good and I feel stronger than I was. They wore me out, they made me work very hard. Nursing was great. Lavender was my favorite aid, she was very sweet. If I ever needed therapy again, I would come back without a doubt although I prefer home.

Our visit with our daughter went very well! Her lunch arrived right after we did. It looked very tasty!! One of my faves! She was clean and healthy, and looked good except for her chin, which needed a razoring! I asked if staff had an electric razor they could use on her, but they did not. They offered a disposable for me to use but I was not comfortable enough to shave her. So the girl immediately went and got suppliers and shaved her chin!!It was Grest! She looked so much better!! THANKS!!

Luigi at the front desk is a wonderful representative for the facility! A good choice for who people see first when they come in. He is warm, friendly, is clearly doing triple duty but provides quick attentive service. Also, he clearly is a favorite with the long term residents who seem to be his fan club. It sets a good tone to see the respect and friendliness in his interactions with them.
