When the time came for my elderly mother to have to have 24 hour care for her declining mental health. I knew right away that Danbury would be the best place for her to live. For years I had heard from many friends that they had a parent or grandparent that lived there and what great care they received. The first thing I noticed when we visited was the decor it was clean and beautiful with bright colors. As we entered the foyer we were greeted by not one but two staff members with a hello and a smile and how can we help you? We were offered a tour of the Facilites and cost and care was explained to us in detail. Its been 6 months sense my mother moved in and my mother has done amazing. When she was in her home she wouldn't eat and hadn't eaten in months hospice then told us she maybe could pass in 3months or less. But to our great joy that wasn't so as the nurses gained her trust and love and she made friends with residents quickly my mother started eating and put on a healthy amount of weight. She is now doing crafts and activities almost every day. She enjoys all the outside entertainment they bring in for them to sing with or dance in their seats even special meals for holidays or a movie night. When I ask her if Shes happy she always smiles and says yes this is my home. Never ever did I expect this type of turn around or joy from her as we planned for comfort care with her passing. This has given me as her daughter and care giver for many years rest and peace and time I hadn't expected to have with her. As for the staff ( Top Notch and caring ) They call me weekly with updates and ask permission before any changes in medicine etc. They have had classes to update me on new items offered in the facility to help with her care and added with my permission a camera fell system that connects to a necklace on her neck it she falls it calls for help and they can play the camera back to see what caused the fall so they can address it to stop future possible falls. The food is yummy I know because they serve me when I am there to visit with her if I would like a plate. This review is long enough for now as I can go on and on But I say this. If you want the best care that can be given in loving and friendly environment for your self or loved one ( Danbury is the place to meet your needs )

I moved in here about a week ago. The staff is fantastic. Theyve gone out of their way to make me feel welcome. Im coming from a nursing facility and the food here is incredible. Meals are great and you can go into the dining room any time from 7AM to 7PM and get your meal. Gourmet chef quality. My friends come in and eat here rather than going out to eat. The food is that good. They offer two choices at each meal or you can choose something else if you prefer. Each resident gets a call button that you wear around your neck. The staff responds to calls very quickly. The residence is new and very clean. My apartment is studio style and I have plenty of room to move around. I am in a wheel chair and that is very important to me. They provide wheel chair transportation to me for my appointments. If you are looking for an assisted living facility I highly recommend the Landings!!

This has been a wonderful residence for my mother. Her time here has been a time of family like events, meals and activities. The staff has been wonderful caring help. Any concerns are kindly and professionally addressed. I would recommend the facility to anyone needing care for loved ones.

Landings of Huber Heights is a great community for assisted living. My mother has been living there for about 7 months now. She has made many improvements thanks to the wonderful and caring staff! They have many activities and a nice dining room with great food cooked to order. The price is very affordable compared to other facilities. They have also been very diligent and took every precaution to keep our loved ones safe during COVID-19 which is very much appreciated.

My husband went into the Landings from rehabilitation on May28th 2019. I knew the minute I walked in that it was the place for him. We were cordially greeted and every effort was made to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. During his stay, the staff has simply become family. They are some of the most caring people I have ever met. Due to Covid, there has of course been mandatory changes with dining and visitation. But staff has been encouraging, thoughtful and helpful through it all. The Landings is a clean facility. Activities are provided for those who need or want them. And the cook does a great job, being creative and versatile. I have no complaints. They have truly been there for my husband and me through very difficult times in our lives. We are grateful .

My dad moved in over 8 months ago after losing spouse of 64 years and pre-pandemic; so a lot for this season in his life. He was welcomed, has spacious private studio room, meals and activities are well planned. 24-7 care and most importantly; he, residents and staff have stayed safe and well during this health crisis. We are most appreciative.

I want to give a shout out to The Landings on Bellefontaine in Huber Heights for the good care that they gave my Uncle Willie while he was under their care. He had nothing but good things to say about the care he received. He always raved about the meals. He said the breakfast was the best in town! My sister-in-law was a resident at The Landings of Huber Heights for a year. It was a very difficult time but the entire staff was always upbeat and very helpful. They would even bring her meals to her room when she was unable to go to the dining room. Everyone is always smiling and friendly. Staff would transport her to and from doctors appointments which was a tremendous help. Landings defined "assisted living". If you are looking for a place for a friend or relative, check out the Landings.

The new owners have done a lot to make Landings of Huber Heights a great place for residents and their families. They are making extensive changes to the building to make it more resident friendly and brighter. Its a beautiful place thats operated by a wonderful ED, Lori and Krista, is a great Health and Wellness Director. They truly believe in helping each resident to have a great life!

I have been a family member at the Landings of Huber for several years. My Mother is very happy here and has done so much better than when she was at home. The food is good, the care and staff are excellent. I feel very confident when I leave that they will take good care of her. This truly feels like home to her and us. Best decision we've ever made!

My father has been a resident at The Landings of Huber Heights for almost a year. Life brings change and for seniors that change is challenging and difficult to accept. At The Landings/formerly Lane Park, my father has made wonderful adjustments and enjoyed improved quality of life. He enjoys activities, healthy food choices, caring staff and the fellowship of other residents. Need a facility that meets needs? Give them a visit. Oh, if you see him, say "Hi" to my dad, Jack!

Lane Park-Huber Heights became my fathers place of residence in January 2018. My family was panicked to have the sudden need to find a facility for him. The leadership, Lori and Christa, calmed our fears, worked with the hospital on our behalf, and assisted us in getting our father settled. Dad loves Lane Park! The staff, the delicious food and the activities that engage him have made him comfortable. His needs are met. His care is sincerely gentle. The facility is beautiful, yet homey. The new leadership has charted a course that is making Lane Park a true gem in Huber Heights! Check them out when the need arises!

I could not have asked for a better experience for my loved one, this community has been absolutely wonderful to her. They are very accommodating to her needs as well as the rest of the family and are constantly keeping them involved. The food is also very well prepared with lots of healthy choices. I often go over to the facility just to eat the lunch with the my mother because I enjoy the food as well.
